David's was the first place I went to try on wedding dresses. After watching so many "Say Yes to the Dress" episodes, I knew binging the entire wedding party was not a good idea. So I brought only my mom with me to try on dresses. The sales girl was so nice and helpful, she helped me try on so many different types of dresses since I didn't have a clear vision of what I wanted. Ultimately fell in love with two very different dresses at very different price ranges. My mom didn't want me to make a rash decision that day and wanted to see what other bridal shops in the area offered. I acquiesced even though I knew it was going to be one of those two. After 2 other appointments at very lovely, but outrageously expensive shops, I couldn't get the David's dresses out of my head. A few days later, I made an appointment so that my bridesmaids could see the 2 choices and hopefully help me decide. As soon as I tried on "my dress" I knew it was the one. The sales lady helped set me up with veil, jewelry and headpiece to see the final result and I was sold! I couldn't be happier with my decision. Not only was my dress the perfect one for me, but I went WAY under budget by buying my dress at David's leaving me extra money in our budget for other fun things! A big thank you to Aurora and her mom at the WPB, FL store for all their help!!!!!!!!!

We got all of our bridesmaids dresses from here, they were quick to help my girls find their size to try, the first dress I picked ended up not working, they quickly helped me pick more options to fit our needs. When our dresses came in we are supposed to pick them up within a week, I live an hour away fromt eh store and was not going to be able to make it in to get them, they gladly worked with me and held them till I could come and get them from them. They are very nice people to work with.

I was disappointed in the store overall. Carol was wonderful though.

My Dress was sooo pretty! Davids Bridal worked so well will me trying to get it all together! I would recommend anyone to them!

I had a decent experience at David's Bridal. I was very pleased with my dress and really felt gorgeous in it on my wedding day. That said, the experience I had in the salon itself was a bit chaotic and impersonal. I don't feel like the employees are there to really please the bride, seems more as though they are just there to get paid. I did expect that at a place with dress prices as affordable as they offer though, so I wasn't disappointed for what I paid to say the least.

I bought my dress from Davids Bridal because I bought my own dress and was on a strict budget. I found a dress online that I loved and walked in, tried it on and bought it. It was perfect for me and it was on sale! BONUS! I was happy with the dress. I got so many compliments on it.

I bought my dress, a very simple strapless dress which converted into a short bubble dress...it was priced very reasonably and perfect for my outdoor wedding! Alterations were a bit pricey but i was very happy with my choice.

I was 5 1/2 months pregnant at my wedding. The week before the wedding I picked up my dress and boy had my body changed from 3 months to 5 months. They didn't hesitate and helped me right away, they rushed the alterations, and made me feel very comfortable and beautiful on my big day = )

David's Bridal was really great about having a good selection of dresses for plus-size/close to plus-size dress options. The service was spotty and really depended on who I got. Making an appointment definetly helped in getting someone more happy to help. The price can't be beat and since I was getting married in another state they shipped my dress for only $15.00! Leave yourself a lot of time because some things took longer than I expected.

My dress was perfect. the consultant was very helpful in selecting the kinds of dresses I was looking for. I just wish that they had been more upfront on the total cost involved. My alterations cost $320!!!! which was almost as much as the dress!

The service at Davi's Bridal was excellente, I love my wedding dress. Demetria was the one at the store that help me find my dress at Cross County Mall she was very helful.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Do not go to David's Bridal in West Palm Beach or Houston Gallaria Location. I had good service the 1st day I walked in and purchased my dress. I placed the order for the bridesmaid, jr bridesmaid and flower girls dresses and shoes. After that everything fell apart. I had left a list of names of each of the girls in my wedding and they left out some names, changed the color of my dresses and shoes. When my maid of honor went to the houston location they told her she was not on the list and asked if her last name was MOH. She said no but I think that stands for Maid of Honor. The people are really really really dumb that work at these two stores. On top of it they are extremely rude. They called me one day and said my wedding dress was in. I made plans to go pick it up with my friend. When we showed up they didn't have the dress, it was the slip and bra. Which I already had. I called the corporated office because I was sick of their bs. They promised to have the 1st lady who helped me available the next time I went in. When the dress really arrived there was nobody there to help me. I could've walked out with the dress, veil shoes and bra i borrowed to try on and nobody would've have even noticed. On the plus side the alterations department was great. I do not recommend David's Bridal to anyone. After I had placed my order everything was just really bad. I don't even feel like writing it all here. But read other reviews on google and believe them. I didn't read those until after I had gone. This is my only wedding and I had never really heard the horror stories from David's Bridal but they're employees need extensive training on customer service, on their computer systems, about the dresses and even common sense. They are the worst of the worst. I will never buy a dress there again. You're better off ordering online.

