I didn't have any issues with my bridal gown, I did have issues with my bridesmaids. they called me and told me the dress that three of my bridesmaid had purchased was now discontinued and if I wanted my remaining three bridesmaids to have that dress, they had one day to get there. I was previously (the week before) told that we had two months.

Great deal on my dress. Always easy to work with.

They have a great selection of bridal gowns and bridesmaids dresses. They have every style and size you could imagine. However, their customer service is not great. First, they require appointments for all dress fittings and the fittings feel rushed. Second, their alterations are overpriced. Third, the store was always busy and they didn't have enough sales people to help all the customers, so I would often have to wait for a while before I could get some help. Fourth, they don't have room to keep your dress there so once it comes in after you order it you have to take it home and store it yourself. I would suggest making appointments way in advance and ordering your dress early so you have time to get it altered.

I found my dress at Davids. The staff there were so helpful! I can't wait to order the girls dresses from there too!

They have really stepped up their game as far as modernising their selection. I was very impressed with their new collection of bridesmaid dresses. These are dresses that people will actually wearm again, not just talk about wearing again.

I really liked my personal attendant when I went to David's Bridal. The only suggestion that I have for brides is to make sure that you call ahead and schedule an appointment, especially for Saturdays! They get super busy, and you don't want to be a walk in bride who has to wait for hours to get to look at dresses!

Believe it or not, it IS possible to have a good experience at David's Bridal. I bought my dress a little early (read: 15 months before the wedding, which I DON'T recommend!) and I've had some regrets, but I still love my dress. My consultant did seem a bit pushy about the dress I ended up buying, saying the dress was being discontinued. I decided to order, and I'm glad I did. I refuse to use David's for alterations though, too expensive!Bridesmaid Dresses: We went in during the week so it was just us (5 people) and one other bride trying on dresses. This trip actually frustrated me - the consultant we ended up with kept going MIA, leaving us waiting forever for the next round of dresses. I ended up just pulling dresses for the girls myself. We ordered the dresses in January - on sale for $95 :) - and they came in mid-March. They were all the right color and sizes, however EVERY dress was HUGE in the bodice/bust area even though the sizes in the store fit fine. Good thing I have a reasonably priced seamstress!

I will say this once and I will keep saying it. Do not go to David's on a weekend! The best thing you can do is make an appointment during the week! Don't walk in there with out an appointment thinking that you are going to get their full attention! Because they are dealing with so many people it is sometimes hard! I had a wonderful experience with the ladies in Appleton, WI I also had a wonderful time with the seamstress there! She was excellent!

I can't complain. My consultant was very helpful with finding me the right dress. Everyone loved it! My wedding party was satisfied with their gowns and the price they had to spend for their gowns. The dresses bleed a little, but nothing to become upset over. All in all David's Bridal was very helpful and affordable.

I was happy with the service I received at David's in Green Bay. Angela spent forever with me the first time trying on dresses (I lost count at 15), until I found the dress of my dreams. They were helpful through the entire process. On the other had, David's in Appleton proved to be a totally different story. I few of my girls ordered through them and were not happy with service and friendliness. However I do absolutely love the David's in Green Bay!

My bridesmaids were very difficult to please, we tried a lot of the more high end shops and they all had complaints. We ended going to David’s Bridal because they were inexpensive and they had the same colors but different styles but made of the same material. My colors were lilac, plus they delivered in like two weeks!

Very friendly staff – have your own “consultant” working with you and getting you the dresses you need. Quite wide selection of both wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses. Wedding dresses are however bought off the rack which turned me off. It’s really nice that there are multiple locations because my bridesmaids were able to try on the dresses and place their order wherever was convenient for them. All dresses were the same color despite coming from different dye lots.

One sales associate we worked with was kind of rude, but other than that I was happy with the dresses I picked out for the wedding party and me.

