We had Matt from Diamond Limousines as our driver. He was great. The limo was early to pick us up, and got us everywhere on time (at least within his control). He was willing to go a different route than he had planned between sites because we wanted to drive down GW parkway to look at the view of the city. At the end of the night he was ready and waiting for our send off with the red carpet rolled out.
In addition, when we got to the reception we realized after going inside that we forgot a crucial piece of equipment in the limo, and Matt was responsive to our frantic phone call and returned to the reception site as quickly as he could, even though he was at that point on his dinner break.
He was very friendly but not intrusive into our conversation while we were travelling with him. I was pretty nervous about all the things that could possibly go wrong with a limo (being late, no shows, etc) because I had read horrible things about other limo companies. But I can say that Diamond Limousine did great at easing my fears and I at no point was concerned about them not showing up or making us tardy. I would highly recommend them.

This is the 1st time setting up an event of this type and everyone had a great time on the party bus. Joe was the best and he made sure we were taken care of. Thank you for such great service.

Our driver was very attentive and professional. He even helped get my dress ready before I walked down the aisle. My family and friends even complimented how nice he was. He made sure myself and the bridal party got in and out of the limo okay. He was eager to please and it was obvious he enjoys his job. The company overall was easy to work with and was very flexible. The driver, Carl, was very friendly and very helpful. Even though the weather was a little messy with the snow then turning into freezing rain or just rain, he got us to our destination in no time.

Excellent service! My husband and I reserved a 16 passenger Hummer from Diamond Limo for transportation to our rehearsal dinner. The Hummer was beautiful! The limo was very clean, and our driver was excellent and very personable.

Diamond Limo was great! Traffic was terrible on our wedding day because of a bunch of events downtown, but our driver, Wanda, was amazing. She knew DC really well and was able to take alternate routes when necessary. She was totally cool - really encouraging us to celebrate in the back of the limo bus. While she was waiting outside of the church during our ceremony, I later learned that she was even holding one of the sleeping children while their parents did photos. Even our photographers said she was one of the best limo drivers they have worked with. So, if you pick select Diamond Limo - definitely ask for Wanda.

The 22 passenger limo bus was also great - really nice and new inside, and stocked with soda and water, which we definitely took advantage of. It was something we hadn't thought to bring with us for a fairly short trip, but was really a nice...

Diamond Limousines was so great to work with! Our driver, Wanda, was also amazing. We spent a lot of time driving around the city taking photos and she always knew the best route to take during rush hour and the perfect places to drop us off and pick us up. Wanda also helped me get in and out of the limo in such a way to avoid getting my dress dirty. It was so hot on the day of our wedding and she also made sure the cooler was always stocked with cold water bottles. Our wedding was during prom season so many other companies raised their prices or required booking the limo for the entire day (which was more than what we needed), but Diamond Limousines worked with our schedule and gave us a great deal! Would definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough about Diamond Limousines. Everyone in my wedding party agreed they were one of the best parts of our wedding day. Booking and signing the contract was very easy, and they were very responsive and the prices are completely reasonable. We rented an H2 limo for our wedding party of 14 people and it was immaculately clean.

I woke up on our wedding morning and realized I hadn't called them that week to find out who my driver was and get the phone number, so I was a little worried but there wasn't anything I could do. But sure enough, 10 minutes ahead of schedule, the limo shows up at our front door and Wanda cheerfully hops out and helps us get all of our bags and items into the limo. The entire day ran smoothly because of Wanda. She knew exactly where she was going, she was just a joy to have around, and so, so helpful. She helped me get in and out of the limo every time so I wouldn't get any dirt on my dress. She fluffed my train and made sure my veil looked nice every time I got out as well. She made sure everyone had drinks, the radio was tuned, and we were comfortable. At EVERY stop, Wanda loaded and unloaded our bags and made sure everything was in the right place.

I will recommend Diamond to literally anyone who asks. Like I said, I can't say enough about what a pleasant experience it was to work with Diamond Limousines and particularly Wanda.

While our event was not a wedding, but just a night out on the town, it was WeddingWire where I saw their ratings when deciding which company to use for limo services. Diamond was responsive to my original email request, then followed up with a 2nd email and a call. They arrived on time, with a very nice limo, which was fully stocked with ice, sodas and water. The driver, Dennis, was very professional and friendly, and flexible. Their price was competitive, and there were no surprises. I will definitely call Diamond the next time I need limo services!

