Kristina C. was so attentive. She really listened to what I was looking for. I felt so special and beautiful. Can't wait to wear my dress!

My sales associate Paola was amazing and it was her choice I ended up picking for my wedding dress. I was very amendment about the changes I wanted done to the dress, and was promised it could be done. I went in for my first fitting with plenty of time, when I returned to "pick up the dress" it was not changed how I wanted at all and then told that the changes I wanted were too difficult. After several visits I finally picked up my dress and I was able to have it how i wanted. But I would think twice about using their alterations department.

My bridal consultant, Jasmine, was wonderful! She was very sweet and friendly. She worked to hard to find me the perfect dress and made sure I tried on all different styles so I would know exactly what I wanted. She always followed-up to make sure everything was fine. The whole process was great!

My wedding dress was BEAUTIFUL. Perfect service. I love my dress. Thank you David's Bridal :)

I wasn't feeling the best when I went to try on wedding dresses, my bridal consultant was Delia and she was great. I showed her the styles I had in mind and she brought them to me. The dress I ended up picking I would of never picked myself. It fit me like a glove and I didn't need to have it altered except to add the pickup. Ask for Delia!!

Great dress and price. Not so great service. More interested in sale instead of helping you feel beautiful on the most important moments of your life. But the dress was amazing and the alterations lady was a true gem.

We actually used the store in Mobile, Alabama, but we had an excellent experience! The people were very helpful, not too pushy at all and were great when I needed to come back a few times before I made my final purchase. We also bought our bridesmaids and flower girl dresses in which they were very helpful.
GUEST

Had trouble with alterations but after the 3rd time they made it right.

Great experience overall. I was wary of going to such a large chain but the service was great and I ended up buying a dress I never thought would look good on me but the sales lady recommended it based on the styles she noticed I leaned towards.

Very helpful, professional and attentive!
Lots of choices and great selecction for all budgets and styles

I went in two different occasions. The first one for my dress, and the second one for my bridesmaids and flower girls dresses. Both times I was taken care of by an outstanding crew. Giving me tips back and forth, and having lots of patience since I'm really picky and it was hard for me to choose fast.
GUEST

GREAT value for my dress but the guy Robert was an idiot. He had me fill out the book but only pulled one dress I wanted. The girl next to me was getting all the dresses so I had to say everything she tries on just give to me.

I got my dress at David's Bridal and also all of my bridesmaids did as well. (5 girls) The reason I give such a low score is because when my girls went to get their dresses we had a sales woman that was not helpful at all. Someone else had to step in as I was running around trying to find dresses for my girls. Then when the girls dresses came in 2 of them were out of town and the store kept calling them to pick up their dresses. To the point that it was harrassing. Then they started to email and call me to pick up their dresses. It was really annoying. Then the dresses came in the wrong size because the first horrible sales lady order the wrong size for 2 of my bridesmaids. I loved the dresses but hated the customer service. Make sure if you go there you get a good sales person.

I had a great experience at this David's Bridal. The manager took such great care of me, and every time I came back she remembered me and made sure everything was going great. All of my family lives out of town, so I did the whole gown buying buy myself, and the manager made me feel great, like she was one of my family members, there to support me. Thanks so much!

I bought my wedding dress at David's Bridal. I found the dress of my dreams and would not change a thing about it! The service and responsiveness was great. There were a few times that I needed to exchange my shoes for a different style, and my veil for a longer length and they were very accommodating. Overall, very pleased with my experience at David's Bridal.

I was a bride on a budget, but I knew I wanted a dress that was beautiful, unique, and timeless. Therefore, I headed to David;s Bridal because it was the smartest choice for what I wanted. I came with one dress in mind, and to my luck, there was one left, in my size, and 50% off. I can't get over how beautiful the dress is, how flowy, how unique, and with such a quality at a price you can't beat. Robert, the associate who helped me really went out of his way to please me, and the ladies in the alterations department were dolls.

