I purchased my dress and had it altered at this store. I'm plus sized, so I liked that there were plenty of dresses to try on, and of course that I found one I liked. However, service left a LOT to be desired. Making an appointment was pretty much required, but it's not like it prevented me from waiting around. Sometimes I know previous appointments ran over, but other times I saw the staff person stroll in late. Sometimes the alterations department acted like they were doing me a favor instead of doing the job I was paying them to do. I wanted to have a DB dress I bougt online altered, but when they told me I'd need to make a separate appointment for it, I just took it to someone else. I was hounded with spam emails and voicemails from the sales rep asking me if I found a dress, when clearly their records should have shown I bought one. In the end, the dress as lovely and I received many compliments. The sum it up, the product is good but the service is like pulling teeth. Decide which is important to you before using.

I, personally, did not buy my dress from this store because of stories I had heard. We did get our bridesmaids dresses here though. I feel as though, if you aren't a bride no one cares if you're in the store. I went in with one of my bridesmaids, who had an appointment and still had to wait 20 minutes before anyone helped us. Then, the lady could not find the dress, I ended up finding it for her. Her excuse was, "oh they just switched around the dresses". Well, frankly it's easy to read the tag that marks the dress. Then another one of the my bridesmaids went in to get her dress and they didn't have her size in the store so she couldn't try it on. They made a big deal about having to measure her when they didn't have her size in stock. Then they ordered her a size that was too small. She wore the dress that was too small because she didn't want to have to deal with the store anymore. The 4 times I went in the store they were very understaffed.
Also, I specifically asked that each of the girls get called or emailed when their dresses come in and please do not email me. Can you guess who got the emails? I did, so I called and requested that be fixed and was told it was fixed. It wasn't, I kept getting emails. The girls were finally called a month later and told their dresses had been in and they need to be there within 7 days to pick them up.
I would no recommend this DB store for anything.

When it came to helping me it was great but when it came to helping my bridesmaids it was horrible! One store would tell me one thing and another store would tell me another.

We ordered our invitations online, and got them for a great price with the current sale. They were very elegant and had a lovely floral design. I would recommend them to friends and anyone who is looking for professional invitations.

I got my bridesmaids dresses through Davids. Quite honestly it is easiest to go through them. They have locations EVERYWHERE, with tons of options for all different sizes. We ended up with 3 different dresses in the same color, Apple. They looked great. I will complain that I was given an estimated date on arrival of each dress. I received an email that the dresses were in for ONE of the dresses, the other 2 I had to call and inquire about. I guess when you sell a billion dresses a week that is expected. Other than that, no complaints.

If I could find my dress anywhere else I would have. They were very unhelpful and rude. When I went there to begin with they said I had to have an appt, but when I called two weeks eariler you didn't have to have an appt. When I went to go back and get my veil and accessories, they had written them down and put them in the computer. But some how when I went back, they didn't have the information and I couldn't remember exactly what I had picked out.

When I bought my dress I was told that they could easily take it in 2 sizes and up from the waist without changing the look of the dress. They were wrong. The butchered my dress. 2 weeks before my wedding they ended up making things "right" by giving me a completely new dress in a size that fit and doing minimal alterations. We did not get our money back for the botched alteration job. The head seamstress was amazing, but other than that, I will never shop there ever again or recommend them to anyone. I also share my story with every bride I meet.

I had a great experience, being the bride, but my mother was treated horribly. They left her in the dressing room without any dresses for 45 minutes. Do not ever go on a Saturday because they are always under staffed. Also, I had a great experience with the people who altered my dress at DB. It was done perfectly.

I never really expected my wedding dress shopping to be a breeze, but it was. The problem that arose was with my bridesmaids dresses and shoes coming in different sizes. We had multiple shoes for two girls. We were told that shoe sizes could go up to a 14-16 and they actually only sold 10-12. I would never recomend buying from them. The hassel of it all was rediculous. I was so glad that it all was done. The process lasted from February to June, come on. If things would have gone correctly it would have been 2 months. Plan early, don't wait. My wedding was in August and I knew what I was doing.

My first experience there being of course new at this was not the best one because I went in to look at dresses and they told me I would have to make an appointment and come back. Which was fine just not expected.
They were very helpful when I was trying on dresses however when I did find the one i wanted they failed to tell me that in a week they would be starting their $99 dress sale. So I of course bought my dress and then found that out and I was really upset. I did get to go back in and I got the dress for the amount that it was on sale but I really think that is something they should tell you so you do not have to waste your time with things like that.
Lastly they never called when the dresses came in so finally I called to find out they had been in for a couple of weeks, and I really felt that is something you should really be on top of when dealing with weddings.
