Stephen and Connie were our photographers and we were very pleased with their work. The captured all the details and all the moments and we love our wedding photos and our album. They were our favorite vendor by far and we loved all they did for us.

Connie and Stephen were awesome to have as our photographers. They did a great job, took all the images we wanted (and more) and were very helpful when we had questions. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to others.

Connie and Stephen were our favorite vendor as they really took the time to get to know us and did an excellent job with our wedding photos. We felt like they really knew what we wanted and went above and beyond. Our album is GORGEOUS and we can't say enough about the exceptional value. Thanks guys!

Pictures were very important to me and I did a lot of research before signing with Stephen. He gave me everything I wanted and more! Very artistic, very detail oriented. I am so glad we used him.

What primary photographic style do you identify with?

Contemporary, Photojournalism, Portraiture

What do your packages include?

Albums, Custom Graphic Design, Digital Files, Flush Mount, High Resolution Images, Matted Prints, Prints, Proof CD of All Images

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?

We would be happy to discuss your specific wishes.

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

Absolutely. As wedding venues always change, we are able to adapt to those changes.

Is your media preference film or digital?

Digital all the way (although I learned on film)

How many photographers do you work with?

I am ALWAYS the primary photographer, and my 2nd photographer is my wife and business partner.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

ABSOLUTELY!!!!! I have never missed an event.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

Never. I focus on quality, not quantity. One event per weekend and we do bridal shoots or engagements during the week typically.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

In the highly unlikely event I was ever to not be available, I have a pool of local photographers that I would personally hire and then refund your entire contract amount.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

Well, I am a Canon guy and have been for 29 years. I bring multiple camera bodies as well as multiple lenses, flashes, batteries, cards, etc.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Yes, see above. Multiple Camera bodies and lenses!!!

Do you charge hourly or full day?

I have packages for both. And if none of my packages are what you are looking for, email me with your ideas. I will customize a package for your needs.

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

My hourly rate is 300/hour.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

I don't require a meal (nor do my assistants). If you feel so inclined to offer, I probably will accept. But it is not mandatory and I wouldn't even consider it unless it was a 6-8 hour package.

Do you charge for travel?

Only when outside of the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

Within a month of your wedding.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

Digital, Online, password protected gallery.

How long can the client keep the proofs?

I keep them online for 180 days and backed up for at least 1 year at my studio.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

Yes, I retain full copyright, however grant the purchasers of the digital images (included in many of my packages) full right to print and display as necessary.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

I reserve the right, however the only publishing I would do is on my blog or website.

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

In some of the packages offered, yes.

Will images be available for viewing online?

Yes

What kind of albums do you offer?

Various types and sizes of albums are offered (Photo covers, leather, etc)

When will the client get the final album?

Usually within 6 weeks after photo selection.
