They are the best!!! I initially saw Scott at a friend's Bat Mitzvah. I knew once I started planning my daughter's Sweet Sixteen I would hire them. We had Frankie as our MC. He was perfect for the occasion. All my guests thought he was great. I would definitely recommend them.

Hi, I just got married on January 11th, 2013, and I used Dancejock for my entertainment. I am just now catching my breath from the show they put on at my wedding. We had Scott as our MC, uplighting, bongos and the Videography done by Magic Moments through Dancejock. I couldnt have asked for a better wedding. They were attentive, played every request, and played the best music I have ever heard at a wedding. They made everyone feel great from my flower girl at age 4 to my grandparents age 88. They had everyone dancing all night long. Scott was amazing, I have had read other people's reviews of Scott and the 5 out of 5 he receives does no justice, he is 10 out of 10. The uplighting was done so perfect people were telling me they were getting chills walking into the room. The presentation of the DJ Booth was the most amazing thing I have ever seen. Magic Moments video that I booked through DanceJock was incredible, made you feel comfortable and were veryyyyyy friendly. If you were thinking about booking Dancejock I highly recommend it. YOU WILL LOVE THEM!!!

Dance Jock and DJ Nick are amazing! From the beginning I knew our company holiday party was in great hands.
Scott (owner) listened to every detail communicated to him. It was obvious he knows his business inside and out.
Also, what was extremely comforting is that Scott was always available to answer any questions I had.

As I planned the event, I was told from employees that in the past PREVIOUS DJ companies were never able to get more than
5 people on the dance floor. I was determined to find a DJ that would change that! When Nick arrived to setup, he was on time, extremely professional - and immediately I knew we had a DJ that would get our employees moving! My feelings were right on – the dance floor was packed ! Even our CEO and CFO were on the floor (unheard of!). The buzz around the office about DJ Nick and Dance Jock are five stars all around.

i guess i should start with the fact the the DJ kept some of our guests dancing and the guests seemed to enjoy the musical selection. and he avoided all songs on our do not play list. so hopefully nobody else noticed the major problems i had. that being said, i was EXTREMELY disappointed with our emcee, Scott.
(1) 2 weeks before the wedding we had our finals meeting. i only requested 1 specific song be played during our reception (i really wasn't that demanding), dedicated to my older uncle and explained this to Scott. he didn't have it played until the very end of the night, after the cake cutting, when my uncle was literally saying good bye. he barely heard the dedication.
(2) my husband(!) had to remind the emcee we asked for parent dances. scott didn't have us do the father-daughter dance or mother-son dances until after the cake cutting. my father had to actually ask me if he was going to get a chance to dance with me! parent dances are NOT supposed to be at the end of the affair after guests have already started leaving since the cake was already cut and served.
(3) scott knew very well it was an interfaith wedding. he even confirmed with us at the start of the ceremony that we were going to dance the horah. yet, somehow, scott decided it was a good idea to play "going to the chapel" during the cake cutting, even though i had specified which song to play. when i made it clear to him that was unacceptable, he tried to downplay his mistake and actually argued with me that it was not a big deal.

we hired ceremony musicians (cellist & vionlinst - soundscapes) through dancejock. they were excellent. the cellist, jason, was super helpful selecting songs for the processional & recessional. and they sounded great!

i would definitely recommend the ceremony musicians to a friend, but i am not sure about the DJ/emcee.

I would like to thank Frankie and his DJ for doing an AMAZING job at our wedding!!!! He was recommended by a friend who had dance joc do his wedding and his sister and also his brothers and he was great. Frankie had everyone up dancing and was such a nice guy to entertain the crowd you would think he has been doing this for a 100 years. I would strongly recommend Frankie to do your next event!! If you want a dj that keeps your guest on the dance floor all night, Dancejock is the company! From the minute after the speeches were made till the second dinner was being served the dance floor was packed. I don't think I ever left the dance floor, only to eat. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. We also had a singer, sax player and a percussionist. People were amazed by the singer, he was so good! It was great having the sax player dancing and playing on the dance floor while people were dancing!! Rick was our MC and he did an incredible job! If you want people to say "that's the best wedding I ever been to" then you need to hire Dancejock!

