Danelle's Bridal Boutique
My wedding dress was simply breathtaking. Thank you Danelle's Bridal Boutique for helping me pick my dream wedding dress.
Danelle's did a fabulous job at picking a dress that fit my personality perfectly! I could not find a dress that truly fit me, so Danelle, herself, went and picked a dress that she thought would look good on me... I fell in love with it! They offer excellent service and amazing quality in their dresses! I am totally pleased and I would recommend Danelle's to any of my friends and/or acquaintances!
Michelle worked so hard and was so patient in finding a perfect dress for me. I didn't feel pressured, and she was able to pick a gown that made me, my mother, and other family members happy. Absolutely fantastic experience, especially after being disappointed at so many other bridal shops.
Michelle was more than helpful with me deciding on my silhouette and encouraged me to try on something outside my comfort zone.
I am so glad I did because I found MY dress!
She is an asset to this store and very good at encouraging her bride to LOVE herself in the dress.
Thank you, Michelle - you were a blessing to me and my family!
I showed up here on a Saturday without an appointment!! An absolutely awful thing to do at a bridal shop. But they still let me come in and try on!! I explained what I wanted and the consultant found it. The first dress she pulled was just what I was looking for. I purchased it and drove back to Pueblo VERY pleased. I love this shop and recommend it to everyone.
They helped me find my dress in a short timeframe. The staff was very helpful for the dress and the suits for my entire party.
My first visit with Danelle's was successful, I bought the first dress I tried on and I loved it, I was really disappointed when I went to go pick up my dress though. I made an appointment to go pick it up, and when I got there my dress was so wrinkled, at first I wasn't sure it was the same fabric as the original sample dress I tried on. It was a mermaid style dress that I felt still needed an extra petticoat of some kind, I was never offered any "extra" undergarments, so Im not sure if they offer them at the store. I went over to Davids bridal where they were happy to help me with the right undergarments (ie petticoat and bra cups). Once I got my dress home, had the right undergarments and steamed my dress I was in love with it all over again. At Danelle's you get what you pay for, a good initial appointment but the follow up customer service is very poor
I had the worst experience at Danelle's Bridal. I pointed out the dresses I wanted to try on to the bridal consultant and began to try them on. My consultant was not very friendly and she brought me some dresses that I hadn't picked out which were hideous. Each dress I tried on, I immediately said no to and I went through 7 of them quickly. Instead of reassuring me that she would help find my dress and help choose things that went with my description of my dream dress, she told me that I was "done trying on dresses" She told me that I was trying on too many and that I was confused about what I wanted. I told her that there were still some that I had picked out in the beginning that I wanted to try on but she told me I could only try on one more. She made me feel rushed, that she didn't care about what I wanted or having my business. She was rude and my mom and friends were shocked at her behavior. She did not make me feel like a bride or that she wanted to make my experience special. I left very upset and discouraged. The next day I went to Something New Boutique, told them about my experience at Danelle's and they were shocked. When I described the dress of my dreams, they all knew right away and the first dress I tried on was the one I purchased. They listened to me, treated me like their own daughter and I felt like a special bride. My advice, do NOT go to Danelle's Bridal!
I am in disbelief that I found MY dress on my first trip to a bridal store!
I am absolutely thrilled that I have a completely unique, one-of-a-kind dress - especially within my budget!
ALL the ladies here were SO helpful and I felt NO pressure to choose anything today!
I am super happy with my selection, and my vision for my wedding has become very clear!
They have a huge selection of dresses you "can't find anywhere else" Hopefully you don't mind paying $2000 for a dress made in China. I was very happy to find my dream dress. I was treated sweetly during the intial try-on period and the second look at my potential dress with my mother in law. They do have high pressure sales tactics and attempt to entice you with sales that will end shortly to get you to commit. The sweet sales tactic was dropped once I paid the deposit.
