I went to the Kenwood location. Kathy Marsh was my consultant and she was amazing! I found my dress at the first visit! I had a great experience and if I could do it all over agian, I wish I could have her. Unfortunately I was one of her last brides before she left the company :(

I was really happy with my choices! Everyone loved the bridesmaids dresses, they were very wearable and required no alterations. My dress was perfect, I just wish I would have gotten a smaller size, it was a little hard to alter with it being more form fitting. I received so many compliments on my dress!! and it was a lot more inexpensive than my friends dresses who got married this year.

David's Bridal has some really nice dresses, however the service was awful. I had to go between 2 of their locations to find the better service. They did not size my dress right, or figure out the proper length. This made me have to exchange for a different size and add length, which added another 4 months to my wait time (7 months total) before I could have a dress I could put on. If I knew I was going to wait that long, I could have gotten one of the designer dresses for the same price! They are also unreasonable with their exchange policy. They will not allow an exchange of equal or greater value on an un-altered dress, in case of buyer's remorse.

Loved my dress!! The service I received was excellent, they listened to what I wanted and they helped all my bridesmaids find their dresses as well (they were all in short black dresses but they got to choose their own style so that each one was different) I found my dream dress for $500!!! =)

The dress I bought was the third I tryed on out of 30. I had the most patient person working with me. My dress was perfect for a beach wedding. I loved it and it looks beautiful in the pictures!

It's a big store with lots and lots of wedding dresses and accessories. You will find your dream dress there for sure! I did. The personnel was very friendly and supportive. After trying on several options I finally found a dress that fitted perfectly and they had a veil with the same pattern and accessories to finish the look. I haven't been in other Bridal Stores but I think that the prices are a little bit high. But then I thought that Wedding is just once for the whole life (I hope) and I can spend a little bit more money for this special occasion! I recommend this store! You can find everything you need for your Wedding under one roof!

I bought my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses from David's Bridal, and I was extremely happy with all of them. They were beautiful! The quality and price of all of the dresses was excellent. Crystal was awesome and everyone in the store was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone!

I cannot say enough good things about the David's Bridal in Tri County (Spingdale). I worked with Liz and she was probably the sweetest and most helpful salesperson I have ever met. I loved that they had different sizes of dresses so you could see how the dress will really look (and not be swimming in or busting out of a sample size dress like other stores). I love that you can take as many pictures of the dresses as you want! This was the only store that I found that allows this and I LOVE it!I love how nice and helpful everyone is! (Just avoid weekends because it gets crazy!)It's a long story but I didn't end up buying my dress here (though I regret not getting it here because of their great customer service!) I was living out of town at the time and I was flying home and had to get a dress that day and was at another store....but I did get my bridesmaids' dresses here and haven't had any problems at all. Their alterations were a bit pricey so we went somewhere else and they didn't have as many chairs for family as we may have liked but they did their best!I just can't say enough great things about Liz! She thought they might discontinue my color (blue velvet which is so pretty- i don't know why they would) and when they did she called to let me know so I could buy clutches and accessories for my girls before they were gone. She was always so happy and even when I came in with 10 people or so she tried to find everyone a chair and didn't complain when we took forever.I wish I would have bought my dress from them but hopefully my bridesmaids' dresses were business enough. two of my bridesmaids bought their dresses from here. When we first entered they were very nice to us, but when the realized we would not be buying the dresses that day it was like oh ok..and they left us be. Chances are if they would have stuck around they would have sold my other bridesmaids as well. BUT, the dresses were done on time as well as any alterations so in that sense they did a great job.

I bought a dress from the as is rack, and when I bought the dress they said that thier alterations dept could not alter it and that was Ok with me. A few months later Krystal from DB called me personally and told me that thier policy had changed and they could alter as is dresses and would later mine if I would like them to! They did a great job and the dress was pefect the day of!I would tell anyone if you go to theTri-county store you will be impressed.Everytime I walkedinto the door someone knew me by name, which made me feel great!

I was happy shopping at David's Bridal for my wedding dress. I received more attention from the staff than I had at other dress stores in the area. I felt that they were focused on what I wanted instead of making a sale. The dress I bought was a bit more than I wanted to spend but I was happy with it on my wedding day. I did not buy any wedding day accessories from Davids Bridal because I thought they were too expensive.

We purchased all of our bridesmaid dresses from David's bridal. They were great and helpful. We recieved the dresses quickly (2 weeks). This allowed plenty of time for stressfree alterations.

They have a great range of dresses to fit all sizes, shapes, and different taste. They were very helpful and things were a reasonable price.