They have beautiful dresses, but they are a little pricey. They staff will help you if you have an appointment. I bought a dress but decided that i didn't like the feel of it, so i asked to exchange it. The first lady said that would be fine, come in asap. When I arrived, I handed the dress over and the sales lady (who was supposed to be helping me) told me to "take a xanax or a valium and that i would be fine. That is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They are supposed to be making brides look their best, not drugged up.

Review is of WPB, FL store: I had two experiences with David's Bridal, one in choosing and buying my dress, another with their alterations department. When choosing/buying my dress, I realize now that I should have made an appointment. When I arrived, all available sales people were assisting other people. I only waited for a moment until a woman came up. She told me she wasn't a sales person, but she would be able to help me find something to try on. Fortunately, I had some pictures and style numbers for her to locate for me. Unfortunately, none (including my favorite) looked the way I wanted them to. She was unable to recommend any additional styles for me to try and kept bringing me more of the same. Fortunately, one of my future SILs was able to find something for me. I tried it on and it was lovely. We took the dress back to Annie in alterations. She was brilliant and reassuring. She knew exactly where to nip and tuck and where a seam would need to be let out. Annie's alterations were perfect on the first try and her touch-ups to finish the dress were also perfect. Thank you Annie for making me feel like a princess!

Although I did not find a dress that I liked enough as my wedding dress at Davids, I did use them for my bridesmaids and I am happy that I did. Most of my girls were out of town and it worked out great because of their locations all over the country. Each girl got a different dress to fit their body all in the same color blue and it looked wonderful! The sales women were great, remembering me every time I went in and very helpful when trying to coordinate. The quality is not amazing, but good enough for bridesmaid dresses that look beautiful!

I had refused to go to david's bridal, thinking i would only find the cookie cutter deress, but my fiance insisted i just check them out. So i did, and thankfully so!!! It was my first stop -- to get it out of the way, and the 4th dress i tried on was it!!! It was unique beautiful and perfect. I didn't need any alterations nor did i have a wedding party, so i can not comment on those departments, but my dress ended up being FRACTIONS less then what i had expected to spend and it was priceless!!!!

I got my dress and headpiece here. A little snafu with the headpiece. They were supposed to order it and the girl did not, she put it in the computer as a sale instead. The manager fixed it but I didnt know wheather I was going to have a headpiece 3 weeks before the wedding. Not the kind of stress you need before the big day. Ardelle was very nice and offered to come to my house and pick up the headpiece after I cancelled the sale and the shipping department mailed it to me anyway. My advice, walk out with what you need and it is a good value

I had not intended to wear a bridal gown as this was a second marriage for both of us... while browsing the internet I saw a dress that was just perfect. It was ivory and champagne and was just so "me". I went to David's to try it on and bought it immediately. It was the only dress I looked at for my wedding! David's got the dress in ahead of schedule and everything went perfect. The alterations team was amazing! They were so friendly and did amazing work on lace gown that was not easy to work with! The dress fit flawlessly on my wedding and I felt wonderful in it!!! Great job!

I had only gone to look at styles and ended up buying my dress! The sales lady was very attentive. I also bought all my attendents dresses at David's. I bought the flower girls dresses elsewhere because I thought the flower girl dress selection was limited and too high priced. I did like the fact that I could put my attendents in the same color and different styles of dresses. The only problem I find with the attendents dresses at David's is that they are all sleeveless. It would be nice if there were even Capped sleeve dresses or 3/4 length options.