One week before the dress was supposed to arrive, I called the store to make sure everything was still on schedule. I got a phone call back after they checked the order only to be told they could not make my dress because the designer ran out of that particular lace. The owner apologized on the phone but was unable to explain how the order was placed months earlier and close to shipping yet they were saying it wouldn't happen. I was furious to say the least, especially since at that point they should have had the dress almost done. Long story short, my dress was amazingly there one week later. I was rushed through a try on, she immediately took the dress out of the dressing room the minute I took it off, and hurried me out of the store. When I got home I took a closer look at the dress. Some of the lace and sequins were falling off because they weren't sewn on tightly. The scalloped lace at the bottom of the dress was starting to unravel in places and there were long pieces of invisible thread everywhere. I am also pretty sure they just resized the size 12 try on dress to my size 4 because the cup sizes were awkward and uneven. Because they have an all sales final when you leave with the dress I was basically told it wasn't their problem. So disappointed and angry. It cost me an extra $300 to fix the issues later on.
If you go here, yes they do have beautiful dresses...but be prepared for the worst...feel free to contact me directly if you have questions before you put a deposit down.
Sadie was really great! She listened to exactly what i was looking for, and did her best to find my dress!
While some of the other stores I went to were somewhat judgemental because I was a pregnant bride, Sadie knew exactly what would work, and made me feel very comfortable!
I was very stressed and procrastinating about trying on wedding gowns. I heard about Danelle's Bridal through a friend, and am very happy that I was able to try on dresses in a timely manner!
My consultant, Jasmine, provided excellent service, and I was confident in my choice because of Jasmine's help.
Thank you so much for making what can be a stressful decision, less stressful!
We had such a wonderful experience at Danelle's Bridal Boutique!
Our consultant spent quality time with us, giving us very helpful information about the types of dresses. She was also at ease in communications about cost and budgeting.
Overall, we enjoyed our experience, found a gorgeous dress, and very much appreciated our consultant!
Thanks so much to Danelle's Bridal Boutique!
I was excited for my appointment from the moment I hung up the phone - I was not disappointed! Michelle really listened to what I was looking for and made me feel comfortable!
I couldn't imagine a better experience that I will always cherish! I did not feel pressured, but welcomed and at ease.
I definitely recommend any bride to come here!
Thank you Danelle's Bridal and Michelle - I am so in love with my dress!
Danelle's has a nice selection of affordable (more than David's Bridal but less than couture) dresses. I was able to purchase mine off the rack, because I had only 3 months until my wedding. My only frustration was that, when we took the dress back to be steamed the day before the wedding, we had to send it back to be re-steamed twice, as they didn't get all of the wrinkles.
Very beautiful Allure dress bought from Danelle's! It was gorgeous and the staff was very kind to both my Mother and I.
My first experience trying on wedding gowns couldn't have been more wonderful! Everyone at Danelle's Bridal made me (and my mom) feel super important and taken care of. My experience of buying a wedding gown was EXACTLY how I envisioned and hoped it would be! My consultant, Sadie, was AMAZING - she had such great attention to detal, patience, and enthusiasm!
Thank you Danelle's for making this experience super special!!!
My experience at Danelle's Bridal Boutique was absolutely AMAZING!!! Jasmine was such a great help to me! I recommend any bride to use Danelle's Bridal - so professional and so friendly! Definitely 10 STARS!!!
Fabulous dress, fit well, great selection.
Danelle's Bridal Boutique provided me with a wonderful experience! The staff was quite knowledgeable and friendly - I didn't feel rushed at all! I found the best dress, and enjoyed every moment of wearing it on my wedding day! Thank you so much Danelle's for making me feel beautiful!
I had a wonderful time at Danelle's Bridal! My consultant was so awesome! I loved that she didn't just smile and say everything looked good. She pointed out details that didn't necessarily enhance my body, and gave me full confidence that my dress would be absolutely glamorous on my big day - and it was! Danelle's is a great bridal shop with beautiful products and amazing service!
They were awesome through out my wedding planning!!!!! I love them!!!!!! THANKS LADIES!!!!!!!
