Lydia was amazing and very helpful. Caught on quickly to what style I liked. Asked me a price range and told me she would not go over unless I asked! Amazing service, received my dress quickly.... Couldn't be happier :)
GUEST

David's Bridal was extremely helpful!
GUEST

They were very polite and very reasonable in prices. the girl that was helping me find a dress kept on telling me that i looked like a wanderful bride and i have a lucky man.
GUEST

I had no luck and poor service at another Davids Bridal and two other boutiques. But at the Davids Bridal near Mid Rivers Mall, I was treated like a rock-star! I highly recommend making an appointment on a week-day morning, because I was the only customer for a while & received so much attention by the sales & alterations team. Tried on every dress I wanted and even gowns I would have never imagined stepping into! I love, Love, LOVED my dress! This store gave me that "aha" dress moment.

Went in to look for a dress 2 days before my wedding. I had no idea what I was looking for other than something inexpensive. Found what i was looking for on sale. i got a $1,000 DRESS on sale for $150 and totally beautiful. I did not have to have any alterations altho they said if I wanted the train bussled they could have it done before the wedding. WOW!!!! I was impressed!!!!!
GUEST

Loved my dress!
GUEST

Very unsatisfied with this place. During my original appointment when I was picking out my dress, the consultant would not listen to what I wanted and kept pulling dresses that I already told her I didnt like. The dresses that I pulled myself were pushed to the side and she wanted me to continue trying on the dresses that I didnt like. Once I found my dress, I was charged more then half of the price of the whole dress just to do minor alterations (hemming and taking in on the sides). The neglect to mention when you buy a multilayer dress, that they get to charge you double for alterations. Then they screwed up the alterations and had to redo them TWICE.
GUEST

If it weren't for my consultant Danielle i wouldn't have bought a dress from them at all.

My dress came in really quick and so did the bridesmaid dresses too. They all looked great too.

David's was one of my stops when dress shopping for my dress and at the time they didn't have anything like what I was looking for. In the end, I am not particularly impressed with the quality of fabric on the dresses because I ended up paying the same amount for my dress (which was NOT cheap) as the one I had on at David's. They were not a similar style in any way but the quality of the fabric on my gown is much better. So there's that.
Also the store always seemed busy and kind of chaotic. The sales ladies were always happy to help me but I felt a little pressured when I was looking for a dress.
I did get my accessories here and flower girls dresses. The girls dresses were amazing and since I had older flower girls I was really happy to be able to find dresses going up to size 14 in girls that were beautiful. However, all of them had to have their dress altered and one of my FG's straps broke as soon as she put the dress on the day of the wedding.
Finally I got my shoes and the comb I wore in my hair here. They were wonderful and the staff was great.
GUEST

Going to David's was not in my plans at all. I was here only to do my bridesmaid dresses. But I seen so many dresses that I liked I had to try some on. The coordinator was very polite and helped me to try on all the dresses that I wanted. I fell in love with one dress that was about $300 cheaper than the dress I already had picked out somewhere else. When it came down to two days before the wedding I had lost a significant amount of weight by accident and my dress did not fit. I had to do a rush alteration and the staff in that department was wonderful. My dress was ready on time and fit perfectly. I highly recommend this location for whatever needs you want.
GUEST

I ended up getting my dress from David's, only because i found it on their website and fell in love. Nothing about this store was appealing. Their staff was always rushing around and pressuring me to buy stuff I didn't need. My consultant was very pushy and kept trying to put veils on my head, when I told her right off that I didn't want a veil. She also kept pulling dresses I told her I didn't like and kept insisting I try them on until my mom had to step in. Really? yes, my mom had to tell her to back off. Then we get to the alterations. Yes, they were expensive, but I told them I wanted the bustle, to be underneath since my dress was very simple and had no beading of anything on it. They proceeded to sew buttons and loops all over the back of the dress making the back of my dress look awful. I then had to repay to have them change it to what I asked for in the first place. I was angry, so they didn't change me full price, but they would've if they could. I would recommend going to a different David's if you want a dress from their company. They do have a lot of nice dresses designed by Vera Wang now that are less expensive than the real Vera Wang, but just as lovely.
GUEST