Kayla Ballard was the girl in Ft Myers Fl who helped with my fitting and did a fabulous job finding the right dress for me! I was in LOVE!
GUEST

I purchased my dress through Davids Bridal as I had a destination wedding, I didn't want to fork over thousands of dollars. The dress that I choose, I loved and honestly, you can't beat the price. The team was a bit unprofessional when it came to selecting the dress- I didn't feel as if I was the representatives #1 priority as she was helping another bride to be at the same time. With such a nerve racking decision to make, it would have been nice for some more personalized attention. Overall, however, the price is right and their selection is quite large.

Everyone at Davids Bridal was so helpful and nice. I bought my dress on the first day 8 months before my wedding. I went for my fitting and they made me feel like I was the only bride in the store. They helped me carry my dress and all to the car after my final fitting. There was no stress with the dress or the alterations. My dress was perfect.

I am writing this review mostly for the Davids Bridal Hialeah Store. The first time I went to look for my dress I went to the Hialeah store, they bluntly and in a very rude way told me that they simply did not carry the dresses I was interested on which were displayed on their catalog and even at the store and I should go to the Coral Gables store. I really didn't feel like arguing and ruining that special day so after I detected such a tone and notice that the girls just simply were too tired to work I decided to go. We left and went to the Coral Gables store where they were somewhat nicer.... one of the girls in the front was also very rude but another one came in and helped me, she showed me a few dresses but told me they didn't have the stores on site and that they needed to order them so I left.... a week after that my mom convinced me to go back to the Hialeah store to see what happened...( I reaallly liked some of the dresses on the catalog and there's no denial in that they do have good prices compared to other boutiques....) That day we explained our situation to the manager and she called a lady that was very nice to us, she helped us pick the dress was very nice and understating and in general the day was a success we left that day with my dress!Everybody at the store was astonished at how I looked with the dress there was nothing but compliments from these people so that helped even more to make our decision... But the day of the first fitting when my dress arrived to the store... we had to order it because the tailor said she though it was the best idea there were minor adjustments to be made just a little detail on the top part... well... the day of the fitting for which we had an appointment they made us wait for about 45 minutes, then the lady was so busy she was dealing with like 2 or 3 other people at the same time, when she saw my dress there was nothing but complains that it was too heavy that the fabric was horrible to work with then not only she had to fix the top of the dress but many other things which added up to almost 200 dollars. At this point I even felt like returning the dress and going to another store, the thing is I was a month away from my wedding and they have a policy of no returns!! We left the store in such a bad shape after all the comments and things they said that we were very frustrated.... I totally advice people that if they decide to buy their dress at Davids that they go prepared. We felt like they tried so hard to sell us that dress and then as always when it came to them really working they gave us the worse treatment I think Davids Bridal needs to do something about their management and specially employees. The people that go there are brides!!! We are looking for a special dress for the most special day in our lives we don't need rude people trying to put us down on that special day or make things harder when a wedding is stressful enough! I loved my dress but after that second fitting I started to regret it a little bit specially after all the comments and they way they treated me at both stores! That just shows you go with your instinct and the frist time they give you an attitude seriously consider going somewhere else... at the end I could have gotten a better experience for little more than what I ended up paying at Davids Bridal...I am not the first and only bride to go through this at these stores... I know many other friends that have gotten their dress there and have gone through the same thing... really really a bad review for this one... I really hope the CEO or someone with authority does something about their employees because I believe this gives the store a really bad reputation and it is really a shame...

I used this location for a travel steam only on my dress after traveling into the state for our wedding. I made the appointment a few weeks in advance, never a mention of being charged. I was told by the store in Georgia where I bought the dress that it would be done at no charge as it just needed a refresh from traveling. The store in Coral Gables wanted to charge me since my dress had already been steamed once. After going back and forth about the reasoning, they waived the fee and steamed the dress again.

