David's Bridal (Miami, FL)

David's Bridal made it so convenient for bridesmaid dresses. I picked the color and the girls picked their own style of dresses which allowed them to show their own personalities and tastes. It also made the wedding pictures a lot more interesting with the different styles.

I originally was very excited about this vendor. Though I wasnt planning on purchasing my own gown here, I was really impressed with the styles for bridesmaids listed online and the prices. When we got to the store, I was shocked how poor the quality of the dresses were. They were very thin and didnt seem to be well made. The service at the store left something to be desired as well. I ultimately found black cocktail dresses on sale at Cache and was able to locate all the sizes I needed through 3-4 local stores. This ended up being a much better choice as my bridesmaids loved their dresses and still have them.

i went for the sale but they didnt have my size left. i was surprised they wouldnt let me look at the dresses on the racks! how are you supposed to get an idea what you like. they only give you the book to look through where sometimes you cant really see the dresses. i was really frustrated and the fitting rooms are way to small!

My first impression of Davids Bridal wasn't as good as my last. I happened to step into their store on a very busy sunday afternoon. I had to wait for over 20 minutes to get attended to. Out of patience and more than that, still upset about the beautiful bridal gown I had fallen in love with earlier but wasn't sure if I could afford it, I almost walked out of Davids Bridal. Good thing I didn't though, because once I started trying on the gowns, I knew I had come to the right place. I found a beautiful one that was not only within my budget but cheaper than I had imagined. I still love my gown and wish I could wear it more often.

None the less, I wouldn't give Davids Bridal 5 on 5 because I definitely think there's room for improvement. There were very few designs that I liked. There wasnt much selection to suit my taste. Alterations there cost me almost as much as the dress...ridiculous! The sales consultant that we were stuck had a sulking face almost for the entire time that I was there. Whenever I said "I'd like to try this one", she made a frustrated face. But I love my gown and found that Davids Bridal was the cheapest of the bridal places I went to, so I do recommend DB.

My flower girls dress is from here and it is very afforable. They tend to ship quicker than most other shops, so if you are in a hurry, they are great.

Easy to use web page is one of the best I have ever used. Great photos of dresses, they even have virtual wedding scenes so you can design your wedding look and test it. Huge selection of dresses even in plus sizes and extra lengths. Online tools make it possible to coordinate with bridesmaids that live far away.

Helpful and big selection it was very busy though and hard to all the dresses through the packaging.
