David's Bridal

I will never Use David's Bridal in Maple Grove, MN or anywhere else for that matter ever again! Their service was shocking! All the representatives run around the store like a bunch of headless chickens, looking frantically busy, however no one seems to be getting any service!! I had to order my daughters flower girl dress 3 different times before they got the size and color right! On the final attempt I received her dress with a missing hooked and grey marks down the front!! I have never experienced such chaos and unprofessionalism! The quality of the dress is also not what one would expect for the price!! David's Bridal is nothing more than fast food market for wedding attire!

It was convenient to go to a larger bridal store for my dress and my bridesmaids, however because of the size I felt as though I was just a number and there was not a "personal touch" feeling with it.

Jill found me my perfect dress after only 3 dresses! She was up beat and always super happy to see me. We became good friends.

I spend a whole day dress shopping, not really knowing what kind of dress i wanted. David's bridal was the 3rd shop i had been to. I ended the night buying a dress, then cried knowing it wasn't the perfect one for me. WE called the shop the next day, and they gave us store credit. I was able to buy my perfect dress, veil, and skirt all for the price of the first dress i had chosen. Out sales gal did lack personality, and was not very open to our opinions, but in the end got me the dress i wanted.