I LOVED my dress but every time i went into Davids they didn't greet you right away and there was a couple time i would just walk in and grab a dress to try it on. Another thing i don't like is that you HAVE to have an appointment to try on dresses, thats not necessary...sorry

My first time in, they were amazingly helpful. I had ordered a dress off the internet and they had canceled on me 2 months before my wedding. They all felt terrible for me and were amazingly friendly and kind. However, my next few visits were not the same. I began to feel like an inconvenience. If you know anyone who can alter your dress for you, I would HIGHLY recommend going to them first. I feel that I paid way to much for my alterations. Also, try to get a corset bra and tiered slip somewhere else. They were each almost $100! And of course, they don't tell you that until you find out you have to get it and it all gets totaled up together. I was able to borrow one from a friend, but they did not like this. However, they had a great amount of off the rack dresses (which I needed for speed) and were able to add straps as I wanted. I would probably not recommend going here unless necessary.

I loved my wedding dress. David's Bridal was wonderful in accommodating us. I felt right at home.

I bought my first wedding dress here and they were awful about it. The only good thing I can say about this store is that they have a lot to select from. Other than that, the employees are terrible and are not trained well.

I loved my dress, BUT I would never recommend anyone shop at David's. I was not impressed by any aspect of my dealings with them. The alterations were overpriced, the customer service (other than the alterations person) was poor at best. My bridesmaids bought their dresses from David's and got very poor service as well. STAY AWAY!

they did work with me about my dress, we needed to switch days an times for fittings due to the fact that i was expecting my baby was 3 weeks when the wedding took place. they were not so pleasent with the girls standing up they were rude an very uncooperative they even lost one of the dresses 2 weeks before the wedding so i called an told them my feelings an that i would never recomend them to anyone

Beautiful dress at a fair price. Alterations and accessories add up fast.

Okay, so I know a lot of people think that everyone goes to David's Bridal, but it was a really great experience for me. I swore I wouldn't get a gown from there, but I did. My dress was BEAUTIFUL and the women there were very helpful in finding the perfect dress for me. They allowed me to look through a catalog and pick out five dresses-trying to aim for different kinds. From that five, they were able to find out the different kinds of dresses I liked best including shape and fabric. I tried on probably 30 dresses and was exhausted afterwards, but really found the perfect dress for me. They were helpful with jewelry, shoes, a veil...everything. I did NOT get my bridesmaids dresses from there, but it was just because they didn't have quite what I was looking for in that realm...there was nothing simple enough and tea-length during the winter. So, I loved it. It was great. A little pricey, but worth it for your wedding!

David's Bridal was definitely the right choice for me. They have a huge selection of gowns, and the people are very knowledgeable and helpful. The alterations needed were done perfectly, my dress fit me like a glove. Get your dress here!!! you won't find the value anywhere else.

The people there were absolutely wonderful. I had just had a baby, and they helped me so much in picking the perfect dress for my new size! Thank you ladies!

The ladies at David's Bridal were amazing. Anything that we had a problem with they fixed it immediately and without question. They were all quite knowledgeable and fun to work with.

I would have appreciated it , if the attendant would have selected dresses for me in my size and budget. They only offered assistance w/ advice.

I had a good experience with David's Bridal. I have heard of many people that have had nightmares with Davids, but not me. We planned our wedding fairly quick got engaged in April and married in october. Getting my dress was one of the first things we did and we had it in pleanty of time for alterations way before the wedding day. The price was perfect for the dress.

They ordered me the wrong size but were able to exchange it in time for the wedding. However, their sales people were not very knowledgable or friendly.

They have a great selection, and a very professional staff. If you need more than the dress, they are more than happy to assist you with completing your look with jewelry, tiaras, shoes, and undergarments. I received a great deal with my dress, so make them a must-see place on your list!

Everything was good at David's Bridal, but some of the girls that worked there were a little snotty. I found them not to be very flexible, but overall i didn't leave there angry.

I walked in and only had to wait 15 minutes. Myself and my three girls all got in and found dresses within an hour. They were ordered, and ready in a few weeks. They even helped me set up an appt at the Vista, CA David's Bridal in order to get my dress pressed before my big day.

The gowns arrived just as pictured online, well made. David's provided great service, Received the dresses we ordered in a very reasonable amount of time.

Some ladies were really nice and some were really unpleasant to work with but I did love my dress!
