Danny Morgan and his band were the best!! My guests were on the dance floor all night long!

I signed a contract with Danny Morgan because when I booked the venue this was their exclusive DJ. Between the time that we booked the venue and the wedding they made it that you could use any DJ. I thought about changing but I didnt want to deal with that. Lets just say I am glad I didnt. We had Jeff Key as our DJ for our wedding. He played steel drums on the beach for the ceremony, then during the cocktail hour he played steel drums again along with a guitar. Upstairs for the reception I was a pretty easy bride I told him my must play list and my do not play list and he did a great job picking the right songs. My only complaint with myself is we should have had the money dance earlier in the night since the wedding was on a Sunday many working people left early. I would recommend Danny Morgan Music Service for any event you may be planning in Southwest Florida

Our rehearsal dinner we did a Calypso theme and he was GREAT. The wedding was okay....I should have spent more time picking the songs etc so it wasn't entirely his fault.....Take your time with the band and plan out everything. Overall, I would highly recommend Danny Morgan Bands...

Mark played from 10 pm til the end of the wedding at 11:45. He was just great...I highly recommend him. Danny Morgan Entertainment recommended him and I couldn't be happier. He was so into the wedding he was taking pictures with his own camera! I forwarded him a play list, as well as a do not play list and he played everything perfectly. He even came to check with me when someone requested a song not on my list. Great DJ...not cheesy at all...everyone thought he was great! Really kept everyone dancing!

Amy Morgan and her husband Danny are musician/DJ "brokers" for Captiva & Sanibel Islands. They're business is finding musicians for your wedding so you don't have to do the work. Amy listened to what we were looking for and then gave us recommendations on local musicians. She handled contracts & scheduling with our musicians/dj and made my life super easy. Funny thing is that you would think it would be more expensive to use them then to do it on your own- it ABSOLUTELY was not! She gave us an amazing price on all the musicians and provided them with our music selections, etc!

Ceremony & Cocktail hour Musician: John McLane
John sang and played the nylon string guitar during our ceremony as well as played the steel drums during our cocktail hour. He was amazing and better in person than on his website. I walked down the aisle to "Somewhere over the Rainbow" by Izzy and his rendition of the song was so beautiful. It was exactly what I wanted. Cocktail hour was beyond believable, John really got the party started and kept the "island feel" from the ceremony going!

Reception DJ: Mark Simms
Mark had an extensive collection of music and followed my request for style of music that I asked for. Overall though I left feeling that he was like every other DJ. He was very good at what he did and I would definitely recommend him to others, but nothing specific stood out about his work for the evening. He kept the party rocking all night long!

I had one of the DJ's with Danny Morgan's company. I felt the he was out of touch with the 25-35 year old crowd. Definitely, if you have already booked, have a COMPLETE song list prepared for your DJ in advance. I think we put a little too much trust in our DJ.