Overall, I loved David's Bridal. It was nice to be able to try dresses on in my size which you can't do at most bridal dress stores. The staff was friendly and helpful and found me the perfect dress for my wedding. My only issue was with one woman in the alterations department. She was only supposed to be doing my final fitting and showing my friend how to do my bustle, unfortunately, she had no clue how to do it, but instead of saying that, she continued to snap, button, and tie things the wrong way. I ended up with the most horrible looking bustle that night and I was in tears. Thankfully, the alterations manager was in later that week and we rescheduled my final fitting (after 2 hours of the horrible fitting) with her. My dress turned out beautiful and I love everything about... including the bustle!

Overall, David's is a good store. The sales reps are good at their job and I was very satisfied with them. The alterations were a different story. They are very pricey and I honestly think they could have done a better job. There was a lot of frustration over the flower girl dress. I would recommend purchasing your dress there, but if you know someone else who can do alterations, go with them.

I ordered my flower girl gown from bridal and formal. The price was very affordable and the quality seems to be very high. Also, the turn around time was amazingly fast as I recieved the dress in 6 weeks.

They were great I spent a little more than I had originally hoped, but it was well worth it

ok service, ok value. The only reason I used them is beause I fell in love with my dress. Other than that, i would rather used locally owned businesses because they are so much more attentive. Davids has so many locations, they dont focus on customer service so dont go there if you want someone to make you feel all warm and fuzzy cause they want you to pick out a dress and get out. The dresses take sooooo long to get in when they are not on the rack too. So make sure the bridesmaids order them like 8 months in advance or get them off the rack.

The employees were mostly accommodating but some were not as pleased to be helping. The manager was wonderful and very helpful.

I only had a 2 months between having my baby and getting married. I needed to get a dress and be able to take it home. David's Bridal was perfect for this! I was able to schedule an appointment and go in to find a dress within 48 hours of calling. I had a lot of variety to choose from. The attendent was helpful in suggesting dresses based off my ideas.

David's Bridal did a great job working with bridesmaids in several different states. All the dresses fit perfectly and everyone received their dresses on time! I also bought my wedding dress there for $1000 and it was elegant and timeless.

Pam was my consultant and she always made me feel like I was her TOP priority(if not her only).

I did not get my dress from David’s Bridal, and there are so many reasons why I think I should mention it. One, the salesperson who took my information was very prying and not very sensitive. She also kept mentioning that they had lots of dresses in my size, which I didn’t think was necessary. Then she kept suggesting dresses in styles that I wasn’t interested in because she said that they would look good in my size. I think if I needed her help, I would have asked, and she should have brought me the dresses I wanted rather than what she thought I needed. Also, the store is messy where the shoes were, and they didn’t have many accessories in stock.

I would not recommend David's Bridal unless you definitely cannot afford anything else. Their service was ridiculous. They told my mom and I that we were to take the bridal gown I had chosen off of the rack and purchase it! It even had make-up stains on the inside of the chest area, and they said that is their policy: If they have the dress in your size, even if it's been tried on by 1,000 other women, they will not order a new one for you. Luckily I went to a different city and was able to have one order. How pathetic and disgusting!

I had my dream dress and accessories for under $1000. They were also helpful when they discovered by veil was ripped.

David's Bridal was the perfect place for us to get the bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses for my wedding. We made an appointment for a Tuesday evening and the were few other people in the store, so we got all the attention and help we needed. I was able to pick out the perfect dress (at a wonderful price) and take it home that very day. They have such a large selection at lots of price ranges to find the perfect dress. The time it took to get the bridesmaids dresses was great (unlike the months and months it takes at other places) and the girls were each able to get the dress they liked in their price range. If I could do it all over again, I would go right back to David's Bridal again!

Their staff is excellent, I recommend every bride go to David's Bridal, I love them and the help they gave me. They were so patient with all my dress switches, etc.!

Very nice employees, quick to get a date to come in and have bridal party try on dresses etc. Found great bridesmaid dresses and had them fitted in a timely matter. Highly recommend

This was the first place I went to look for dresses and spent some time there trying them on with the help of Sharon my coordinator. Sharon was great and very helpful. The selection of dresses David's Bridal has is outstanding. The dress I picked was the last one I tried on and knew it was "the one". It was beautiful and made me feel like a princess.