Sadie was the most amazing wedding consultant I have ever met! I had been to over five different wedding places and didn't receive anywhere close to as good as service as I did here! Sadie listened to exactly what I wanted, had something in mind, and not only found the perfect wedding dress for me, but also a tiara, veil, and jewelry that fit perfectly with my gown. Sadie is awesome and I couldn't have asked for more at Danelle's! I love it there!
Everyone at Danelle's was very helpful and accommodating. Everyone I worked with was very professional and listened to my needs. I walked in with a basic idea of my ideal dress, and after talking with one of the employees for a few minutes, she was able to find "the dress" that was perfect for me.
My bridal experience was OUTSTANDING!
Jasmine made me feel completely at home and comfortable, and her attention to detail was very refreshing!
Lorraine made our purchasing process simple and convenient.
I definitely recommend Danelle's Bridal Boutique to everyone!
Thank you Danelle's!
I am so grateful for the service, advice, and friendship I experienced at Danelle's! Thank you so much to Andrea and all the ladies for giving me such a super experience! I had so much fun, found my perfect dress, and definitely recommend everyone to Danelle's!
I had a very pleasant experience at Danelle's Bridal Boutique! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to them, I found the dress of my dreams! I am more than happy to spread the good word about this particular boutique! Thanks again, Danelle's :)
I had such a wonderful experience at Danelle's Boutique! My consultant, Heidi, was very professional and listened to what we wanted. She showed us many different options in gowns, and in making changes to gowns to get just the look I wanted - she was so patient and sweet! I definitely recommend Danelle's to any bride-to-be!
I went to Danelle's Bridal with my mom, who lives in Colorado, searching for a unique gown that no one else would see in PA. The first dress I tried on was AWESOME (and so were the next three)! My conslutant, Sadie, was so helpful and nice and made me feel good about my decision. I was very happy with the whole experience and left confident that my unique gown was the perfect one for me!
WOW! What an awesome, relaxing experience I had at Danelle's! I found the perfect dress without feeling any pressure from the staff. Speaking of the staff: the bridal consultants at Danelle's were so personable and accomodating! I would definitely recommend Danelle's Bridal to every bride out there!
This place has great dresses. I felt the material was a little "cheap" feeling. And they mixed up a few of my dresses but all went well on the day of and I loved my bridesmaids dresses. I wore my mother's dress for my wedding and had it altered by a private seamstess.
After having a horrible experience with another local bridal shop, I found Danelle's to be an AWESOME experience! The conslutant was very educated and informational making things easier. She was extremely helpful and had great customer service to offer! What I had hoped for with my first experience, is what I got at Danelle's! I was extremely satisfied and pleased with my experience at Danelle's!
i worked with andrea at this salon and she was amazing! i would recommend this salon to all brides in colorado. i originally found a dress in denver from another salon. wanted to purchase it but the salon told me i was too far out. i asked the salon to call me if any changes were made such as the dress no longer being available. i went back a few months later and they had sold the sample and the dress i wanted was no longer available. danelles customer service was so amazing that i called them and asked them what could be done about getting the dress. they helped me find an even more beautiful dress! andrea always helped and made me feel great when i had concerns! they fixed everything when i had a problem. my husband and i didn't get a lot of pictures on wedding day and decided to have pics retaken on our one year anniversary. im planning to go to danelles for another dress!
My first experience at Danelle's I worked with Danelle herself and it was a real pleasure. She took me through all the shapes of dresses and had me try on at least one from each, because you just never know what might look really good on you. (or at least I didn't) I was so pleased with how patient she was with me and the help she gave me in trying things on. She was not pushy either. Some of the ladies who work there were not as friendly as Danelle, but overall, I was very pleased with the shop.
I moved from Colorado before my wedding and came back to colorado for the wedding, so I had my alterations done elsewhere. When Danelle's steamed my dress they discovered the people who had done my alterations had used pink highlighter to mark the Bustle pins. . .this resulted in bleeding pink on the outside of my dress. Danelle's imediately stopped what they were doing when they saw this and called me to come look at the dress and decide the next step. The professionalism they showed me surrounding this was incredible.
I would highly recommened Danelle's. Even if you don't find your dress there, it's a great experience just being there.
