I got my bride's dress and all of my bridesmaids dresses there and they were beautiful.

I went in here to find my dress, no one helped my best friend had to put it on my me, which sucks. I am a bigger chick so its hard to begin with and they had NOTHING in my size to try on, i was encouraged to order it online and who does that without trying it one. I ended up going to the one in orlando, much better

While I absolutely LOVE my wedding dress, and all of the bridesmaids dresses as well, I found myself feeling as if I were bothering the associates that work at this David's Bridal. I understand that they see a lot of brides in a day, but they made the experience of dress shopping not seem as special as it really is. Everytime I needed to go there whether it be to pick up my dress or to have alterations done, I was always so excited to go, and was let down with the customer service - every time! It's a shame, because they really have some amazing dresses there.

When my girls and I went here to try on dresses they were short staffed, but the girl who helped us was amazing and super nice as well as the rest of the people that were there that day. We felt so bad for them we tried to make it as easy as possible. I've been to a couple different David's Bridal locations and none of them have what it takes to stand up to the women who run this store. They are awesome!!!! I had to send my dad to get my dress during one of their $99.00 sales and they made sure he got the right dress for the correct price. Totally above and beyond what most stores would do.

Bought my dress here!!! It was a great deal and the ladies that helped me were so nice!

I absolutely loved my dress, but that was it. The customer service was not that great. I would ask a question and it was like I was bothering them. The only person that helped me throughout everything was Miki Collazo. Alterations were ridiculously expensive ( could have gotten another dress expensive )

I loved this Davids Bridal! First of all, the lady who helped find my dress was so nice. I already knew what dress I wanted when I went in there and she spent a lot of time trying to find the last one of the dress I wanted AND it was on sale for $299! It fit like a glove and was just perfect. The only problem I had with this place was that the one time I called to check on my dress they left me on hold for 15 min and hung up on me... Other than that... It was awesome.

I love, love, love my dress! However, the service at David's is I guess, you get what you pay for. I walked in thinking it was going to be how it is in the movies, but I was dead wrong. The staff was rude and not helpful. My girls and I literally did all the work. The women sat there and mumered comments. However once she knew I was buying it all changed. She kissed by butt in no time.

I had a great sales associate at David's Bridal and I found the dress of my dreams! I looked beautiful!

I bought our wedding invitations on David's Bridal online. I found the perfect design and colors and spent very little money. Great place to purchase invites or save the dates.

The staff at the David's Bridal in Sunrise seem to always be to busy to help and if you ask a question they get annoyed. I fould the women at the Pembroke Pines store a whole lot more plesant to deal with. My dress was beautiful and very reasonable in comparison to other bridal stores. My bridemaids were happy with they variety and prices too. The prices for alterations are fair, however, my $45 bustle immediately broke so this is definitly one of those places where you get what you pay for, great prices low quality.

I purchase my wedding dress a the coral spring store.. i have to say they have the worse customer service... the only person that was helpful and nice was a consultant by name of loretta.... everyone else was always in a rush, and made like just another customer.. no special treatment at all.. i had to provide with all my information twice, because the consultant i had wrote all the wrong information... Loretta had to take all my information again.. great pricess for some things, but some ridiculus pricess for others..

I got my wedding dress at Davids Bridal. The lady who helped me did not seem happy to work there, but still was somewhat helpful in helping me find a dress. She picked out a few suggestions similar to pictures of dresses i found on their website that I picked out. I ended up getting a dress that I picked out and I loved it! I was also able to get it steamed/pressed in only a few days which was very helpful.

I had my bridesmaid dresses picked out 7 months before our wedding. They told me not to order the dresses until Min January for my March wedding. I went in to order the dresses and not only did they tell me my dresses had been discontinued, but that it was crazy I was coming in so late to order. (The dresses were an 8 week order) They would have arrived the week of my wedding, leaving the girls no time for alterations. Seeing that I had 8 bridesmaids and they were all in different states, it was a bit frustrating and stressful. I had to pick out all new dresses and pray that they came in on time. They COULD and SHOULD have let me know that A. My dresses were discontinued and B. I needed to order them in November. The women in that store were never helpful when I walked in and only when I complained to the manager did anyone help us. I would not use this company again. Go to Alfred Angelo.

My dress was beautiful and a good value for the cost. I suggest going to Davids Bridal if you are pretty much an off the rack size. Their alterations are really expensive (they wanted almost $200 for my sister's bridesmaid dress that cost 100).

I found everything I need it. All the dresses that i had to order came in on time. the only thing is everything is final sale so if you had to change something you could only exchange not returnd. but other than that every thing was good

I totally enjoyed my dress experience. I had the best person working with me in the Hialeah store. She was awesome!! She helped me choose a great dress. I did not buy my wedding dress from David's Bridal, but I did get my bridesmaids dresses from there. It was great. We all got to try on the dresses. They were really nice.