The service at David’s just isn’t good at all. It doesn’t seem to matter if you’ve made an appointment or what day of the week it is they are always too busy to help you and you wind up doing most things yourself. Also, watch what size they want to order your dress in because they will try and order it a few sizes too big and say “oh you can just take it in” so they can make even more money off of you. I would never trust them with my alterations; take it to NutinFits in Wellington! The only positive thing I can say is that they do stock dresses for every budget. My dress, a beautiful gown with lots of detailed beading, was $650 which I think was a very fair price. They had gowns from $99 and up so you can definitely find something in your price range!

My experience with the David's Bridal in West Palm Beach was absolutely horrific!!!! Their customer service/salespeople totally suck; they are completely unprofessional and don't give a damn about anyone. I have actually sent complaints to the David's Bridal corporate office, as well as the Better Business Bureau! Stay away from this store! If I could give them ZERO stars, I would!

The quality of service at this David's Bridal was above average. I thought the staff was helpful and friendly. They were professional in the manner they handled my business with them. They listened to what I wanted in a dress and tried to provide dressed that fit that description. It was very affordable which was great! I was able to get my dress for less that what I had budgeted! What I learned from this experience is that you really can barter a bit with these people in order to get a better deal. What I was unhappy with was that they seemed to be a bit fake. I realize they are trying to sell me a dress but if a dress really doesn't look good on me please tell me instead of telling me every single dress looks good on me! I was impressed with how fast my dress arrived the second time. The first dress I got was too short so they had to order me a new one but the new one came in within a few days! I was so relieved because at that point the wedding was only 3 weeks away! I was pleased with my over all experience and would recommend them to future brides-to-be.

I got my wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses from Cross county mall, west palm beach ,FL. It is a strapless gown ,pretty and cool.I had head accessories selected from there too. It is cool experience as I ordered before hand and got everything in on time.

I had the absolutely worst experience at David's Bridal in West Palm Beach, Florida. I went on two separate occasions, with an appointment, and had to wait 10-20 minutes just to be introduced to my consultant. Their receptionist is the rudest woman I have ever met. On my second visit, she didn't even take the time to find out what role I was playing in the wedding and assumed that I wasn't the bride, even though I told her I was there to try on bridal gowns. On that same visit, my mom and I picked out and carried all of our selections to the fitting room, tried them all on with accessories--all with no help from our consultant who was off chasing "bigger sales." All she did was open the fitting room door for us. When she opened the room for us, she coerced me to try on a gown that she knew I disliked in my first visit (she admitted she knew I didn't like it but told me that I needed to try it anyway, and wouldn't stop about it until I did.) Overall, it was an awful experience. I will be purchasing my bridesmaids dresses from DavidsBridal.com to avoid any further encounters with this store.

Because we had such a short engagement period and because I procrastinated so long in finding my dress, I was at a time crunch in finding the dress for my wedding. I was so stressed out when I finally went around looking for a dress, it wasn't as fun as I thought it would be. But then I went to David's Bridal, and I had such a blast. My consultant was Cora, and she definitely understood how stressed out I was, and turned it around and made it so much fun trying on dresses. She did say that because of the timing that I would be limited in dresses, but in the limit I found the dress that I loved. I was very surprised that I fell in love with it, and even more amazed that I looked like a princess. The dress came in with plenty of time for me to have altered, and they did a great job getting the dress altered to my needs.

My dress came out sooooo beautiful. However, when you visit David's Bridal it really depends on who you get to help you as to whether you have a good experience or not.

There is a reason why David Bridal sells everything you need for your wedding day and all your girls in your bridal party. They have it all. Anything and everything you need. If that store doesn't have what you need then they call other stores. I bought my dress from the store in Pembroke Pines. I had already found the dress I wanted at the Sunrise location and because the sales lady was so pushy I walked out buying nothing. The next weekend I went to the Pembroke Pines store and bought a different dress due to the "one" I originally wanted the Pembroke Pines store didn't have in my size. So I bought my dress from the Pembroke Pines store. My Bridesmaid Dresses we found online in David Bridals website. The wild orchid color and the prices was 80.00 clearance. I really wanted that color dress. We couldn't find it in all of my three bridesmaids sizes so for many more weekends I drove to Broward to look at other dresses in other stores as well as the two stores in Broward county to find NOTHING. Our last weekend of shopping we went the David Bridal in West Palm Beach. The girls tryed on 6 other dresses and I said no. They weren't the right cut and fit for each girl. As we were leaving the store, one of the girls pointed out a dress that was in the wild orchid color. Then we pulled it off the rack and it was "the dress" in one of the sizes we needed. Adele from the Davids in WPB called out of state and got another of the same dress in LA and got the second dress and the third we did buy online. All the girls dresses were received with in a week and were pressed and ready. A month before the wedding I still didn't have my shoes,bra, jewelry, veil or tiara. I went back to David Bridal of WPB and bought them all and got a sale price for it all. Honestly, I shopped around. I went to all the big bridal shops and they have nothing on David Bridal. The only thing I hated about Davids is they do change everything in there store often so if you really want it get it while your there or you won't get it and that I had to make so many trips to each different store. I only had 8 months total to plan the wedding and 5 months to get everything.