Danelle's was the first place I went to try on dresses, and ended up being the one I went back to. The consultant was great, the dresses gorgeous and of high quality. I found my dream dress on my third try and even got an excellent deal on it. The store itself is lovely, clean, and organized. Feels warm and welcoming. The sales consultant wasn't too pushy and was quick to have me narrow down dresses I didn't want, which I consider a plus.
The only thing that irritated me was a small moment with the seamstress that altered my dress. During my first fitting, it was determined that I wouldn't need many alterations, not even to hem my dress which was great. She wanted though a $50 deposit for her services, but for various reasons I didn't have the money in my checking. I was getting paid the next day anyway and asked if I could just come by in the morning and pay, and she got very irritated.
She argued with me, declaring that she would not work a stitch on my dress until she got the deposit and that she had to ''make sure it was okay with the owner''. I told her she had no choice because I quite literally had no money in my checking account and thus could not pay her. She then quizzed me on why I couldn't use a check (left my checkbook at my apartment an hour and half away, sorry I rarely ever use the thing so I never keep it on me).
In the end the lady had to suck it up until the next day. I paid her, she did a good job. Overall, great experience at Danelle's, especially compared to the other places I went.
Having a beautiful ring is a must in every wedding. The reason we chose Danelle's Bridal Boutique is their good design and reasonable price. We browed the website and it was really hard to decide which one to choose. However, they advised some rings that were the best sellings.everything was wonderful!!! It all turned out better than we could have ever hoped!
I loved my dress. The alterations were fabulous. My only complaint is that this store has a very in your face style of sale of their accessories. At my first fitting they brought me neaklaces to try on. I didn't decide on anything because I wanted to buy a diamond neaklace somewhere else. Then I recieved a phone call the next day saying they had ordered my neaklace. I had to call back and cancel an order that I never placed. Again, I loved my dress- just stand your ground.
Loved my dress!!!
I am so glad I went to Daniell's to get my dress! My dress was beautiful and I didn't look like every other bride you see. The staff was fabulous, they were very helpful and they held the dress for me until the alterations were fiished, the taylor was fabulous, she was so knowledgeable and I was very satisfied with the results, they even steam your dress for free before you pick it up!
This was the only shop I went to when I was looking for my dress. The people working there are amazing, friendly, and so helpful! There were so many dresses to choose from and the stock changes every few weeks so if you don't see anything that you want, you can go back again and see completely new dresses.
I purchased my wedding dress at Danelle's in August of 2008 for my April 2009 wedding. My original sales girl (wish I could remember her name) was what made my experience great. She was happy to let me try on dress after dress, and was sweet and helpful as could be. They told me my dress could take up to 9 months to come in, and it was in 2 weeks later. Which I suppose was great, but then I had to hide it from my fiance for 9 months, but it wasn't a big deal. After the dress came in, my original sales girl had moved on, but the next girl was also really nice and helpful. I wasn't entirely thrilled with the seamstress who did the alterations though. I did lose 25 pounds from when I tried on the 1st sample, and not knowing I would lose that much, but planning to, I should have ordered a smaller size. The dress I nearly spilled out of in August needed double cups sewn in in April, and I still didn't fill out the bust, and because the dress was all lace, there wasn't a lot that could be done. Still, I'm glad I chose Danelle's over other shops in town that only want to show you dresses "in your size" and had cheap quality in comparison. My dress was beautiful, and I would buy that dress again in a heartbeat.
Danelles Bridal was my first stop to look and my last. I found my perfect dress after trying on two gowns! I knew it was perfect when my mom started crying. The Ladies you have working for you are awesome! My consultant was so friendly and took care of all my needs. We also found bridesmaids and flowergirls dresses the exact same day. Thanks so much for making this process easy and fun for me! My wedding was perfect!
I would not reccomend that anyone use this store. I had a multitude of issues with both the staff of Danelle's and getting my dress in. My dress which was due in three weeks before my wedding, did not arrive until 10 days before the wedding and only after I threatened BBB action and a chargeback on my credit card. The store offered me no discounts and while they did apolgize, it did not make up for the fact that they brought me to tears multiple times.