After several bad experiences with other DC area limo services, a friend recommended Diamond Limo...eureka! Diamond did EVERYTHING right...they worked with me on booking during a very busy time of year, ensured I had just the right vehicle for my event, assisted with planning by recommending and suggesting things that would make the evening more enjoyable. 8 October 2011 I married my best friend. Diamond Limousine provided us transportation by Wanda. She provided outstanding service. Wanda was prepared she knew the route and arrived early. Wanda allowed my son and nephew the opportunity to sit and wait in the Limousine while the Bride completed her final prep. Wanda assisted in the bride's entrance and exit from the vehicle taking close care not to wrinkle her gown. Wanda assisted our Photographer to capture the best memories of our special day (Red Carpet Treatment).

Diamond Limo was excellent. Their sales reps we had spoken with to set up the transportation were extremely helpful and very friendly, and they had the details planned to a 'T'. I called twice to confirm the details, and each time they were still very helpful and friendly. They even confirmed with us a third time, even though we had already pestered them twice for the same info.

The driver was punctual (perhaps even a few minutes early), and exceptionally professional in his conduct. It began to rain as we left the church to get to the reception, and he gladly walked in the rain to make sure my wife and I were covered by his umbrella.

We would recommend Diamond Limo in a heartbeat. You may save a bit of money with some of the other limo companies, but for your wedding day, you don't want to take chances cutting corners on something as important as your transportation. You will save a lot of headaches, and potentially even some embarrassment, if you book with Diamond. Diamond Limo gave us a significant amount of peace-of-mind on our wedding day, which is worth its weight in gold.

The customer service at Diamond Limousines was superb. They were very flexible, helpful in making a decision and just an overall pleasure to be around. The Limo arrived not only on time, but early, ready and willing to serve. We rented the Hummer, which was clean and well-groomed. After receiving very poor over-the-phone service from a local Northern Virginia provider, we looked toward Diamond Limo which we hadn't heard of before. From the moment we called them, they were professional, friendly, and reassuring. The stories of late or lost drivers in weddings are countless and they made sure to vanish such fears immediately.

Dennis arrived a few minutes early to the hotel where the guys were getting prepared, provided a quick tour of the amenities of our 14-passenger Excursion, confirmed the times and routes, and then we were on our way to the church for drop-off. He left to pick up the ladies and paused shortly before letting them in so he could clean up everything from the guys (the guys had just used two glasses but he wanted everything pristine for when the bride entered the vehicle). Dennis was accomodating as we needed to perform a "mock send-off" from the church, circle the block (and help us out with a champagne toast to settle our exhilaration), and return for pictures. He even reset the red carpet service so that we could get some excellent "celebrity entrance" photos with our wedding party.

Overall, the price was unbeatable, Dennis was perfect, the limo was pristine, and we highly recommend the services of Diamond Limo to anyone seeking these qualities.

Two logistics points that they reminded us but just make sure you're aware: they cannot provide alcohol but you can bring whatever you need into the car and they certainly stock with ice and sodas, and bring an iPod to connect to the sound system because it's hard to have a dance party to an Eastern Motors commercial.

We ended up renting a limo last minute; a week before the wedding. We contacted Diamond Limo after ING confirmed and canceled on us. We were very happy with our experience with Diamond limo. Not only did we get a great deal from them, the lady who drove our limo was super nice and very helpful during the day. She seemed genuinely happy to be there and be a part of the wedding. She also helped the bride get off the limo and carried her trail.

The limo was a 22 person bus, which was very well stocked and looked great. We brought our on alcohol to the bus and Diamond provided us with enough ice, coke, sprite, etc. and a bottle of champagne. The ride was so smooth that some of the drunk bridesmaids and groomsmen were able to dance in the bus (without falling down).

We would love to rent again from Diamond should a reason to do so arise.

Diamond Limos were just great! Kim (in the office) and James (our driver) made this one of the simplest parts of our wedding to plan and execute. It took less than 5 minutes to make all of the arrangements for our limo with Kim.

