I loved my dress it was amazing. However the alterations were very pricy. They were not verey responsive to helping with price when it came to that. However my dress was amazing at the end,

They had a nice selection for plus size women which is what I really appreciated!

My dress was beautiful! It was the first one I tried on! The alterations department was also great!

They did an average job. I got my bridesmaids dresses there. David's Bridal gave me a deadline for ordering the dresses. One of the bridesmaids came in on the last day and was told that the dress was discontinued. I had not been notified. They did find a dress in Veremont (we live in Ohio), but it was a size 24. She wore a 12. They did the alterations, but charged full price, and the alterations were not done very well.

Overall, Davids was very good to us when we went there. Had a much better experience here at Lyndhurst then at the Niles Ohio store. This store is just very busy. Always helpful though.

I absolutely adored the dress I got at David's. Their selection outside the designed gowns is nothing amazing though. Their staff is awesome and really helped me find the perfect dress. The only bad thing is the price for alterations is outrageous.

Davids bridal was very good about taking my order and was very pleasant to work with. I would go with them again for any formal or bridal needs

Overall I had a pretty good experience at David's Bridal. The consultant I had was extremly nice, helpful, and knowledgable. She did get a tad pushy when I started second guessing purchasing my gown from them and thought I may look at other salons. She quickly added that the sale could end "any day" so I fell for it and bought it...the sale ended weeks later. The gown came quicker than estimated. Here are a few concerns I did have with DB in general; their alterations are completly overpriced, however, they did a great job. Because I'm big chested I had to order a gown a few sizes larger to accomodate me and when it arrived, it was never suggested that I send it back for smaller size -instead, I paid to have it altered down tremendously! It was mentioned to me only after the work had been completed and paid for. While I got a decent price for my gown, everything else in the store is expensive. In my opinion, DB is not a bad option, but it should not be the only one you consider.

I absolutely loved my dress from David's and it was very reasonably priced. The bridemaids dresses, shoes, and my veil also came from here. I was very pleased with everything.

I loved my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses. The service was okay but the quality of dresses and cost were perfect! If you don't need to be pampered and just want to get a dress this is the place to go.

After having a terrible experience at the North Olmsted Davids Bridal (booking an appointment, arriving and being told "we'll try to find someone to help you" in a voice that made me feel like I was inconveniencing them and the attendant helping me looked like she had better things to do) I gave Davids one more chance. I had a much better experience at this location. The woman helping me could not find me a dress as I ended up going with a very non-traditional dress found in the bridesmaids/mother of the bride/groom side.

We purchased beautiful bridesmaids dresses here. They had the most selection in our area. The dresses also came in really quickly.

I went to David's somewhat apprehensively because my friend had such a bad experience. I went during Tuesday afternoon and they were very slow- because of this they helped me a lot and were very nice. I think brides who go Saturday afternoon get a little jostled and do not have as good of an experience. I also really liked that they had petite sizes.

My only real complaint is all the emails I get now!

I went to the David's Bridal in North Olmsted after I had looked at all the fancy stores and hadn't been able to make up my mind. The lady was very nice and asked me what I was looking for and what my style was, what I absolutely did not want etc. And when she made me try on a couple of dresses I found what I was looking for within 15 min for a fraction of the price I was ready to pay at other stores. I loved my dress, it was 100% me. The only thing I didn't like was their tailoring service - very overpriced and unflexible for my needs (I had to order extra long and then take part of it off with transferring beads etc), so in the end I went to a private seamstress instead.

I was so happy with my experience here -- I told the saleswoman the exact characteristics I was looking for (train, lace-up-back, colored sash, no sequins) and she immediately began pulling dresses that met my specifications. Unlike at other bridal places, she did NOT make me try on dresses that didn't match my vision (other stores tried to force me to try on their most expensive pieces regardless of whether I wanted to or not!) The alterations staff was so exemplary -- they were kind, friendly and enthusiastic, while seeming completely genuine. They were so excited about giving me the best dress they could and made suggestions about how to personalize my dress to make it the most my style. The only problem I had with them is the ladies at the registration desk can be difficult. I came in to pick up my veil wearing my jeans and college t-shirt and the registration desk lady sneered at me "*you're* the bride?!?!" But, other than that, I had no negative experiences at all.