Awesome! These guys were absolutely amazing. We met with Scott and had him as our MC and there arent even words to describe how great him and his staff were. They had the party going all night, gave us everything we asked for and more. He is such a wonderful guy, warm and friendly, and most importantly professional. We also had Rich as our singer who sang during dinner and down time and he was fantastic. We had people coming up to us all night telling us how great our dj was. We couldn't have asked for more with these guys. Scott also emailed us a TON of photos the same night. They really made our wedding a blast. It will truly be a night we never forget.

This is the third time my immediate family employed Dancejock for a family event. Once again they gave us the exact party we asked for. All my guests could not stop raving about all the musicians and crew members. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!

Dance Jock made our wedding reception absolutely amazing!! Our guests were on the dance floor all night, and have been saying it's the best wedding they've ever been to. Scott was an amazing MC, and kept everything flowing throughout the night! We also had Rich as a singer, and guest of all ages absolutely loved him! The picture montage, as well as the pictures taken and put up on the plasmas throughout the night were a huge hit! I can't recommend Dance Jock enough! It would be a mistake to go with another company... I've been to a lot of weddings, and they truly are the best!!

My husband and I were originally booked with another popular DJ company, this company basically screwed up 3 months before our wedding and we needed to find a new DJ ASAP...my brother connected us with Scott and we went in immediately to meet with him. He really took care of us and assured us he would give us the wedding of our dreams. We booked the same day and were given Rick as our MC and Nester as our DJ. We were so excited to work with them. Our final meeting with Rick was a breeze and we were ready and knew that everything worked out the way it should have.
Fast forward to the day of the white set up and lighting was amazing...our ceremony music and cocktail hour music worked perfectly and they really fulfilled everything we asked for. Nester was absolutely insaneeeeee!! loved him! We're still getting compliments on the music, people have actually asked us "can we get a copy of that mix he did?" haha. Rick was a pleasure to have around us on our wedding day, he kept coming over to us to make sure everything was to our liking. We have not a bad thing to say about Dancejock, they are a class act!!! We are actually happy things went bad with that previous company because it landed us with a much better, more professional company that did the job perfect! Thank you to Scott, Rick & Nester!

Scott is the man. Hands down. Not only did we use the photobooth which they offered (btw my guests could not stop talking about this! They loved it! Best favor ever!) but also their video DJ, lighting package...the whole 9 and it was completely worth every penny! Scott and the DJ had a packed dance floor all night and were super professional and not to mention a blast to be around. They played the best music and were able to read the crowd. We also used Rick, a singer, for our dinner intermissions and my father daughter dance. He is incredible! Big hit! If you want your wedding to be completely awesome and everyone raving about it..use dancejock. Hands down. Thank you again Scott!

We had the best experience with Dancejock and they made our wedding truly amazing. Everyone that we worked with at Dancejock were helpful and really listened to what we wanted. Rick was our MC and we absolutely loved him, he is truly great at what he does. Nester was our DJ and he was equally as good. They got the party started and kept it going the whole night. The dance floor was always packed and we had so many guests tell us it was the best wedding they went to. We originally booked with Scott as our emcee and from day 1 he was very responsive and ptofessional. Unfortunately, due to him having surgery we recieved a call that his new partner Frankie would be our new emcee...i was a little nervous that he did not know Us too well and what we wanted, but Frankie was absolutle amazing! He remembered every detail and truly made the whole party. The music was classy and people are still talking about how great our DJ was. I wish I was getting married again so I could hire Dancejock another time! The percussionist was so good and kept the crowd happy! I reccommend this company to all! Affordable and you get what you pay for! :-)

Dance Jock met all of our expectations and more!!! We had Scott as our MC who rocked our wedding. The dance floor was packed the entire night and after our Wedding people were coming up to us left and right asking for information on our band. We also had a sax player (Curtis) who played during our cocktail hour and throughout our reception, he was just as amazing. We had our Ceremony at our Reception hall and rented a Harpest, I had chills when I heard her start playing!!! Choose Dance Jock - You will not be dissapointed!!