James arrived early and waited patiently as we attempted to shuffle everyone out of the house and into the car. On the way to the church, we ran into a road closure that had us winding our way through some pretty narrow side streets - so I closed my eyes and let James do his job - and he maneuvered the limo like a true pro. AND he got us to the church on time. No small miracle!

This company was wonderful. I used them for transportation in at my wedding for the bridal party. They were very easy to book and very quick to get the contract to me. They were prompt and very courteous. I would definitely use them again!

Diamond Limousines were great. They were able to provide the limo we needed within our budget and work with our schedule. We needed the limo to pick us up from home and pick our wedding party up from various hotels and then drive around D.C. for pictures to select spots we decided beforehand and then back to our wedding venue. Dennis, our driver, was a true gentleman. He was dressed professionally and rolled out the red carpet at our house and at our final destination. He had the faux petals in the limo for a truly romantic setting. He helped us in and out of the limo at each spot and knew exactly where to go and park to minimize walking distance to our photo destinations. If we ever need a limo service again, we're definitely going with Diamond Limo and with Dennis if we can have him!

My husband and I had great pleasure doing business with Diamond Limousines. We requested to have the Hummer for our wedding, but the Hummer was involved in an accident and would not be available for our wedding day. So instead Diamond offer to have two limo's for the price of one. The groomsmen was in heaven and really enjoyed the ride.

We were so glad we chose Diamond Limo to provide our wedding transportation. We used one of the large limo buses to hold the entire bridal party. Our driver was great. He showed up early, rolled out the red carpet, and was extremely polite and professional. He was very efficient and got us everywhere we needed to go with no problems at all. While we were doing pictures, it was extremely hot out. He made sure to keep the bus cool and offered us water if we needed it. It was that little extra effort that really made us happy. Their prices are affordable and everyone from the company was great to work with! We will definitely go through Diamond Limo if we ever need transportation services again!

A great value in DC! I booked at the last minute and lucked out and had Wanda as our driver. She arrived at the hotel early and got me to the ceremony early...a tough task on a Friday night in DC! Because we arrive early, she parked the limo strategically so we could watch everyone going into the church which was fun. Wanda obviously deals with many brides because she was very careful to instruct me how to enter the limo w/my dress, how to sit and helped prevent my train from rubbing on the ground or tires. If you can, request Wanda!

Diamond Limosine Company in Waldolf, MD was the best in provided me with excellent service on my wedding day. The drivers were so friendly and helpfully and went above and beyond their duties. No matter how many times I called they was right there providing me all the support I needed for my wedding. The women I talked to on the phone when booking my wedding day transportation were incredibly friendly and helpful, and Tony, the driver who showed up on the wedding day, was terrific. He was at the hotel way ahead of schedule, made trips back and forth between the church and hotel as planned, and even agreed to stay on the clock a few extra hours (with additional pay, obviously) when some of our guests wanted to be driven around to bar hop after the reception. He also went above and beyond. I lost a ring on the morning of the wedding (my great-grandmother's wedding ring, which I was planning to wear as my "something old"). I was in a panic about it, and we called Tony (who was in the middle of picking up my groom and his groomsmen) and had him search the limo for the ring since that was the last place I remember wearing it. He searched it top to bottom and seemed just as worried as I was! (Luckily we ended up finding it in my garment bag; crisis averted!) Tony did a great job of getting everyone where they needed to be on time and keeping us relaxed in the process. If I could give this company more than five stars I would!

We used Diamond Limousines for our daughter's wedding which was held on New Year's Eve in Washington, D.C. Words cannot express how satisfied we were with the service from beginning to end. Wanda was our driver on the wedding day. She was absolutely fabulous! She knew exactly where to go, was always patient and on-time, and helped everyone in and out of the limo throughout the day. She was always friendly and genuinely seemed happy to be with us. Wanda was with us for about 12 hours and provided better service than I could’ve imagined the entire time. If the bridal party got out of limo, we’d return to a cleaned area and restocked beverages. It was a perfect experience.

The limo itself, was the stretch hummer. It was perfect for the day and fit 14 people very comfortably. It was in great/like new condition. Diamond Limos has very reasonable prices and they do an amazing job! It doesn’t get any better than this! They played a big part in making this the perfect day.