I started my dress search at David's Bridal and the experience was actually pretty good. I went on a Monday so it was a crazy day like Saturday, but the sales girl was pretty helpful and pulled lots of dresses for me to try on. I did not end up buying from David's Bridal, but I did order my flower girl's dress from there. They were pretty quick and called when it came in. Overall, the experience was positive and it definitely helped me narrow down what style dress I was looking for.

After searching everywhere for the "perfect gown" at the "perfect price" - I finally found it at DB. My only issue with this store is there responsiveness. I ordered my dress in July with an expected delivery date of September. By October, I still had not received it! After calling several times and being put on hold for 20 minutes at a time, I was informed that they were holding my dress since the second week of August. When I asked why they never called me to tell me it had arrived, they had no answer for me. A similar situation occurred with one of my bridesmaid's dresses... Other than all of that, my dress was gorgeous, the alterations were done very well (even though they cost half of what I paid for the dress) and they had a very good selection of dresses.

When I ordered my dress I was told that since it was a popular dress, it would probably take 4 to 6 months to get it in, so I ordered it a little less than a year in advance just in case. The woman helping me ordered it two sizes too small (unfortunately I didn't notice)and it came in less than a month later. They called the day it arrived and demanded I pick it up immediately or I would run in to problems! When I tried on the dress it of course didn't fit and I was told they didnt know if they could get a second dress out in time or not. So, I decided to go on a diet and keep the dress - although I had to ask my mother in law if she could hold on to the dress since I didn't have a spot to put it yet. Luckily I was able to lose enough weight before the wedding to fit into my dress (talk about stress) and they fixed a few things that weren't sewn on properly to begin with.I loved the look of my dress and liked the way it fit, but it had to do it over again, I would set more money aside for my dress and go elsewhere just to avoid the hassle.

The saleslady was VERY pushy. After she mad the "sale" she just walked off and that was it. I had the alterations done which were ridiculously expensive. and there was a mistake a week before the wedding. They were not flexible at all in getting the dress to me any sooner because THEY made a mistake. I LOVED my dress and the cost. That was the only good thing about htis place

they were very helpful and had a great selection of dresses.

The good: 1. An enormous selection of dresses, in all sizes, to fit all budgets.2. A big selection of other wedding-related bits-and-bobs, from beautiful veils to sashes to guestbooks.3. My dress arrived really quickly, within a month.4. Very professional alterations team.The bad:1. The staff don't have time for you. If I hadn't gone with friends each time, I could've waited for half an hour to have someone help me pull the zipper up on the back of the dress. It's a busy store, with not enough staff. Definitely no "princess treatment" here.2. The accessories are overpriced. I bought my veil when I bought my dress, and discovered later that I paid way too much for it. I bought all other accessories on the internet.3. Very unimaginative flower girl dresses. It's great that you can have everything coordinated, but the flower girl dresses were so boring, I went elsewhere for that.

I bought my gown at a David's Bridal store, and I loved it from the moment I first saw it on their website (which was actually a few years earlier)! It was even better in person than in the photograph. David's Bridal offers a wide variety of styles for brides of every taste and budget. I was very pleased with the detail and overall look and feel of my dress. Absolutely no complaints, and I felt gorgeous on my wedding day! The only problem I ran into was that I would have liked for the store associates to organize things better, taking you through the whole process to avoid any confusion. The bridal representative I was assigned the first time I went was not working there when I returned and I was never given another one.However, I do feel that David's Bridal was the best place to buy my dream dress--the value and quality were excellent, and the alterations (though minimal in my case) were great!

After going to a Davids Bridal in Hurst, Texas and they overbooked me and didn't listen to anything I wanted I ordered my dress from the online store instead. Loved it!! Then took it to be altered at the store in Sunrise, Florida and my only complaint is they didn't speak english.

My consultant, Joanne, made the most nerve wrecking part of my wedding planning the easiest. I went into David's Bridal on a whim thinking I was just going to see what they had to offer. I walked out with my wedding dress, my veil, a tiara and pair of shoes. I was by myself, so it was just Joanne and I trying on dress after dress. She helped me put on some dresses more than once to be sure I was getting what I wanted. She was a very patient and nice woman who helped me make the decision on the right dress for me. I wish David's had a better undergarment selection, particularly bras, for their wedding gowns. It seems silly to have to shop for that separately, but you can't beat them on the quality and prices of their wedding gowns. My dress was absolutely beautiful and very reasonably priced.