Scott and his team and DanceJock made our party. Entertainment really is the keystone of your reception and we went back and forth between band and DJ. One convincing conversation with Scott (a musician) and we took a leap of faith and decided to go with DanceJock. Best decision we made- my husband and I are picky and demanding clients. Scott and Ness(our DJ) took everything in stride, calmed our nerves, and delivered a truly stellar night. We booked a percussionist, DJ, uplighting and photobooth. Everything was perfect-! We feel the percussionist blended the live performance aspect with the DJ so well- he was high energy from start to finish. Every member of the team was professional and extremely nice. Neither myself or my husband dole out superlatives unless we are truly blown away and we were. Our guests were impressed, the dance floor was packed, and most importantly everyone had a great time. We went with Dancejock based off the reccomendation of my wife's sister, who had used them for her wedding 10 yrs ago. She also said to request Scott, the owner of the company, as our MC. Not only was he and his staff great in all of the preperations, it was great to work with the man who runs the business. Professional, respectful, and flexible, he worked with us on all aspects and helped guide us to a perfectly planned reception. We received so many phone calls, text messages, and compliments in person about the party and how the DJ was amazing. It made us feel really good that we had a wedding that we enjoyed and so did everyone who attended. I owe it all to Scott, his crew, which also included Rich, his italian singer, who people thought was a CD he was so spot on, as well as Dave, who is his videographer. Dave was a pleasure to work with and the on the spot edit video shown at our wedding was awesome. With limited time to set up thanks to our hall, everything worked out great and we couldn't be happier. Have already mentioned him to some friends who are planning weddings and would absolutely use him again for any part I needed entertainment. Dancejock Productions is a great company, great at what they do, and they are a reflection of their owner, who also gets down and still does the dirty work.

I cannot even begin to tell you how thrilled we were with Scott and Dancejock Productions. They were the hit of my wedding. From the first day that we booked them I knew we were in good hands. They had been the DJ at my husband's Bar Mitzvah and my mother in law could not stop raving about them. When I met with them I could see why. Rick was my MC and Scott suggested that we add some live pieces and he was so right. He was just so great with all of his suggestions and I mean suggestions. He did not try to push us into anything. The live music added a whole new element and the crowd was just partying and raving all night about how great they were. I also used them for the pipe and drape with the up lighting and it totally transformed the room. It was so beautiful with the white flowers. They run such a class operation that even Lisa at the front desk was always there to help and make apoointments whenever we were available to accommodate our crazy schedules. There is not enough great things I can say and how happy we were and because of them our wedding turned out just perfect. I would highly recommebnd them.

My wedding was the third event that we used dance jock. We are always thrilled with their professionalism and high quality entertainment. We had a live singer , chello player, drummer , pianist and digital photographer as well as dj and mc. They made sure everyone had a good time and we will use them again for sure.

anyways as for my review...

I met with Scott pretty early on in planning and he was great! we knew we needed him to be our MC. The day of the wedding he kept everyone dancing all night! He was a great MC, not cheesy or overdone. He didn't play anything people requested without checking with me first. We also had a steel drum band for CH through Dance Jock, everyone is raving about them! We had a percussionist and he was AMAZING! another thing everyone is raving about! and they did our uplighting which looked AMAZING. Overall, you can't go wrong with Dance Jock! They definitely made my party...

A friend of mine had used Dancejock a few years back and when I was planning our wedding my first call was to my friend to get information on the DJ (Dancejock) that she used.
From beginning to end, Scott and his team did an outstanding job and their professionalism shinned through in every step of the process. Scott took care of everything and was great at providing details and suggestions when we were at a loss. I would definitely use them again for any future parties, etc.

Just want to let any bride and groom looking for the whole package..videography, photography, and a sick dj and mc.. Dancejock dj made my wedding have such a awesome vibe.. Dance floor packed the whole night.. Music lighting was on point.. I was so happy :-) my pictures were being displayed as they were taking for all of my guests to see.. People were commenting all night that they were impressed how fast the pictures were able to be viewed on the flat screen tvs.. Also they made a on the spot montage of my ceremony photos. The videographer was great.. My photographer didn't take any bad pictures.. Everyone looked good and was smiling.. I also have all my pictures on discs that r mine to do want I want..

We <3 Scott! He is such a cool guy and he runs a fantastic company! I had originally found them using google search for DJ companies on Long Island with crazy lights lol and they popped up. They did everything I wanted, they were flexible with appointment times and Scott made sure we had a great time boogie woogie dancing all night. Everyone was talking about the DJ and the music and how wonderful they were. THANKS GUYS!!