The dress was beautiful. Typically helpful. Seamstress did a nice job. A bit pricey however.
Beautiful gowns. I looked like a princess. They had a good selection. Unique dresses compared to David's bridal.
Danelle's was wonderful in the beginning. I loved my first experience. I loved one of their managers... she made it worth while! I found the perfect dress there. But again, once I spent my money, things began to go downhill.
Some of the girls working there were very sweet, but most were very snooty. One in specifically was very rude every time I went in there. I did not like the horrible attitude she had with me and all my bridesmaids. The lady who did alts was very sweet and accommodating, but at the end very stupid things began to happen.
They began to lie and do ridiculous things. For instance, one of my bridesmaids needed a shawl. She asked for it later then the dress was ordered, but we were told it would be here in plenty of time. I called first to make sure, they called back saying it would be here and told me they ordered it. I asked them to stop the order since I hadn't made sure the bridesmaid wanted it, still having to tell her the cost of $28. Once she said she wanted it, she called the same day as me and reordered it.
2 days before the wedding we called to see if we could pick it up, well it never made it to the store. In a panic we began to argue with them as they began to blame me. Danelle's proceeded to tell me I had called and canceled the order and reordered it 3 times, when I had only called that one time. They said they would see if they had one like it in the store somewhere for us and they would give us a discount for the trouble. Once we got there to make sure it matched, we said we would take it even though it didn't match like I hoped, but we didn't have time to be super picky. The girl being very rude, said it was $30. We said, "No, Danelle said it would be the same price with a discount." Now, it's not that we needed the $2 off, it was the principle of the matter. With all the trouble, honestly they could've done more in my opinion. But, that's besides the point. - The very rude girl said she would call Danelle for me and ask. I then spoke with her on the phone for some time and she ended up, also being rude, saying that she had never had a shawl in her store for that price, so on and so forth. But, since they keep everything written down, if someone told me that price, she would honor it. - After a bit, the girl came out with a very snotty attitude and showed me the notes saying, "See, it's always been $30!" But what she didn't expect was for me to see the crossed out, in black marker, the $28. I pointed it out to her and asked, "What's that crossed out?" - "Umm...well...umm...I don't know what that is." Being very embarrassed and very caught, she backed away from me and I looked at her very pissed off and said "You crossed out the $28 hoping I wouldn't see it! I can't believe you! This is ridiculous!" her reply, "NO I DIDN'T, NO I DIDN'T!!" Mine back was, "If my wedding wasn't in 2 days, I would not have bought my dress here, or my bridesmaids! I would leave this store and never come back! I can't believe you went that low! This isn't the first time you guys have done this! You just keep doing this stupid crap! I will tell everyone I know about this and to NEVER shop here! You are truly ridiculous!" Wanting to say SO much more...a little more, ummm.... inappropriate, but held my tongue. I stormed out, not buying the stupid shawl and wanting to scream! Of course, they did nothing to fix it.
Needless to say, I loved my wedding dress, but not for all the crap I went through. For spending $1400 on my dress, plus my bridesmaids dresses, they should've taken a little bit better care of us.
The story above was just one of a few I have. lol Just watch out once you give some of these vendors your money. They are sugar sweet, until they have it!
My experience at Danelle's was wonderful! I had the most helpful and knowledgeable consultant. She made me feel like this time was all about me and they helped me choose the perfect dress!