My dress ordeal was the worst part of the planning I had ordered a dress from a company, I won't mention their names what a disaster that turned out to be. It was awful!! I ended up having to buy a dress off the rack at Davids and they were very helpful at the last minute they made alterations to my dress at the last minute and had it ready for pickup the day before. WHAT A LIFESAVER!! I should have gone their from the beginning.

I really like the dress that I purchased and I was able to buy it right off the rack. They fixed the imperfections on the dress and had it ready for me in 2 days. It was an affordable price. The young lady that assisted me was very helpful and polite.

I got a great deal on my wedding dress.I really liked the fabric it was made out of and when they told me it was 1/2 off I couldn't believe it.It was a little hard to get help from the Davids Bridal at the location I went to but I suppose they where really busy.My husband really thought my dress was dazzling and I loved it too.

I LOVED my dress, but found them to be overly commercial. They were pushy and also rude at times.

I am absolutely DISGUSTED with the service I received here. I went in here to look at dresses for my wedding and the staff was absolutely horribly lazy and rude. We stood at the door for 5-10 minutes while the workers talked to each other and didn't even say hi! Then we decided to walk around the store and look ourselves. After about a freaking half hour, someone came up and had the nerve to tell me I wasn't SUPPOSE TO look until i registered! So I politely said I didnt know and didnt say a word about feeling ignored, which I did, and registered. After that the lady told me to go ahead and look around and pull things I wanted to try on and someone would be "right with me". My friends and I pulled a few dresses and about 20 minutes later I was ready to try on. We stood and waited for a while, and then asked the lady if someone was still comming to help me. She said yes. No one came. A few minutes later she called the woman who was suppose to help me. She was on a dinner break. She said she'd be with me in 20 minutes!!!!!! 20 freaking minutes! Like no one else could help me! My friend sara was kind of pissed so she gathered up the dresses I tried on and started to head towards the dressing rooms. The lady rudely informed us we were suppose to wait!! Whatever! She finally opened a dressing room for me, and I tried on the dresses without any help whatsoever. Didn't buy A THING from here for my weddding!My sister in law is getting married next month and used Davids Bridal for her bridesmaids dresses. I regretfully went in to order my dress. At nine months pregnant, they made me try on dresses even though I told them I just wanted to order a size 8, which when I tried it on it almost fit me at nine months pregnant.. why I let them talk me into a size 10 I dont know.. but I called back the next day and asked if I could switch the size 10 to an 8.. they said that was okay, but when I went to pick up my dress today its a freaking size 10 and way too big! Also, when I went to pick up the dress the woman didnt even ask me if I wanted to try it on in the store.. she pretty much threw the dress at me and told me to have a nice day. i didnt want to do alterations with them anyways bc I'm disgusted with their services, and i was so mad when she gave me the dress I didn't even look at the size until I got home. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND Davids Bridal to anyone ever in life!

Most of the bridesmaid dresses were purchased at David Bridal as it was a one stop shop for everything. The store was well organized and it was not cluttered like a few other shops we visited. The service was ok but on the day we went it seemed like there was more customers than staff. Found the bridesmaid dress that my bridesmaid liked and she bought some nice shoes that went with the dress.

I know that you usually want to schedule an appointment for finding a dress, but I just poppped in to David's Bridal to browse. I was with my mom and sisters and they were all for me trying to find one. I registered with the consultant and they said they had the time to help me find a dress. Well my sister did ALL of the work for the woman. My sister kept finding me the size I needed and styles I liked. I really wasn't impressed with the workers. She didn't know much about the bridesmaids dresses either. She said that it would take a few months to get them in because they were coming from China (which was fine we the time) but they ended up coming in a few weeks. Not that that is a huge deal it was just interesting how misinformed she was and that could be a problem if it was the other way around and someone didn't get thier dress in time...so always double check with someone else at the store. I did like thier selection though and my dress was gorgeous and just the right price.

My bridesmaid’s wanted to get there bridesmaid dresses at David Bridal so we went in and visited the shop. We looked around a bit then one of the employees helped us after she finished helping the previous person she was working with. She asked if we had any ideas in what kind of bridesmaid dresses my bridesmaid’s were looking for then she directed us to a section she thought they might like. They found there bridesmaid dresses at David’s Bridal and they looked nice.

Even though the help wasn't always top notch they do check in with you and keep you up to snuff on your order. However, my dress was literally my dream dress. It was absolutely perfect and without emptying my budget. Even my alterations were exquisite and my bustle was more than I could have dreamed of. I've never felt so beautiful as I did in that dress.