We had our wedding on New Years Eve 2011. Dancejock was great and we couldn't be happier. Scott was friendly and really helped us in all the stages of the planning. He had many different packages and helped us find the one that fit into our budget. At the reception we had the DJ and uplighting that Dancejock provided. The setup looked AWESOME! The lighting was unbelievable. Guests were commenting on how great it looked all night. Dancejocks staff were very experienced and professional. Scott was an excellent MC. He was energetic and the dance floor was packed all night. Everything went so smooth. Scott and his crew were never invasive and had everything perfect. For New Years they had a countdown and really built up the excitement. I would highly recommend Dancejock to anyone. We have been hearing nonstop from our friends and family how it was one of the most fun weddings they had ever been to. We would like to thank Scott and Dancejock for helping us have the greatest time on our special day!!!!

What can I possibly say about Scott and his staff? From the first moment we met with Scott we knew he had to be the dj at our wedding. He was personable and enthusiastic about my husband and myself. He knew our reception hall very well and told Ais what he knew would work out best logistically there. he was not pushy and didn't try and sell us on every single extra he had. He showed us our options and gave us his opinion. I will admit we didn't meet with any other djs because we knew he was it. We ended up booking 3 flat screens, dj/mc, lighting and the percussionist. Let me tell you not only did he give us an unbelievable price but I would have paid 3x more based on their performance. My husband and I have not stopped hearing our guests gushing about Scott and the percussionist. Everyone wanted their card and needed to know everything about them. From the moment the wedding started till the second it ended the dance floor was never empty. Scott stuck to the songs that we went over and found others that matched our crowd perfectly. The percussionist was interactive and sounded like he was part of the music. He let my little brother play the drums constantly and never got annoyed with him. Scott got the crowd pumped up and made some beautiful montages.
The zap shots were unbelievable and it is like I had 2 photographers running around. Everyone loved to see their pictures popping up on the screen right away. I urge you that if you are looking for a dj go see Scott and his staff. They have so much more to offer and will give you one of the best prices and the best performance you will ever experience. Thank you Scott and staff for everything! You truly made our wedding a night that NO ONE will ever forget! Especially for Brandon and I!

Dance jock was amazing. They had my guests on the dancefloor all night. We also had the percussionist that got everyone involved. When we signed our contract with Scott Neglia and Dancejock Productions, we knew that one of the most important aspects of our wedding's atmosphere would be taken care of. When I say that Dancejock exceeded our expectations, I really mean it. Our dance floor was packed from the minute that the wedding started until the minute that the wedding ended. They knew exactly what music to play and when to play it and had the ability to get every one of our guests on the dance floor at one point or another, young and old! We had a singer that sang to each table during dinner and he sounded so amazing that people thought they were playing a track of Frank Sinatra at first! The screens played a montage of us before we were introduced, of our ceremony at dinner, and flashed pictures of all of our guests throughout the night! They loved seeing themselves on the screen and could not believe how quickly they got the pictures up! The videographer was amazing and we got all of our pictures and raw footage of our video that night!! We could not be happier and recommend Dancejock whole-heartedly for every wedding and event. As a bride, it's important to know that you will not have to worry about anything on your wedding day. A DJ can make or break your wedding and Scott and Dancejock know how to give you an unforgettable night!

He did not pressure us at all to purchase any services we did not want. My sister used Dance Jock in 2003 for her wedding and they were absolutely amazing! So, when it came time for our wedding on 10/1/11, it was an easy choice. Scott and the entire team made the choices extremely easy. Rick Allan, our MC, was fun and entertaining the entire night! The DJ was absolutely amazing and was able to read the crowd so well...the dance floor was constantly packed. Between the lighting package we chose, the Kinetic uplighting, and music, the room was gorgeous and fun! I have received compliments from everyone on how great the music was and it truly "made" the wedding! When I picked out my wedding dress, I looked forward to getting married in it and then of course, dancing in it...and that was exactly what I did plenty of!
Tom and I also chose to have two performers...Curtis, the saxaphone player, and John, the percussionist. What a great decision! Curtis and John were extremely professional and unbelievable at what they do. They took the music to another level and every guest enjoyed watching them and joining in! I couldn't have thanked them enough at the end of the night!
Not only were the DJ, MC, and performers great...but the Zap photographer and lighting technician worked very hard the entire night. The video montages for the introduction and for the parent dances were put together very well and I couldn't have asked for anything better! Many of my friends that will be getting married in the next year or two have asked if they could steal my DJ....now THAT is a compliment!