My future in laws took me to Davids' Bridal - I should have known this was a bad idea! They stipulated a price range to the sales lady in charge of helping me try on dresses. I tried on about ten dresses; none of which I particularly liked. The sales lady kept telling me that a lot of brides buy a dress on the day they try them on. I asked her how much alterations cost, but she refused to say, telling me "don't worry about it". Everyone was ringing a bell (it seems to be a tradition at Davids' Bridal - ring the bell when you find a dress). I felt pressure from the in laws - they wanted me to just pick a dress so they could go to lunch. Then the sales lady told me that if I bought the dress now, I would get in 15 weeks - just in time for the wedding. I panicked and bought a dress. As soon as she swiped the card, she smiled and said that the dress would be arriving in 2 weeks. No refunds or exchanges. I could have killed her! I remember walking out the door, looking longingly at a beautiful Oleg Cassini that would never be mine. In tears, I told my mother what had transpired and she wanted to go with me to see the dress I had bought. So the next day, we went to Davids' Bridal, where an exasperated sales lady told us, "It's Sunday! I'll see what I can do!" (apparently Sunday is a busy day for them). So I tried on the dress I'd picked out and my mother looked like she'd eaten a lemon. Next I tried on that gorgeous Oleg Cassini dress for her and she had tears welling up in her eyes. She later told me the whole room was staring at me (I think time just stopped for her lol). Anyway, she ended up haggling with the sales lady ("No refunds or exchanges! What about upgrades!?") and she paid the difference for the new dress. I ended up going from a $500 dress to a $1,200 dress. Of course, again, Davids' Bridal had to employ more sales tactics. The sales lady had me trying on veils, and somehow my mother got the impression that a veil was included with the dress. I insisted that it was not; but the sales lady said, "Yes, you get a veil with the dress". Well, it rang up at $80 at the register, but once you get the receipt, it's "no refunds or exchanges". I would not recommend going to this store as they take advantage of your situation. But, if you insist, I recommend any bride to be cautious and employ the following:
1. Do NOT go with your in laws. I don't care how nice you think they are.
2. Insist that the sales lady look up the lead time for the dress that you are interested in before purchasing it. Have her print it out for you.
3. Keep in mind that you will pay at least $800 for a decent dress. Those dresses they advertise for $99? They are nighties - probably best worn on the honeymoon.
4. Expect everything they offer to be at a cost. There are no freebies.
5. DON'T do your alterations at David's Bridal. They cost twice as much as a reputable tailor and I have heard horror stories from multiple people - apparently the David's Bridal tailors have butchered many a dress. I took mine to a tailor/dry cleaner recommended by a friend and my dress was hemmed, taken in, and bustled perfectly.
6. DO NOT BUY A DRESS ON YOUR FIRST DAY. SLEEP ON IT. Remember, there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. However, they will make upgrades.
7. The sales ladies are there to make commissions. They are not your friends. Do not ask for their advice or opinions. TAKE ALONG A FRIEND OR TRUSTED FAMILY MEMBER (your future in laws are not your friends and they will never be family members that you want...

Marjory was my sales representative at the store and she was wonderful. I think she said she had been working there for five years. I already had a dress but three weeks till my wedding it didn't fit anymore because I had gotten pregnant. She was able to get me into a dress that was not maternity and I did not show at all. They even allowed me to alter it a week before if needed. My dress was gorgeous and comfortable!

Bought my wedding dress in December 2011. The managers that were working that day were so-so. They were catty with each other. As a customer, you can sense that. My sister asked someone where the bathroom was, but before my sister could finish her sentence she said she was on her break in a cold manner. They don't let you return anything so make sure you are getting what you want - including accessories. However, I really liked their alterations department who were very kind and did a fabulous job. I did have an associate named Indiana who was fabulous, when I came back for the bridesmaid dress. I also got my dress at a great price, and the alterations were not expensive.

My experiences working with the David's Bridal in Coral Gables were very positive, even though I ultimately did not get my own wedding dress there. When I first came into the store, the sales associates were very helpful and attentive with helping me try on wedding dresses. Although I tried on a few nice dresses, I felt that they were somewhat see-through and too lightweight for the price. I eventually bought a dress in my hometown where wedding vendors are much more affordable than in Miami. I did, however, use David's Bridal for my bridesmaids' dresses. They were able to deliver dresses to my bridesmaids very quickly. One of my bridesmaids changed sizes and had to exchange her dress the week of the wedding, which they were able to do for her. Overall, I would highly recommend David's Bridal for bridesmaid dresses and bridal accessories.