I loved Davids Bridal. I thought alterations were a bit expensive, but the dress was reasonably priced.
GUEST

Can't beat the price. alterations are spendy
GUEST

I bought my wedding dress and two bridesmaid dressed from DB. All came in on time (if not early) and in the correct sizes. I got my dress on sale for $150 which was a great deal! I had my dress altered there, and the alterations were done correctly and on time. It may had been more expensive to do it there vs. a tailor, however convienece was important to me. Everything went very well.
GUEST

Found my dress on clearance the first day in. Sales person was very nice. Two days later the discontinued my bridesmaids dresses. They all had to buy from other stores that still had their sizes, and pay shipping. That sucked. My mom got her mother of the bride dress there, and the seams were all uneven and there were strings pulling out everywhere. We had to buy that dress though because that one too was being discontinued.
GUEST

David's Bridal was ok. We got the bridesmaids dresses there because they are located all over the country. It was difficult to get anyone to help us, until after we had picked out all the dresses to try on. Then they would only take the brides information and contacted me when the girl's dresses were in, instead of contacting the bridesmaids. The staff was busy and not terribly helpful.
GUEST

I checked the website before I went to the store so I knew exactly what dresses I wanted to try on. Although the dress was perfect and priced just right the help was not very good. The girl that was helping me was helping two other ladies and she couldn't manage her time well. I saw her for maybe ten minutes the whole time I was there and I'm thankful my best friend was there to do her job for her! I would make sure you make an appointment ahead of time and make it on their less busy days, like during the week!
GUEST

my dress was only 299 and i would have paid triple for it. it was simple so we added a purple sash and a broach! everyone loved the dress. Everything with the dress went very smoothly.
GUEST

Although a great selection, had issues with many of my alterations of bridesmaids dresses and flower girl dresses.
GUEST

They have a great selection! The only thing I did not like is that they were very busy but did not have enough people working at the store!! I had to wait for two hours even with an appointment!
GUEST

I worked with the David's Bridal in St. Peter's only because the location in Fenton I've had issues with the staff being unfriendly in the past. The staff was great, usually friendly and helped out wherever needed. We purchased the girls dresses here and they turned out fantastic for the wedding. I would recommend David's Bridal if you are looking for an inexpensive (by wedding terms) way to get your maids dresses.
GUEST

I would not recommend anyone to go to David's Bridal! They made appointments and couldn't work with their time frames in a manner that would fit the needs of their clients. I sat waiting for someone to work with me for a half an hour before I was seen and they gave me paperwork to do before I was shown a dress. I had ideas of what I wanted, even though ultimately I didn't walk out of there with the dress I was originally looking at. My consultant was not pushy, but her manager was and when I needed to change the dresses of the bride's maids around, they didn't want to work with us. My groom had to come to the place and change the dresses around and argue with them because they got the ribbons/sashes wrong. They told my girls the wrong color and would not return the money owed to them when they had purchased the first dress to only find out that the dress had been changed due to the fact that it didn't look right on someone of a different size than the first girl. When I went for alterations for my dress, the supervisor of alterations was trying to get me to have my dress hemmed when it didn't need it. That was a $120 cost itself! I did all the other alterations first then made sure I didn't need the hem. I didn't. My seemstress knew what she was doing! Even though I had so much trouble with the vendor itself, I did have a very elegant dress to wear and my girls looked very together in theirs! I was pleased with the product, but I do feel I could have found a dress just as beautiful, if not the same dress, somewhere else!
GUEST

I really enjoyed the selection of dresses available, but you get what you pay for. The quality for the price wasn't that great. The $400 dresses looked/felt like $200 dresses. I happened to get a $1250 dress that was discontinued for less than $500 and the quality is that of a $1250 dress. My first consultant wasn't friendly, didn't help me find what I was looking for and was honestly slightly creepy. I changed consultants and got a much better response. When I went to make my appointment for my fittings they were very reluctant to schedule me for a weekend even though I lived 4 hours away at the time and could only make an appointment on the weekend.
GUEST

David's Bridal is OK. I had a beautiful dress for the wedding and I guess that's what counts. When I first went in to pick out the dress I had an appt. and they were paying more attention to walk ins than to me. Also it was a pain in the butt trying to get the dress steamed.
GUEST