Picking the dress out was easy! The staff was very helpful and easy to work with. The alterations were a little bit trickier- they moved my appointment without telling me and I had to wait an hour and on the day of the final fitting the dress had not yet been hemmed and the manager had to do it while I waited. The manager, however, was so appologetic and did a wonderful job. I wouldn't leave anything until the last minute with them, but they did do a good job.

They were very helpful and understanding. (I changed which dress I wanted three times and tried them all on multiple times.)

I found the attendants at David's Bridal Outlet to be less than interested in the customer and their perception of what a bridal gown "should" look like and more in selling the first gown they pulled off the rack. I was so not impressed that I decided to go to another bridal store all together.

For my beach wedding, I ordered shell invitations. I LOVED my invitations but I recommend ordering a few samples first. We did that and a few of the invitations I liked I would have been disappointed with once I got due to lack of quality. Its kind of hit and miss with their invitations.

I found that David's Bridal is a bit too much of an "industry", rather than a dress shop. While they do offer good value for the money, I found their sales representatives to be a bit pushy and interested only in making a large commission. I would rather be left in peace while shopping for a wedding dress, as opposed to the David's Bridal theory of constantly hovering over you while you shop.

This place is great. they went above and beyond to help me and make things easier. They even sold me a sample that they weren't supposed to sell. The manager said she would sell me the carpet if I needed it. It was great. I definitly recommend going there.

I loved my dress and the consultant was really helpful! Great value for the money (I got my dress on sale for $365 a lillte above after tax)

They are completely unorganized! I don't know how they stay in business. NEVER get the alterations done by them, they are a rip off!!!!

Overall I think David's Bridal gives the best selection of gowns at the most affordable prices. I was not very happy with the service I received. While the consultant brought me some gowns at the beginning, she sort of disappeared and I did not see her anymore. Luckily I went with my maid of honor and bridesmaid, so we basically went through the racks and picked what we wanted to try on. And I was very pleased to find the gown of my dreams on my own! Also - if you do not plan to have your gown altered there - have them press it and check any beading (which should be free of charge) - as long as you don't have the gown altered elsewhere. I brought it back after a friends fixed the hem and they said they could not give me the complimentary pressing. So in retrospect, it would have been better to just have them press it and then bring it elsewhere for alterations if you wish so.

Looking back, I'd probably go with someone else for my bridesmaid dresses. The selection was ok, but they really nickel and dime you for accessories. And I hated almost every wedding dress I tried on, and felt like a huge cow because I had to go up two sizes for most cause either the waist or the bust was too small.So I ended up having my dress custom made.

The dresses looked great and my girls got them before the expected delivery date.

They were very helpful to me, the dress was very affordable and beautiful. I only had to go there one day and they provided me with the help I needed right away. Plus they are all around the united states so all of my bridesmaids that were out of town were able to get their dress in their local store. It was perfect.

They provided me with everything I needed as far as attire. I purchased my wedding dress with them and had it altered there as well. My bridesmaid's were also very satisfied with their gowns.

I chose to go to David's for my bridesmaids' dresses as well as my dress. I was informed that I would not be helped without an appointment. So I made the appointment to get there and find out they were 'overwhelmed with walk-ins' though I was told I could not walk-in. I brought my party with me to try dresses on, we ended up getting our own dresses and such and wrestling them into the fitting rooms. We were hanging around that area and one salesperson walked by and said, I guess just take those, then she went off to join the laughter in the back room. I was so bothered that we ordered my dress online (ebay) and the bridesmaids' from Alfred Angelo. Unless you are absolutely loving a dress there, or on an extreme budget, go elsewhere.

The worst customer service ever!!

They were great. A little pushy about trying everything on but the wedding dress were awesome prices!

Ordered my wedding dress. It was on sale and I was able to get shoes, a purse, and 2 flower girl baskets, all for under $500!

I had to spend as little as possible on my wedding, so I was worried I would end up with an ugly dress. I found a dress that I fell in love with here for only $300, and when I got up to the register it ended up being on sale for $200! The only thing I didn't like about this store is that I had to search for someone to help me.

Oy vey! David's was just a mess. Although I love my dress, I would not want to relive having to buy it from there. I also got my girls dresses and my mom's dress from them, and although it was convenient to have so many locations to cater to my girls, the service bit the big one. The dresses were beautiful, but I would not recommend using them for alterations... get your own seamstress!

My wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses came from David's. Large selection at all price points. Consultant was helpful, not pushy. They handled my alterations too. Wonderful job!

The lady who helped me was very kind and new what went well with my body type (size 12 with curves in the right places :) ). She brought all the corresponding accessories and pulled it together in very little time. She was a joy to have help me.

David's bridal service was excellent and I would recommend them to everyone