Music was extremely important to me and my husband. We were very specific about wanting just the right kind of mix to make everyone happy and most importantly keep them dancing.

From our very first meeting with Scott we knew Dance Jock Productions was it. We were shown video footage of their work, not just snip-it's of the good parts, he even had a floor plan of our reception hall to show where he would set up the televisions and uplighting. He truly took the time to give us the attention that we needed. We ended up hiring Dance Jock for music, uplighting and video.

Throughout the whole planning process Scott was polite, professional and ALWAYS found a way to get me excited for the day to come, whether he realized it or not!!!

When our day came Dance Jock definitely did NOT disappoint. Our wedding R-O-C-K-E-D!!!!! (Scott was our mc and Rob James was our dj) I'm still getting emails and phone calls a month after our wedding with people telling me how much fun they had and how they haven't danced like that in years. By the time we got back from our honeymoon we had already received a disc from Scott with all of our snap shot photography pictures AND 2 weeks ago we already received the unedited version of our video.

I have hired Dance Jock productions for all of my catered affairs and have always been 100% ecstatic with the results!!!. The first, in 1988 when my husband graduated from Law School. I was thrilled with the music, service, and price. (times were tough out of Law school and Scott worked with my budget and made my party look and sound as if I had spent a lot more $$$ then I did.) Following that, were the 3 Bar-Mitzvahs' for my children, starting in 2000, 2002, and 2004. You might think that the music and entertainment would be similar to the party before, but Scott and his team always brought new, innovative ideas to make each party and child feel special and spectacular. My sons' wedding was our most recent affair and I would not dream of having any other company provide the music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and of course, reception. The lighting package lit up the room but never overshadowed the bride and groom. Dance Jock productions manages to compliment every occasion without taking the attention from the guests of honor. They have, and will always be the company I hire for all my music and entertainment needs.

Absolutely Amazing!!! Scott and his staff were great! We got nothing but compliments our dance floor was packed the entire night! From the music to the lighting everything was perfect!!!