The only good thing I can say about David's bridal is that they have a good selection of dresses at all price ranges. Otherwise I wasn't helped out trying on dresses, the gowns that I had marked to try on again were lost and I had to dig for them again on the rack myself. I basically tried on dresses alone holding the large ones back on myself to see if they fit. Don't expect much personal help if you go to David's Bridal.

This was a hard review to write because there was such a drastic difference between the service I received on the sales floor, and the service I received in the alterations department. The alterations crew is so helpful, friendly, and professional. I could not be happier with the service I received from them. In comparison, The service on the sales floor is very unprofessional, unorganized, and not very helpful at all. This was the first place I went, because I was on a budget, and the third dress I tried on was the one I ended up getting. I left there that day, in love with my dress, but had a very uneasy feeling leaving something so important up to what seemed like very incapable hands. In addition, the sales girls were very sloppy in appearance. Maybe not the most important detail, but it was not the special experience you expect when shopping for a wedding gown. In the end after shopping around and loving the service I was getting at every other boutique, it came to the fact that David's just happened to have the dress that was meant for me, and I just had to roll the dice and take my chances. There were no major problems, just not the greatest experience. I even ended up getting the bridesmaids dresses here too for the same reasons. My girls were not pleased with the service either, but the dresses were just too adorable to pass up.

I found a gorgeous dress at David's that was perfect for me. They worked with you and helped you from head to toe. I suggest making a during the weekday appt to get more one on one treatment.

The lady who altered my dress was very helpful and really worked with what I wanted. She offered to do things that I didn't even know they could do that really helped make teh dress exactly what I wanted. They were also very friendly and good with kids.

There service was horrible comapred to the other David Bridals in Ohio. They did not have enough knowledgable workers.

I was an expecting bride & they catered to the needs I had; they scheduled my final fitting 3 weeks before the wedding date, which is unheard of. They really took care of me.

Davids Bridal did have beautiful dresses for a good value. That is about all I can say for them. It took them 2 months to order my bridesmaids dresses and then they sat in the shop for almost a month with no phone call and me being told they were not in yet. Each time one of my bridesmaids went in there, they had poor service. I sat there with one of my girls for an hour waiting for someone to help us. It was not a good experience and a bride does not need to go through that.

They did an okay job for the money

It was great because all my bridesmades from all over the U.S could get matching dresses!

Everyone was very helpful and eager to assist me from the moment we walked into the store. They even have payment options to help you out when unfortunate things happen, which was the best.

My dress was amazing, the staff at Davids Bridal was so helpful. They even helped me pick out the perfect bridesmaids dresses. I felt amazing, everyone looked amazing and I owe a lot to Davids Bridal for making my day so wonderful!

They helped me find the dress of my dreams at a price that fit into my budget.

They were a good company to work with. The girls dresses that I first picked out were discontinued and I was not informed of that. I only found out when one of the girls and I went to look at the dresses to see how they would fit on her. They then told me at that time that the dress style I had picked out 3 months before was not being made anymore. I was a bit upset that when they found out ( I am sure it was at least 2 months prior) that I did not get a phone call. If I had been informed I would have gone in before and picked out different dress styles before my girls went in to see how the dresses looked on them. They were good to work with about my dress. I did not have any problemes getting an appointment to look at dresses or fittings. They did all the alterations in store and pressed my dress and veils before the wedding. I just wish that after they pressed my veils they had not FOLDED THEM on a hanger!!!! I had to steam my own veils before my wedding!!!!

My Gown: Four Stars. They have a large selection of dresses so you can always try on your size dress. Very cost efficient.

The Alterations: 2 Stars. Very expensive and slow

Bridesmaid dresses: Three Stars. They do not have a very large selection of colors. If you find a dress you like you may have trouble finding a color you like.

Average: 3 stars.

Great dresses at great prices. The saleswomen were very helpful and friendly.

I didn't get a lot of the hands on help that you would expect from a dress store, but at the same time everyone there was very nice. I got a great dress for a great price as well. Keep your eyes open for clearance dresses, I got an Oleg Cassini dress for half off and everyone loved it.

I had a really hard time getting them to take in my dress. I had to have my grandmother do it but the price I paid for the dress was GREAT!!!
