When my husband and I were shopping around for a wedding band to match my engagement ring we stopped into David Jay Jewelers and found a ring that matched so perfectly with my ring that they looked like they belonged together except for a few differences that we asked a sales associate about. The jeweler agreed to recreate the ring while making some modifications to match it better to my engagement ring, it looks stunning. Absolutely wonderful job

We lived in DC through our engagement, but after looking at a few places (and actually buying a set of rings that we returned) we couldn't find exactly what we wanted. Our wedding was in PA near my parents, and on one of our trips up my Mom recommended we check out David Jay's. They were so incredibly helpful and open to us looking at and trying on several pieces. We left that day empty handed since we didn't want to have buyer's remorse again, but returned a few weeks later to pick out our rings. My husband picked a standard titanium ring, which he really likes for its lightness. I chose to have them design a rose gold wedding band with diamonds since I knew what I wanted in my head, but couldn't find it anywhere. They did a great job creating my ring, and I get compliments on it all the time. They also engraved both of our rings, my husband's at the last minute since it was a surprise! We also bought gifts for practically everyone in our bridal party there: watches for the guys, personalized jewelry for our flower girls and a tie clip for our ring bearer. They always made us feel very welcome there and treated us like honored guests, even staying open late one night so we could come to the store after fighting traffic from DC. My husband thinks I don't need any more jewelry right now ;) but I'm sure that when I'm ready for a new piece I'll be looking at David Jay's!

My fiance bought my engagement ring there and we ended up getting our wedding bands there as well.

We got our wedding bands from David Jays after shopping around a lot. While shopping around, nothing was really sitting right with my engagement ring and no other jewler seemed to really listen to my concerns about this. When we went to David Jays, they listened to everything we had to say and the woman helping us found me the perfect ring. The one we saw had diamonds all the way around, which I didn't want and which was way out of our price range. They were able to re-create the ring with the diamonds only half way around. The appraisal for the ring wasn't much over what we paid for it so we probably could have gotten a better price somewhere else but the customer service was fantastic.

My husband got my engagement ring and both our wedding rings at David Jays in Warrington. We absolutely love our rings and the sales staff. When they were making my engagement ring, they took longer than originally indicated because they accidentally set my ring in platinum instead of white gold. The mistake was in our favor and the ring appraised for a lot more than we paid. We are very happy with our purchase and would have rated them "perfect" if the ring didn't take 3 weeks longer than expected due to the error.
