When I went to find my wedding dress with 2 of my bridesmaids and my mom the store was busy. My bridal consultant was Brook. I was told that the appointment was for an hour and we would start with 3 dresses and that if we had enough time then I would be able to try on more dresses. At first I was a little upset because I was not told that when I made the appointment. However, this ended up not making a difference because once I tried on the 3rd dress I knew it was the one! The only problem was that the dress was 2 sizes too small, and since it was being discontinued I couldn't get it. Brook asked if I really loved the dress and I said that I did. So then she started making calls to try to find the dress at another store. She was able to find the dress (yay!) and I paid for it that day.

When I went back to the store to have the dress taken in and have the bustle done I worked with a lady named Linda. She was very helpful and patient since my dress was a little complicated to do a bustle on and she didn't want it to look any kind of way.

When I went back for my 2nd fitting Linda was not there. When I put the dress on and started to walk it started to slide down. I tried to ignore this as my mom and bridesmaid did the bustle, which we really liked! However, the longer I stood in the dress the more it slid down and my bra was showing. I said something to the lady and she told me to use double-sided tape. Although I did't agree I said okay. The dress slid down a little more and I told the lady again because I didn't want to spend my wedding day pulling up my dress. This time she told me that it would be okay because it was not going to fall off. Long story short, come to find out this lady was the alterations manager (can't remember her name). I was upset and disappointed in this. I would recommend the rest of the staff, but if you have to deal with her, I would run! I took my dress to the Duluth location by Gwinnett Place Mall to be fixed.

I had a hard time finding dresses. I always heard horror stories about DB, but I must say my experience wasn't bad. The alterations lady was 1hr late for my appointment, but that was the only bad thing. I will say they aren't very patient when you are trying on several dresses.

Everything at Davids Bridal is excellent! The only complaint that I have is that my bridesmaids had trouble finding dresses to try on in their size. We found beautiful, and affordable dresses that were the right color and right price but could not find the right size for them to try on and see if the dress would look good on them. So they chose some dresses that were the right color and size but on clearance. Either way they looked beautiful! And my dress was perfect!

The ladies at Davids Bridal made my shopping experience simple and fun. I knew exactly what I was looking for and they helped bring the look together. Their clothes are soooo affordable and fashionable that it's hard to choose wrong. My bridal party looked amazing in their dress, but we had to purchase the shoes from another company just to get them to match.

I purchased my wedding dress from this location of David's Bridal. I am unsure if I would have had a better experience if I went to another location, but my experience here could've ruined my wedding. In March 2010, I visited the store with my friends to select a dress. After falling in love with a dress, I decided to put it on layaway. I made the first payment when I placed the layaway, I made another payment in April. When I returned to make my final payment in May, they took my money with no problems and told me the dress would be in by July. The next day, however, I receive a call from the store informing me that my dress was no longer in stock. Isn't that why I put the item on hold via layaway? Since they do not give refunds, I had to come in and select another dress. None of my friends were able to go dress shopping with me. I did find another one, but there's nothing like the one that I had selected orginally. Apparently, I had already said..."Yes to the Dress!" I did receive alot of compliments on the second dress, but I believe this shouldn't have happened.

I had originally ordered my dress from another online website and immediately after I received it in the mail returned it the next day. Then, I started looking at David's Bridal online website and was able to save the dresses that I liked in my favorites on their website print out the list and schedule an appointment to try them on. My sisters and friends got to the store and they were absolutely wonderful. The ease and quickness of getting to a room to try on all my dresses was very easy and great. I also had saw the suggested earrings that would go with the dress and was able to purchasse them on the spot as well. Also, the dress that I picked just happened to be my size so I could have purchased it then, but I had wanted a new dress so I ordered it and it was back in 2 weeks. I was very pleased and on my wedding day everyone kept complimenting me on my dress and what a beautiful bride I made. I was very happy with my dress selection.

David's Bridal was the only place I had decided to go for my dress...and I'm so glad I did. Everyone loved my gown! We got married in Jamaica and my dress was perfect for the beach. The staff really help me and I am so thankful.

what can i say, my dress was beautiful and it only cost me $99.00. yes you are reading correctly. they have the absolutely most inexpensive dresses there and trust me when i say you will love Davids bridal.

Make sure you ask about prices--many of the item they say you "must have" you really don't and they can be ridiculously expensive and have no price tags. NO returns. At all. My experience with the staff was not always positive. It's very hit or miss depending on who you work with. Gorgeous dress though at a reasonable price.

You get what you pay for. Don't expect anything "extra" with the purchase of your dress. You are buying a dress at a great price and sacrificing service. All in all, it was an ok experience, there was a lot of self service involved. AKA: zipping myself into my own dresses...

All and all, my davids bridal experience online and offline was mediocre. I'm not going to say they were terrible, because my dress looked good and cost much less than many of my friends. However, this specific GA branch had terrible service. Every time I went to try on a dress the person assigned to me would ditch me in a room. They have a lot to choose from and you can work with any budget there and get what you want. The only advice I would give is buy your dress as soon as you can. They often advertise for things that will take 6 months+ to come in, so order early to avoid disappointment. I had to plan a wedding in less than 3 months and had a lot of trouble getting what I wanted.

Very great to work with. They spent a great deal of time helping me choose my dress and allowing me to explore different styles so that when I found the right dress I knew that was the dress. If you are not into spending a great deal of money and still want a beautiful dress, go to Davids. It is so worth it! Plus my bridesmaids all ordered dresses from here and I loved it because they all wore the same color and yet (due to the great variety) they were able to find dresses that suited their different body sizes wonderfully! The staff is helpful and pleasant!!

davids bridal is a great vendor, but they could be a little more organized and maybe more flexible, because weddings don't always happen the way you planned a year before. their return/exchange policy sucks.

The lady that helped me here was so nice! We were working off of a VERY tight budget, so she helped me find a dress that was in my budget, then gave me ideas of how to find a tiara and veil for MUCH cheaper than David's Bridal sold them for. They were also very flexible with the bride's maid dresses. We had a couple problems with who was going to be in the wedding and they were very nice about exchanging dresses and ordering new ones.

I bought my dream dress from Davids and it was real reasonable compared to the same style I was looking at in private stores. The experience was wonderful and the sales lady went out of her way to make sure I loved it. I wasnt just a sale!

For the most part, I enjoyed my experience at David's Bridal in Lithonia. I found the staff to be helpful, respectful, and honest. My consultant was attentive and professional. The only thing that I did not like was the fact that she expected me to like all of her suggestions and became slightly offended when I did not. Other than that, my experience was great.

The Gown: The team members at David’s Bridal were an excellent help in choosing my bridal gown, tiara, shoes and jewelry.

The Alterations: They did an excellent job tailoring my dress with last minute decisions.