When I first visited Danelles the saleswoman was extremely nice and treated me like a queen. I wasnt completely in love with any of the dresses they had and later found the perfect dress at a shop in another state, but decided to take my dress to Danelles for alterations. They charged a $50 out-of-store alteration fee which I was willing to pay just to save me the time of finding a reputable independent seamstress. At my first fitting the seamstress told me that my custom length dress was too long and put me in an underskirt that filled it out just enough to make it the perfect length. She promised to order the underskirt and that it would be ready for me to pick up at my final fitting. Then she told me that there were only two types of bustles but neither showed off the dress very well and I had to prod her for several minutes until she finally admitted that there was another option and we settled on a double French bustle. They kept me waiting 45 minutes after I arrived for my second fitting and I ended up about an hour late to my next appointment. Another woman came in about 20 minutes after me and the seamstress actually walked right past me and took her before me. All the saleswomen ignored me and spent most of the time I was waiting behind a closed employees only door and I had to hunt one down to bring out my dress so I could at least get into it while I was waiting. Even though I had actually lost about 5 pounds since my first fitting the bodice was so tight I couldnt hook the latch in the back but when the seamstress finally took me she refused to let it out saying that was how the dress was supposed to fit. The back hemline with the skirt bustled was uneven and the underskirt hadnt been ordered. They claimed ordering the underskirt would take four months and it was now only about 2.5 weeks before my wedding. After searching the back about 3 times they finally found another underskirt but it wasnt as full as the original one so the dress was dragging on the ground. The new underskirt was also about 6 too long and they refused to shorten it for me. They wanted to charge me another $50 to steam the dress (on top of the $50 out-of-store fee) since I hadnt purchased the dress from their shop so I decided to just buy my own steamer and do it myself. I lost another 3 pounds between that fitting and my wedding and the bodice did fit on the big day but it wouldnt have otherwise. So in the end I paid the $50 out-of-store fee, plus $75 for over-taking in the bodice, $110 for the sloppy double French bustle, and another $50 for the too-slim, too-long underskirt only to have to do my own steaming and underskirt hemming and still have the dress drag on the floor at my reception.
Vendor response to review
The reviewer stated incorrect information. We employee a master steamstress who has been in the bridal business for 25 years. She was attempting to save this bride money by offering an "underskirt" or slip rather than the cost of a hem which can be very expensive. We tell all brides there are many bustles to choose from not just two. Bustled trains are suppose to touch the ground in the back and if this bride was not happy she should have said something in our store as we will continue doing alterations at no additional cost until the bride is satisfied. Our slips are kept in stock and do not take 4 months to order but 2 weeks, this customer misquoted what she was told. Finally, we are one of the few stores that DOES take out of store gowns which we are now considering not doing any longer because of brides like this. Our alterations prices are very competitive and many of the big box stores charge more.
Meg at Danelle's made the entire process of getting me and my mom looking awesome, soooo easy and fun! I ended up finding the PERFECT Maggie Sottero dress, in my size, on sale! That was really awesome and helped out with the budget a lot! They serve you drinks and snacks while you are shopping and treat you like true royalty. Meg was so helpful... between sugesstions, helping to get me into my dress, placing orders for us and everything in between. Their prices are spot on and their selection is huge! All the girls there are amazing and friendly and by the end they all become your friends, asking about your family and your finace! They really strive to make you feel your best while providing the best in quality garments to you. I highly recommend this shop for all your bridal needs. We went to a few other shops around townand were not at all impressed with the service and quality of dresses. By going to Danelle's, you know that you will recieve the best of the best when it comes to customer service and quality of goods.
After searching for my dress in three different locations, I finally found one I loved. I was hoping that finding and buying my dress would be a special time for me and my friends. In general, the staff at Danelles was not very helpful and did not make me feel special. Unfortunately, Danelles was the only boutique in Colorado that carried this particular designer. I would not recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a full-service boutique. I had to go elsewhere for my shoes and all of my accessories, and my overall experience was not memorable. Their prices are reasonable, and the selection is fair.
I would recommend anyone go here for their bridal gown. I received phenomenal service, great follow-up, wonderful alterations and ended up with the perfect dress for my wedding day. They were willing to work with me even though I was having an out of state wedding which made it so much easier for fittings. They made me look fabulous!
Not impressed as much as I would have liked. They were very busy and not very helpful.
I have purchased two dresses at Danelle's Brida Boutique - one in 2006 and one in 2007 for two daughters. We had a lovely experience with the dress purchases. The sales people were knowledgeable and helpful, the boutique was clean and pleasant, the prices very fair and the delivery schedule clear and accurate.