Absolutely amazing!! Scott Neglia and his entire dancedock team truly made our wedding everything that we could have ever hoped for. Right from the first meeting with Scott, he made us feel comfortable and confident in their work. All of their DJs are experienced DJs that actually work out in clubs so they know what is new and fresh. Scott listened to exactly what we wanted our wedding to be, made wonderful suggestions which I am soooo happy we followed his advice on, and followed through till the very last dance. Our main thing was that we wanted our wedding to be a PARTY and I have to say, the dance floor was NEVER empty! They assessed the crowd (and my groom who ended up doing a hysterical garter toss routine courtesy of Scott), changed up music if it didn't seem to be working, kept everyone engaged and happy. Bottom line is that dancejock knows how to throw a party, knows how to work with a bunch of different personalities and understands how important the wedding day is to the bride and groom and does everything in their power to make it just as you want it. Also, the dancejock VJ is amazing and I highly recommend getting the "candid" shots as part of your package... The VJ got shots that were less formal, more fun and truly captured the "true" wedding. All the pictures that are snapped are played on plasma screens through out the night and it is a really fun touch that a lot of our guests enjoyed. To get an idea of how good the VJ was, I have to tell you that I was complimented at least 15 times throughout the night on how awesome my "photographer" was doing and how great the pictures on the plamsa were... I was like... that's not my photographer... its dancejock!
I really could go on and on about everything that Scott and his team did for us that night but I hope you get the picture. I never write reviews for anything but I could not let myself not let everyone know about dancejock. In a nutshell, they are courteous, very professional, caring, compassionate and AMAZING at what they do. I could not have asked for a better DJ, MC and VJ for our wedding. Thank you Scott and Dancejock for figuring out exactly what we wanted our wedding to be (even though we were just blabbing away) and then delivering even more than we could have hoped for! I just used them on 9/10/11! They went above an beyond my expectations! Everyone there is friendly an very helpful! Scott is a pleasure! I spoke with Danielle a lot she helped me with since i have a 1 year old! Leo as my mc an I can say my dance floor was packed all night! I would us them again for any event I have coming up! My guests did nothing but say how great the music was all night! I also used them for my ceremony music, zap shots and a photo booth as my favors! It all began with our introduction to Danielle (who works out of the main office). She was very flexible with her schedule to meet with us late in the evenings and always greeted us in a professional manner and with a smile. To our photographer/videographer John, who was able to do an excellent job gathering all our family members together to take some special photos. We absolutely loved the video montage displaying photos of both parents, the two of us growing up as teenagers and then together as a couple. We also enjoyed the short clip of our wedding vows that was shown to our guests while they waited for us to enter the room....our guests LOVED it!!! The percussianist was great he got the crowd really excited and the kids all got a chance to beat the drum (along with my hubby....LOL). And as for George our MC/DJ well, our guests cannot stop talking about the MUSIC!!! Non stop dance music to get the crowd up and moving and that's exactly what they did. George did an excellent job coordinating everything and interacting with the crowd. We were so incredibly happy with all Scott and his team did for us on our very special day. Our dance floor was packed the entire night and our guest would not stop raving about how amazing the music was and how much fun they were having! Scott and his team were extremely cooperative and worked with us to customize our wedding exactly how we envisioned it to be and more! They made sure all of our favorite songs were played and created a magnificent montage as well as displayed digital photos on their flat screens throughout whole night! Dance Jock was phenomenal, they made me and my husbands wedding day amazing. They played everything i asked for and more. No one left the dance floor the entire night, and my friends are still talking about how great the music was. They played what the crowd was feeling, and they did it perfectly. We rented a photobooth from Dancejock and it was the talk of the night! Everyone got in there at least once, and some people three or four times! I provided a book for guests to put their double copy of pictures in and write a little message, and I think I have looked through it about 150 times! It is hysterical! Such an awesome keepsake! There were two attendants to put the book together and set up the photobooth and they were WONDERFUL! This was the most reasonable photobooth I could find and I am SO thrilled that I did because they were amazing and worth every penny!

WOW! Scott and his crew made my wedding. There was not one minute guests were not on the dance floor. He played all the "right" music and mixed it up great. Scott is an awesome MC and knows when to "jump" in and when to just let the party roll. The piano player was great, the Zap photos were a lot of fun and I loved the LCD screens around the room!! I used Dancejock as both a DJ and videographer for my wedding. I loved their services and would definitely recommend them to another bride. My emcee was RickAllen and he was awesome. He had people on the dance floor the entire time without being the typical obnoxious LI DJ. They played great music, and were super nice to work with.

The only thing I could say about Dancejock is AMAZING!!! From start to finish they were what made our wedding exactly what we wanted it to be. Their attention to detail was fantastic with our slideshow, live streamed photos, our video, and our floor decal and lighting. The way that they streamed our live wedding ceremony into our reception was unlike any other! I can't even explain how amazing the music was. We have a huge dancing crowd and when I tell you that the music was paced perfectly I mean it. The crowd barely sat down, maybe just to eat, it was perfect!! The live singer and drummer were an amazing addition to the dancejock dj. When Dana sang the songs to dance to our parents with it made the moments even more special. They even were flexible enough to learn a song they had never done before for my dance with my father. The live percussionist was fun and interactive with our crazy family and friends who even got a little drumming in. Scott's mc'ing was fantastic, we truly felt the love, even in a short time we felt that we had a great relationship that made my husband and I very comfortable to know that our event would be taken care of. I truly could not imagine our wedding without Dancejock...they were definitly the best decision we made!!!!!

It was because of Scott Negilia and DanceJock Productions that our wedding was the best night of our lives! The energy that they created on the dance floor was incredible! It was a non stop dance party from the start. The music selection fit right in with the crowd and the instruments and the "Frank Sinatra" singer created the feel of an actual band! Guests at our wedding kept coming on over to us and saying "The band is amazing!" I didn't tell them that it was actually a dj!
All of our friends have followed in our footsteps and have hired DanceJock for their weddings, as well. They continue to keep the energy pumping. We can't wait for our next DanceJock event!