We found my dress and my 2 bridesmaids dresses there. They were wonderful and very helpfull. The dresses came in on time and fit like a glove. Beautiful!
GUEST

Great service, and good timing. They were willing to work with me to press my dress during a busy time, and they also exchanged one of my bridesmaids dresses in record time. Good deal for your money.
GUEST

I purchased my faux fur cape and faux fur hand muff for my winter wedding. I could not find another vendor whole had these items at this great price. Both looked fabulous!!
GUEST

They messed up my dress fitting. The took my dress in way to much so it did not fit. Then wanted to charge me to fix there mistake. I ended up getting my dress back a week before the wedding. I would never use them again.
GUEST

They did a great job with helping me find a dress and also help me with the last minute alterations for my wedding party.
GUEST

Had a horrible time with David's Bridal! First they told all my bridesmaids to get shoes that I never said they had to get, then they ordered the wrong size dress for one of my girls and made her travel to find the right size and pay extra for it, were horrible about helping me get my dress steamed.
GUEST

I didn't have the problems other girls had, maybe because I just knew what to expect based on other's reviews. I knew that the sales people are on commission, so I just let them sell to me. Then I just picked what I wanted anyway!!!! It was fine, and they were as expected. If you want luxury, though, I don't recommend because it is sort of like what you see on the news out East when Filene's basement has a sale LOL dresses everywhere and a little chaotic. So what, I got a good dress for the right price and everything was fine. I also loved my veil and accessories.

I had looked around online before I went into the store so I knew the exact dress that I wanted before I even got to the store. They even had the color I wanted in the store. The dress needed to be altered before I could take it home. Between the time I found the dress and the time I got it home I only had to wait a few weeks!
GUEST

My dress was amazing....don't' get me wrong there. I think it was a bit overpriced, however the girls at Davids Bridal were very attentive and pleasant.
GUEST

Everything was average. No good or bad things to say. I got an average dress for an average price..
GUEST

I visited David's Bridal when originally shopping for wedding gowns. I was not approached the first time I visited, but after registering with them as a bride, they were very attentive to my needs.
I found "my dress" at David's Bridal the moment I pulled into their parking lot, the second time I visited. I fell in love with this slim, mermaid style dress that the manequin was wearing. I asked to try it on, and just knew it was the one. It was simple but ornate, and very much flattered my figure. I was so excited and knew it was "the one", that I just went ahead and purchased it without the help of my mother or my bridesmaids!
I would recommend them, but be weary that most of their gowns are mass produced... so if you want something special and uniquely yours, they might not be your best bet. They have several "couture" gowns that aren't as common and more ornate. They have lots of accessories including jewelry, white gloves, garters, toasting flutes, veils and headpieces, and shoes and purses.
I would definately recommend them for the price.
GUEST

Great dress. High cost on bridesmaid dresses. High cost of fitting, could fit somewhere local for cheaper.
GUEST

I bought a jacket to wear over my dress from David's Bridal.
Since I was not interested in buying a dress from them (I had already purchased my dress from another vendor), the consultants were not entirely friendly and tended to ignore me slightly. However, I was very happy with the jacket, and glad I went to David's.
GUEST

make sure you have a nice salesperson, the first woman i had would not help me what so ever so i left and came back another day and worked wiht another woman who much more professional
GUEST

I bought my wedding dress at David's Bridal. I was happy with the service I got regarding that, but the sales people sort of swarm you to get you to buy everything there. I received several calls on my cell phone about ordering bridesmaids dresses there - when I already told them an order had been placed elsewhere.
GUEST

David's Bridal was a great place to buy a wedding dress because they had all the dresses in all the sizes. It is much easier to picture yourself in the dress on your wedding day if the dress is not 10 sizes too big. I also liked how organized the store was. You walk in and everything is in its place and neatly arranged. The bridesmaid dresses are very easy to look through. The dressing rooms with the large mirrors directly outside made it easy to see the whole dress- front and back.
I did have trouble with one sales person who told me my idea was the stupidest thing she had had ever heard. I also found it hard on busy days. I asked for a new consultant and one time when I went she was so overbooked that we only had one dressing room for four bridesmaids and myself. She was also too busy to help us select and purchase our dresses.
Everything else went well. I lost a sash for one of the bridesmaid dresses and they replaces it quickly and at no charge. You can't complain about that!!
GUEST

