Had a great time at my appointment for my wedding dress. And they were nice enough to let my daughter try on dresses too. The attendant did my appointment was great. However, when I went in to pick up my dress it took too long for anyone to even acknowledge I was there. I also wanted to order shoes and buy a knecklace and the person helping me seemed like I was an inconvience. Hope they don't work on commission.

I loved the woman who helped me pick my dress. She did an awesome job and was very helpful.

I loved my dress, and the selection. My consultant was good, but after having so many great other experiences with other wedding vendors, this one needs to do better. I would probably go elsewhere next time or another Davids

Kerry did a great job finding me a dress. Unfortunately I recieved a call a month before my bride's maid dresses were to be in being told I had 5 days to pick up my dress or they would be returned. I took a day off to get them and when I got there not all the dresses were in. Other than Kerry, everyone was rude. I would never recommend David's bridal to anyone due to how rude they are to their customers!!

i did not have a good experience. the staff got pushy after trying on a few dresses. they had an appointment booked after mine and wanted me out, which was the least proffessional thing, they pushed me into buying a dress i was just ok with and when i went to talk to someone about it they were very rude about the situation.

My bridesmaids dresses were just beautiful. We were so happy with the choice of having David's Bridal help us make my day so beautiful.

My experience was positive with this David's Bridal! Since I have been in a couple of weddings previously, I knew not to go to the David's Bridal in Saginaw, Due to the Unprofessional ism of the staff. So I decided to get in the car and head to a farther away location, that one being in Flint. This David's Bridal was very flexible with me because I was an out of town bride, and I could only come in when it was good for me to get in the car for a couple of hours, so sometimes I did multiple visits in one! The only thing that I would suggest to all is to not buy all of the added accessories as they are horrendously priced (A necklace was given to me as a bridesmaid gift for my cousin's wedding and it was 39.99!!) But overall they were great and I would buy from them again!

David's Bridal is a great place to find your dress. You have so many choices to choose from.

My dress only cost me $399. But is was absolutley beautiful and rich looking. The fit was phenomenol! People kept commenting on how great my dress looked on me. The material was high quality and the detail was exquisite. I am so happy with the choice I made.

Good selection of dresses

Ah, David's Bridal. David's Bridal is a good store for a wide selection of wedding dresses. I found my perfect wedding dress, however I was not impressed with the styles of bridesmaid dresses. The dress style I wanted did not come in the color I wanted, so I had to pick a style in which I didnt care for. The staff in the Flint's David's Bridal are horrible. They never called me when my wedding dress came in and actaully LOST my whole wedding folder that had all my bridesmaid names, sizes, color of the dresses, and style. All without letting me know, I had to go in there myself and redo my whole wedding portfolio, without an appology. Some of the staff at that location are very rude and lazy. If you go through David's Bridal, BE CAREFUL!!

My experience was positive with them overall! The seamstress didn't take my dress in as much as she said she was going to but it worked out, because I was able to breathe on my wedding day! They were really flexible with me because I was an out of town bride! My only suggestion is not to buy a veil and such from them cause their accesories are way overpriced!! But overall they were great and I would buy from them again (which I hopefully never will have to for a wedding dress)!!

The Davids Bridal in Madison Heights absolutely sucks, its really worth the drive to go to the Flint location. The staff if much nicer and the quality of the product samples are way better, (Not snagged or stretched out) and better size selection. It was the best experiance ever!

David's Bridal offers a wide variety of dresses for any budget. If you go during their sale you get an additional savings. My dress was beautiful and they really help you out. I did have to wait a while once I would try on a dress for the sales rep to come back when they were busy though.

I bought the dress and was not impressed with the dressing rooms, I ended up getting locked in and having to be pried out with a screw driver when the handle fell off in my hand. The alterations department I was not pleased with either. I had the dress altered and picked it up and the zipper was not sewn in correctly and the bussle was not put on right. I ended up the night before my wedding having to have a family friend correct all the alterations they did.

I was very lucky when I went dress shopping. I got my dress for $99 and it fit perfectly with not alterations.

Found a great dress at a great price. They usually tell you 6 weeks or more for shipping but my dress came in a little over a week. I ended up getting someone else to alter the dress for me because David's was expensive. They were very helpful when we were trying on the dress.

David's Bridal is definitely one of the least expensive places to buy a dress especially when they are having one of their big sales. However, watch our for alteration costs! I would suggest shopping around for best prices on alterations. I was able to take my dress home same day (special sale dress). Also, I am petite and their dresses are all made for an average height of 5'6"-5'8" I believe. Needless to say I had to have alterations but had been warned about their price mark ups so I had someone else do the alteration. They do give coupons if you decide to purchase your bridal party gowns from them as well as coupons for the men's version (Afterhours I believe).

The dress that I found from David's Bridal was actually on the discontinued rack, so I had to buy it as is, got a great discount on it! However it wasn't my exact size and part of it they said they couldn't alter (lace 'jacket' with train). I went to an acquaintance who does altering and she said it could actually be done, it was just tricky and David's Bridal probably didn't want to do anything too risky and not be able to replace it. This was fine, I just wish they could have told me this instead of that it couldn't be done.

David's has beautiful dresses for a very reasonable cost!

When I got married, I bought my wedding dress, shoes, two formal dresses for our cruise, crenaline for under my dress, undergarments and veil there. Along with all the bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses and MANY accessories (jewerly, purses, count down calendar, etc). I averaged between 1800 and 2200 dollars at the store. The customer service was great when I first started to go there, as I continued to go they were going down hill. I felt that once they knew that they had your business they didn't care too much about customer service. I also had my alterations done there and it was a disaster (this amount was not included in the amount that I spent). First they lost the TOP part of my dress (don't ask me how) then when I went in for my final fitting the person that was altering it couldn't figure out how the bussle hooked. Not to mention once she figured it out she showed me, my mom and my best friend. We all had it figured out but my whole wedding night the dress kept coming unhooked. I have since bought other things there as well due to me being in a wedding and having to get the bridesmaid dresses there. I felt the same way - once they were assured that they had the business they didn't care too much about customer service. There isn't much places to go around here for those types of dresses but if there were we would be going somewhere else.