I always felt David's Bridal had a social stigma, that made me uncertain about there quality. But I checked them out anyway because they had a $99 sale. I found all the attendence in the store to be very helpful and polite. I was pleased with their candor, and professionalism. I did get a great deal on my dress (which I loved), what kicked me in the pants was the alterations. If you have another venue (perhaps a professional seamstress that works out of her house) you're bound to get a better did than if you go to an established business. Just make sure before you invest your wedding gown, that you've gotten testimony on the seamstress's ability. But yes, David's is an easy, reilable place to find a dress. I just also recommend you shop around for alterations.

They have great dresses for lower prices- however I have heard not so good stories about their altering.

Definately overbooked, did not ask about wedding or get details for colors or suggestions. Not very helpful, however to keep bridesmaids at or around $100/dress found nice stylde for the money and perfect color.

I looked around for a dress everywhere. I went to the shows and dreamed. When it came time to purchase davids bridal worked with me to find the perfect dress. I ended up buying all my bridesmaids dresses, shoes, jewery and everything there.

i liked DB because they are a chain that my far-flung wedding party could access and afford. they had a great selection and my experience was great.

Tried to push me into dresses that I absolutely wanted nothing to do with, other than that, they were great to work with.

David's lost my dress!!! They delivered it to the wrong address then left it on the doorstep of that house. When I called to find out where my dress was, they said it was already delivered and when we finally figured out it went to the wrong address, the manager suggested I go to the stranger's house that it was delivered to, and ask them for it myself. It took alot of phone calls, alot of frustration, and threatening to hire a lawyer to finally get a refund for the dress I did not receive. They lost it and could not find a new one in time, and still didn't want to give me a refund!!!!!

As far as my dress was concered I had no issue. I found one on the rack and it was available that day. The price was great and the dress was perfect. About 6 months later I went into the same location asking to be measured for a friend's wedding out of state. They refused. I found it very unprofessional to refuse service for someone who had purchased her on dress with them. In additon I was spoken down too when I later re-entered to buy shoes for this out of state wedding and have them dyed. The sales woman could not believe I waited so long to get them ordered (the bride had just told use the day before) and couldn't guarentee they'd be ready. 2 days before I left the shoes arrived. The sales woman are very rude to you unless you are the bride. That isn't the way to treat customers.

I loved my dress, but I hated most of my experiences in the store. Many of the women in the Maple Shade location were very rude and unhelpful, but in the end it turned out ok.

I had 9 bridesmaids and a few of their orders were mixed up, but they were fixed before the wedding day, thankfully!

David's has great deals on dresses and were very helpful in finding the style I had in mind. However, I think their alteration prices are kind of high, so I had an independent seamstress alter my dress.

I bought a designer dress there that they could not hem the way I wanted due to an agreement with the designer, I had to go elsewhere to get my hemming

Everything was pretty. The bustle broke on my dress when we were dancing.

I was suckered to make an appointment at David’s Bridal when they talked about their 99$ dress sale. I didn’t find a $99 dress that I liked, but I did find another beautiful dress that I loved. I paid $400 more than I wanted to spend on a dress, but I just loved it. I like the changing rooms at David’s, and I think they make sure the dressing area has enough space so that you can walk around and feel the dress out. It did feel like a Wal-Mart. I liked the atmosphere better at other stores. But they had the dress that I loved, so I bought my dress from them.

My Davids Bridal experience varied by location. My experience with the one in the Kenwood area of Cincinnati turned me off completely. However, my experience in Jackson, MS was completely different. Even the store manager was kind and helpful. The wait is long sometimes and they don't have a wide selection of shoe styles.

I had a wonderful experience while shopping and purchasing my wedding dress. Everyone was very attentive and I was able to book an appointment to pick up my dress in a very reasonable amount of time.

We got our flower girl and Bridesmaid dresses here. The value for the money was great. The service was great two of the three times we went in for fittings. The other time, we experienced a bit of unprofessionalism. However, overall, the price for the value makes it well worth it to go with David's Bridal for wedding party attire.

David's Bridal was a good place for me, as I was a plus size bride at the time, which is not as easy to accomodate at some other bridal dress shops - The service was pretty good - obviously just paid by the hour gals who are overworked. We went in several times and sometime we got someone energetic and helpful and sometimes it was harder to get the service we needed. The dress turned out to be okay, but a bow off the back fell off without too much prompting. I would rate it as a good vendor if you aren't looking to spend alot of money. Looking back, I wish I had spent a little more. However, it is a great place for bridesmaid dresses as they have lots of options and are all over the country - word of warning - definitely order all at the same time so they are in the same dye lot! Mine turned out great, but I've heard horror stories.

I had a great experience at David's. I needed a plus size dress and they had many in stock. I found the perfect dress and veil, all for only $300.00. Great value and great service.