I got a beautiful dress for a great price, but they didn't do much to make you feel special. The feel in the store was all business, and we felt like we were in the way. I guess to get the "princess" treatment, you would have to go to a specialty boutique and then have to deal with a hefty price tag. We had no probelms with any of the dresses or alterations, but the customer service wasn't much to brag about.
GUEST

Good selection of dresses, and wonderful prices. All of my girls felt comfortable and they were super nice.
GUEST

They get very upset if you don't have an appointment (which is ridiculous b/c they have plenty of dressing rooms and were never full...and I got married in the busiest month of the year). Their return policy is null and void. They told me they were discontinuing my color, so my bridesmaids bought their dresses 8 months in advance and they decided not to get rid of the color.
GUEST

My dress was gorgeous. Everyone loved it. My bridesmaids looked perfect in the clover dresses. Thank you so much!
GUEST

I got my wedding dress from David's Bridal... on the $99 sale rack. It needed cleaning and repairing (the bead details were falling off of the straps and on parts of the skirt) and David's Bridal cleaned and repaired the dress absolutely free.
The service and the cost were the best parts about this vendor.
They did not, however, tell me they would sell my contact information to advertisers when they got my name and phone number from me. This was very rude and invasive of my privacy. I did not appreciate vendors calling my cell phone in the middle of class telling me I had won a "free" honeymoon (it was not really free).
I was happy with most things that happened leading up to my wedding, loved the dresses and alterations, but did not appreciate the spam.

I love David's Bridal!!! They were so helpful in picking out my dress. I wanted it all to look perfect but not nessicarily matchy matchy. They helped me find a red purse to go with my dress. They found perfect bridesmaid jewelry for me. THEY ROCK!!!!
GUEST

I was extremely happy with them. Their service was exemplary, they went out of their way to please me and were very polite. The selection in the store is outstanding. The only problem with this is that I so many dresses and accessories to choose from, that I had a hard time making a decision! They have very reasonable prices for their extremely high quality items. I would recommend them to everyone.
GUEST

They were very helpful and attentive to my needs.
GUEST

I did find alot of women at david's bridal that were very helpful and nice. Of course the sales lady I got was very pushie and talked me into things I really didn't need for the wedding.
GUEST

I was getting married in three months and they were annoyed that their schedule would be rushed. They made me feel a little more worried about my wedding than I was when I walked in. Once they got over it, they were very helpful to get everything taken care of before the wedding date.
GUEST

They seemed rushed to make the sale. I did get my dress for a good price, and I loved it. But the alterations department was rude and unaccomidating as well as expensive!
GUEST

the dress was very pretty but they didn't want to give us the 99 dollar sale
GUEST

I was not very happy with David's Bridal. When I went for the first time I went with my sister dresses in jeans and t-shirts on a Sunday afternoon to look for dresses for my bridesmaids and I was completely ignored. After 45 minutes of looking and having associates just walk by us we finally had to ask for help and they all said they were busy so we left. My mother insisted we go back to look at wedding dresses and it was complete day and night. Everyone was very nice and friendly during the day. I had a problem getting my dresses mended as well.
GUEST

There was no Davids in Columbia at the time of our wedding so I used the St. Peter's location. I had a horrible experience with David's Bridal. They almost ruined my wedding. My dress was ordered in the size recommended by the consultant (size 14). When it arrived, even though I had lost 5 pounds by the time I had it fitted, it needed to be taken out where there were no seam allowances. So a new last minute dress had to be ordered and because the seamstress had so many changes to make, I ended up spending twice the amount of my dress. My finall dress was a size 22! It was taken in but still did not fit as I had expected.
GUEST

Some of the workers are not friendly. But i did love my dress!
GUEST

Davids bridal was my first choice but I did not purchase from them. It was too commercial and the service was not personal enough for such a big event.
GUEST

I had trouble getting anyone who could sit down with my huge bridal party and spend enough time to coordinate all of us.