Absolutely Awesome! Hector and Mark B. had the party going until after my wedding was over! Nobody wanted to leave! Everyone danced all night long, and I am soooo glad that I chose Dance Jock! Their services were incredible. I don’t think the dance floor was free at any point of the night! Scott had all my guests laughing, dancing and cheering all night long. The videographer was so much fun constantly joking around and making me laugh at the camera (which is very difficult to do when all you can think about is all the stress and aggravation you went through planning for this ONE day). No mater what my requests were (believe me I had many), The Dance Jock Productions took care of all of them. They are very modern and yet old-fashioned depending on what your taste is and what you wish for your special day to be like. They have all the equipment and special affects along with live entertainment performers that your heart can possibly desire. Definitely two thumbs up!

Scott and his staff kept everyone dancing the whole entire night. There was not a minute that there weren't people up and dancing. They were very accomodating and helpfull when I had questions or concerns. My only problem was that they did not play the right part to our "entrance song" but non the less it was the right song and everyone had a great time.

In all honesty, my wedding was a few years back, in 2007 - but that only really emphasizes how much I loved Dancejock. I happened to come upon this website when helping a friend plan a wedding, but I had to write a review. When I tell you that the entire dancefloor at my wedding was packed with guests, rocking out to the awesome DJ, I mean ENTIRE dancefloor. So the music was great, but that's not why I have to give them such a great review. It was a whole mixture of things... Well, of course the music was fantastic - playing every single song I had asked for and then surprising me with a ton of great songs to keep the crowd up and dancing. The service was fantastic. I was fortunate enough to use Dancejock for my video as well and I couldn't have been more happy with the finished product. Not only did they give me the raw footage, a perfectly mixed final version, and all of this very quickly by the way, but the videographer and photographer who took stills were amazing at the reception. I was floored at how much footage and great shots they got, all while being pretty much invisible to the guests. Couldn't have been happier! Then there's the little details that made the night as perfect as it was. My husband and I decided to go with the flat panel televisions and video montage for our entrance and during the father/daughter and mother/son dances. We heard so many ooh's and ahh's and saw a lot of tears. It made for perfect heart-felt moments that showed our journey together. Now I know my wedding was in 2007, but my memory and gratitude for Dancejock's great services are still as strong as if my wedding was last week. My entire family was so impressed that we've had 5 other family members use Dancejock at their weddings also. At a more recent one, Dancejock video'd the ceremony for my cousin's wedding and the vows were played on the video screens during the reception. It gave us a way to be up close and personal with the love those two shared. It was so fantastic! So thank you Dancejock, for making my wedding so memorable. If I could do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing... it was that perfect <3

Dance Jock was the production company at our friend’s wedding. We were so impressed with their DJ and lighting, we ended up choosing them for our wedding as well. They are extremely talented and professional. I used them for their DJ /MC services, videography, lighting and projection screens. The day went smoothly with no issues and my guests had a fabulous time. I give them 5 stars! I highly recommend Dance Jock Productions for all of your entertainment needs!

Hi Scott. My name is Angela Villarico. Dance Jock rocked my wedding 8 years ago on Oct 11, 2003. I had Roy as my MC and Raquel as my singer, with a Jazz trio at cocktail hour (It was at John Anthony's and I got my pics you guys took on a VHS tape!) haha
Still, up until this day, people still comment on how amazing the music was at my wedding.
Anyone looking for an unbelievable party- i have always told them about Dance Jock.
Unfortunately, we personally don't have many parties so haven't had the chance to use you since but... my sister did- Andrea Keating, who just got married to Tom Keating on Oct. 1. Once again- not a person was disappointed.
The wedding was beautiful and the music topped it all off! The MC, DJ, Sax and percussionist were phenomenal! The MC and DJ knew exactly how to read the crowd and the Sax and Perc. were on point. Someone even said "I have never been at a wedding where everyone is up dancing and it feels like a club!"
I am- once again- so impressed with Dance Jock. Everyone was professional and a blast. I attached 2 pics that I hope you'll be able to use in some way- just 2 of your guys with a happy beautiful bride!