Everything was perfect, the office staff, Excursion limo, and the driver, K.C. I had to make a last minute change the night before the wedding and Diamond Limo was EXTREMELY helpful even on a weekend during off-hours. The original arrangements were easy to make and they took care of everything from there on the telephone. No shopping around to look for the best price, I found it Diamond Limo. I even paid online. The driver showed up on time dressed in his formal attair, was very kind, pleasant, and I might handsome!! I definitely recommend Diamond Limo for your next affair.

My wife and I used this service for our wedding. Kimo arrived on time and driver was so professional and friendly. Wife couldn't ask for more, she was so happy and impressed by the driver and quality of Limo.
At the church the driver assisted my wife and escorted her to the church then made sure she entered at the correct time.
After the wedding the driver was prompt, suggested different photo's for the photographer to shoot outside of the church. The ride to the reception was perfect with the entire wedding party fitting into the limo. The only problem was the drive...it was far too short.
At the reception the driver guided everyone to the areas they needed to be.
All in all I couldn't have asked for better service, especially for the amount we paid.
I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a limo. We'll definitely use Diamond Limo again.

Service was excellent from the minute I called. The team was friendly and I enjoyed planning my special day with them.

The driver came to Arlington, Va to pick up my bridal party and drove us to Union Station. He arrived on time and was very friendly. He then returned to the hotel to pick up our guests. I've only received positive feedback from my guests regarding their trip to Union Station. I was also impressed with the quality of the limo bus we rented. It was a great choice because I didn't need to "climb" into the vehicle, which made it easier for all of us in dresses.

Lastly, the price was fantastic. I called multiple companies in the DC/VA/MD area and no other company can compare. I especially liked that gratuity was included in the total price because it gave me one less thing to worry about. It was a great deal!

Love this vendor! The first time I used them for my friend's bachelorette party and was so impressed by the level of service that I used them again for my own wedding. They simply have the friendliest staff, cleanest vehicles, and best prices around. I called about four other limo companies to compare prices and Diamond Limo was by far the most professional. I dealt with Kim and Stephanie and both were wonderful. They worked with me to fit my budget and needs. The limo drivers were also great - showed up right on time, knew where they were going, didn't get lost, and drove professionally. They also helped me with my wedding dress getting in and out of the limo and made the experience of riding in a limo everything it should be. I really appreciated working with such a great vendor!!

We used Diamond Limousines for our wedding on November 1st and my bachlorette party the weekend before. Both experiences were wonderful. We had the LIMOBUS for my bachlorette party and had such a great time with our driver, Ken, that we called last minute to see if he could drive our wedding too. At the recommendation of Kim, we used White and Black Lincoln Towncars for our wedding. What a great idea that was! We would never have thought of this. Both drivers (one being Ken) were incredible. We were so pleased with the customer service, limousines and drivers of Diamond Limousines.

DIAMOND LIMOUSINES is fantastic! You always hear horrible nightmares about wedding transportion and I didn't see any reviews for Diamond but after speaking with the office, I was sold! So let this be the review that will make your decision to definately use this company. I called and emailed lots of companies and Diamond was the first to respond and the most pleasant to deal with. Their prices were very reasonable and the Excursion was beautiful! Can you believe they even had Rose Petals in the limousine? What a great touch! Our driver, Rory was awesome. He was so accomodating. He helped me (even carried my train) until I walked down the isle. I would highly recommend this limousine company....

The company is very professional with great rates! I had TRERIFIC driver who took his job very serious, especially when it came to getting the bride to the chapel on time. The 495 Beltway was shut down on my wedding day, which was the worst news considering that I was running 45 min late, but the expert driver still managed to get me to the church on time with a few minutes to spares. Me and my bridal party got out of the limo looking for the wings - LOL
It was smooth sailing all the way!!! Two Thumbs Up for diamond service.

I would have given Diamond Limousines 5 stars, but they were a little late. It wasn't that big of a deal, things happen. But in terms of their services, it was one of the main functions they served: to arrive on time and transport the wedding party. But, other than that they were great- we were happy with the limo and driver assigned to our wedding.

Sandy gave excellent customer service when working with me. She was very accommodating to the amount of people that were attending. Even when our numbers changed. Quickly responded to my phone calls and concerns.

Tony was an awesome diver. He had a great personality. Very comical as we made our way through Annapolis. I would definitely request him to be out driver for future events.
