I made an appointment and was seen 40 minutes late because my attendant "was really hungry".

She ate chocolate as I tried on dresses and said I looked good in them while she was looking in the other direction.

She was clearly not interested in me.

I picked out 10 dresses that I wanted to see and they only had 2. They were also in the wrong size.

It was in the middle of nowhere in Queens and was not worth the trip.

I would NOT recommend David's Bridal.

This place was AWFUL! They were so rude and unhelpful that i cant believe they are still in business! They wouldn't order me a new flower girl dress because they said they had to sell every dress of that style in the store before they ordered new ones, well it had stains on it!!! They did offer to steam the stains out, so i let them and it did work but they were so unbelievably rude that i would never go there again!!!

This was a huge mistake on my part! If you have the money I definitly suggest going somewhere else even if you do love that one dress there! I had to have that gorgeous Oleg Cassini dress, I loved the dress, however the customer service was horrific!! Since I bought my dress there I figured I would purchase the bridesmaids dresses there too. Well when they came in, they ordered the wrong ones!! So when I told them, they said that the ones that were sent needed to be returned before they could order the new ones!!! That is absolutley ridiculus --especially when it was their fault!! Thank goodness I paid for the dresses because then I just ordered the new ones and had two charges until the other was taken back. But still it was an awful experience and the worst part was that they really did not seem to care.

The outfits were beautiful and fit all the girls to a T!!! The dresses came in perfectly and the shoes we had dyed turned out great!!!

I spent 300 on my wedding dress there and it was great. The employees were there to help me so much, but I didn't ever feel pressured to buy what I tried on. They would give me honest opinions about how I looked in while being gentle and kind. And I walked out with the exact dress I was dreaming about. The store does carry some tacky dresses, but if you just give them a chance and look through a store, I would guarantee you'd find more than one somethings you'd like. They're not too pricey either!
