I loved my dress and how easy it was to order online after being sized at the store. Also loved the help getting the right slip months after I bought the dress.

I loved my dress, the only thing that upset me is the outrageous prices they charge for alterations and they didnt even do mine right. But overall I was happy.

I went here first to try on dresses and I loved that they had all the dresses in my size to try on. Other shops I visited had to clamp a larger dress and it was a little difficult to see how it would look after alterations. The selection was amazing, and I found one that I absolutely loved.

Although the prices at DB beat most other dress stores I looked at, the employees were very rude. The only store I went to where I was treated very well was Montclair. In fact, my bridesmaids took the commute their just for the service. The service at Orange and Brea was awful. They do not pay attention to you when you walk in. In Orange the lady gave my bridesmaid attitude and insisted she was skinnier than her. She was very rude. And this was the manager. You girls are supposed to get a discount on their dresses when you buy their dress there. When I found out two of my bridesmaids were not given the discount I called to complain and the person I spoke with said the person that rang her up started a new account so she could make commission off of my bridesmaid's dress. So not okay. Also, they never take returns. Unless you cannot find a better price, I would steer clear from DB.

This was my second wedding so I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a dress. So I choose to go to Davids Bridal to look first. I was very happy I found a gown there and was able to take it home that day.

After I bought the dress, it seemed as though the level of responsiveness and just about everything else went down.

Ok... I had a horrible experience here, I mean really bad. But I'm giving them a high score because of my experiences after the bad one. It was hard for me to give them another chance, but I'm glad I did. I got such a beautiful dress, on sale for $100! Also, I got some gorgeous jewelry, they have a great verity to choose from.

I found a dress I loved here, but had to deal with rude attendants. They asked me once if I planned on purchasing or not. I understand people might waste time, but I didn't appreciate them assuming that I was because I was an indecisive bride. I would go back because I loved my dress, but I wasn't impressed with their customer service

The prices were great, but the service wasn't. Most of the employees had poor customer service skills. They seem understaffed when one employee is having to help 3-4 customers at once. I would only recommend this vendor because the price of the dress was good, but be prepared for bad customer service.

pressured me into getting a larger size, ended up having to get it tailored there for an additional $300. very bitter.

I got the dress of my dreams from David's bridal! It was beyond perfect. Plus it was a lot cheaper from anywhere else I would have gone. I am very happy with how my dress came out and the help I received in alterations and steaming.

I bought a bridesmaid's dress here for my friend's wedding. It was a very easy experience. They have all the sizes available to try on and all the colors/fabrics are in-store so that you can compare them. We had already decided on color, fabric, and length, so I just needed to find a dress. The salespeople were very helpful in getting me the right sizes and helping me find dresses. I was able to find and buy the dress within an hour. Though they told me that it might take up to 6 weeks for the dress to come in, it actually only took 2. My experience for finding a bridesmaid's dress was excellent.

I did come here to look for my own wedding dress but was not really impressed with the selection or the quality. Even the $1000+ dresses were kind of low quality with fabric that was rough and on the heavy side. You can actually find beautiful Maggie Sottero dresses that are higher in quality and cost much less than the $1000+ dresses I tried on! David's Bridal actually has copied some of Maggie Sottero dresses and sell them for just $100 or so less than the actual Maggie dress. For just $100, I would totally prefer to get the dress from the actual designer. Anyway, that's just me. BTW, I did not buy a Maggie Sottero wedding gown but think they're great (beautiful and budget-friendly)! Also, I know tons of brides who got their wedding dress at DB, so don't let me stop you from going, especially for those of you who are especially budget-conscious. Good luck!

The first time I needed my dress hemmed, the seamstress was very lazy and brought up the dress from the middle of the dress. This created to flaps of fabric which looked terrible. I took the dress back after the hemming and the manager made sure that the dress was fixed at no cost. I was thankful that they fixed my dress, but such laziness should never be acceptable. My dress was absolutely beautiful though and with the dress, undergarments, and veil, it only cost a little over $1,000...not bad at all!

My wedding dress and bridesmaids dress were wonderful!! The problem was the customer service problems. They were very rude to me... also they had all the bridesmaids dresses info incorrect. One of the bridesmaids picked up her shoes (needed to be dyed) and they were suppose to be silver and she opened the box and they had dyed them red. They have horrible service and they don't really care!

My first appointment and dress selection went very well. I was concerned they wouldn't hold the dress for 24 hours until I made a decision (a huge decision to make in two hours). They said they would hold the dress only until closing, very disappointing. I called first thing in the morning, and they let me pay for it by 3:00p.m. that next day when I got off work. So it ended up being 24 hours! :)I was disappointed when I left the dress with the person who does alterations. I was told they would check over the dress for any imperfections (loose threads or beads, ironing/steaming, etc.). When I got the dress less then a week before the wedding, nothing had been done to it. My mom ended up fixing any imperfections we found...and there were obvious ones.

I love David's Bridal and I would recommend it to anyone. Even thought the dress that I purchased was pretty expensive...they did offer an array of beautiful dresses at really affordable prices. The workers were very helpful, sweet and accomodating. Very good experience.

The Redlands David's Bridal has really great consultants. They allow you to try on many wedding dresses, and work as long as you need until you find a dress that fits you. Once you find the dress that works for you, they don't pressure you. They are willing to hold a dress for (I believe) 24 hours. Further, after purchasing my dress, I worked with alterations to make sure my dress fit perfectly. I had to go back twice (due to size changes, not because of a problem with alterations) to get it perfect and the entire time they were very professional and understanding. Also, I bought my bridesmaids dresses from David's Bridal and the color I wanted was discontinued so they helped me to find the dress colors in other stores. It was really great service overall and I would highly recommend them for brides.

David's bridal was an absolute nightmare!!! They altered my dress 8 inches too short a mere 3 days prior to my wedding and told me "oops, we will TRY to get it finished by your wedding". While I was there there was another bride who's dress had been lost in transit and they were very rude to her telling her there was no reason to freak out even though she was getting married 2 days later.

I have heard tons of horror stories about David’s Bridal but I have nothing but great things to say about them. I initially went to the Corona store and purchased my dress. It was such a great experience. The sales girl was very helpful and we had a lot of fun. We went to the Redlands store to purchase the bridesmaid dresses and have our dresses altered. We had a similar experience here. The sales people were helpful and we had a lot of fun. We had to order the bridesmaid dresses and were told it would take about 6 weeks. I received a call 2 weeks later that they had already arrived. The alterations lady was very helpful and did a great job. Every time I went there we had a great experience.

This was the last spot of the day that I was going to look at dress, on my first day out! I picked 5 dresses I wouldn't have even imagined I would like, or look good in. It was the last dress and It fit perfectly. I feel in love. I didn't want to take it off. My mom called my dad to come down and take a look. The lady who helped me pick out dresses then asked about a veil. I was NOT wanting any part of that... until she gave me a story about why you should have one.. I cried. She sold me on the veil! My husband was thrilled, he always wanted me to wear one. My husbands mom became very ill and we had to move up the date of our wedding by 6 months... David's bridal was amazing. They just happened to have the dress in my size in the store. Pulled it for me and had it cleaned. They were amazing. I went to the David's Bridal in Hercules, CA.