Davids has a tremendous selection and they have so many bridesmaid dresses . My advise would be though to go early for alterations and make sure that you have ample time and try on again so there is no diaster at the end when time is limited.

My overall experience with David's Bridal in West Palm Beach was outstanding! The only thing that I can say against them would be one of the women that worked in the alterations department was quite rude, however Aurora was beyond amazing when we came back in on another day. My consultant was Yaffa & I would reccommend her to anyone that is needing assistance with their upcoming nuptuals. Africa was also a wonderful help when I came in very crazy because 3 weeks before the wedding my bridesmaids decided that they did not like the dresses that THEY themselves picked out. They said that when we originally went in to find our dresses, there was not much of a selection due to the fact that my wedding was in June, but we went in to find our dresses in February. They only had the winter dress selections so there was not much to chose from for a spring/summer wedding. When we went back in to get the original dresses fitted, they then discovered the spring/summer collection and there were so many more choices available. The knowledge of the consultants was an invaluable assett to me. Yaffa was on top of my color changes & she reminded me that I needed to exchange my garters, pillow, basket & jewelry to make the new color choices so that I would not have a major problem when the day finally arrived. She also reminded me that I needed to go next door to MW Tux & change the mens' tuxes to match our new colors also. Reminding me of these little things saved me because I live 1 1/2 hours away from the store & I would have had to make a second costly trip to fix all of these little things!

Nice gowns. Store is very busy and you really don`t get that much personal attention.

It's a very bridal-friendly place, they take their time in helping you search the right dress. Good customer service.

im 6 feet tall so every gown was too short. the seamstress added fabric to my gown to make it longer and it was like the dress was made to fit me. they were great!

I absolutely loved my dress! It looked so beautiful on me! I had a problem with my veil, however. I ordered it in the beginning of May for my wedding at the end of August. I was told it would be shipped to me way before the wedding. Well, I never received it. The week of the wedding, the manager of the store had to mail it out and this is after we were on the phone with them many times. But, it all worked out. I still loved my wedding day look and you can't beat their prices.

Unfortunately I did not shop around and I should have after the problems they gave us with my sisters wedding. My dress had the least amount of problems but we almost had no bridesmaid dresses for my whole wedding party. They said they were going to order the dresses after they were all paid for and had I not called several times to see when they would be in we would have no dresses. When I called they would hang up on me and one time they left me on hold for 30 minutes and then closed and left me on hold. I would not let any of my bridesmaids get their dresses altered there. My mother also bought her dress there and by the end of my wedding night her dress lost a strap and the skirt part was hanging. It is a chain store and they do have "99$ sales" but look around!!

I loved my dress, as well as my bridesmaid's dresses. I couldn't have found anything anywhere else that I liked better.
However, I would double and triple check that they get your info because they told each of my bridesmaids that I had not registered yet (since bridesmaids get 20% if you bought your dress there too) and gave them a hard time. Each one of them had to call me, but David's kept insisting I was not in the system. When I went to pick up my dress, however, there was no problem. Perhaps the best solution is to go with your bridesmaids - I couldn't because I lived too far away.
Alterations cost A LOT of money, so if it's just a little difference, I would leave it unless you absolutely have to alter it or have the $$$ to do it.
Don't get me wrong. Maybe I took these things as bigger deals than they really were :) You will get an awesome dress from Davids.

The woman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. I felt as if she really listened to what I wanted and we found my dress the very same day!

I got my dress here, it was amazing!!!!