The only good thing that came out of this place was my dress... When I received my dress it was dirty, it had a bunch of foot prints on it. I spoke to the manager and she told me they were not liable. They ordered the wrong size dress(Wayyyyyy too big). The dress looked like it was orignially two dressed that they stuck together. I got to rush to get it fixed and it was basically reconstructed. I know Davids Bridal is a big name in wedding dresses/parties but, I presonally would not recommend.

Believe it or not, I found that trying on and purchasing my dress at Davids Bridal was a great choice!! Their selections of dresses is great! I found something that I feel is a timeless and classic piece at just the PERFECT price and within my budget. The girl that helped me was very friendly and patient with me too! The alterations staff was very sweet and did a very good job. The only negative thing would be the multiple phone calls after your purchase, but over all it was a good choice to go there.

Davids bridal the best place to find your dream dress for your special day.

I used David's Bridal in Puerto Rico, Florida, Texas, and Washington. This company was so flexible that my bridesmaids who happen to live all over the USA were able to go into any store and purchase a dress under my account.
They were super nice in Puerto Rico where I purchased my dress and majority of my wedding...

Great selection of dresses. Only issue I found was that their fittings were on certain days and only limited to those days. Made it hard for some of my bridal party members.
GUEST

Beautiful, classic and simple...I am happy with the results. Affordable prices and high quality.

I loved every moment of planning and having my wedding, and shopping for a dress was NO exception.
Loved the service...love my dress...and will be trashing it after my 'at home'...

Wonderful managers....Lisa is the greatest help me every step of the way. Very flixible and very much good value. Found the perfect Oleg Cassini dress and they altered perfectly. Very happy with purchase and service.

After looking online I went to David's bridal with a number of dresses I wanted to try on. I really liked one of the dresses that I picked out, but the attendant who had gotten an idea of what I might like suggested a different dress that I absolutely LOVED. The dress was though it was made for me. I am soo happy for the suggestion.
GUEST

The staff worked with me with a problem I had with a brides maid. The cost of the dress was good but the altrations was very high. I didnt like that once you gave them the names of the wedding party they call you like every month even after I had told them I found a dress for my flowergirl. Check out Target for there easter dresses I got a beautiful white dress for my flower girl for only $20.00.

Haven't purchased but everything I need is right there, at David's Bridal. I am excited to see what else I will find there that I need.
GUEST

The staff wasn't the most helpful; I had the manager step in to assist me. However, the dress came in quickly and was perfect. The alteration department did a great job also.
GUEST

I found the dress I wanted right away. Sales associate was a bit pushy, but that's alright- she helped convince me to get it right then and there (no regrets about that, actually thankful I didn't have to waste time looking around).
The reason I gave a lower rating is that when it came time to get the bridesmaids dresses, it became a total nightmare. There were a couple associates there that had major attitude problems. Seriously, they made me really angry because they were just so rude to my friends. They gave them a hard time about their dress sizes, had attitude when we asked for other styles, was rude when we were about to pay- just horrible! Finally, we ended up having to work with another lady, I think she was a manager and it became much better.
My advice is that (which seems obvious) if you get one that gives you attitude, just ask for another associate (manager, if possible). There's no reason why you have to put up with that when this experience should be a little more pleasant (planning or being a part of a wedding is stressful enough).

I loved my dress from davids bridal in coral gables, fl. I traveled from the Bahamas in search of my wedding dress. I had intentions of trying on as many styles and dresses possible, but I never got that far.Davids Bridal was the first and last stop for me, all other stores seemed in no comparison to what I had fallen in love with.I chose a dress from Oleg Cassini, it was a full white ball gown with a 3 D floral design with tulle over silk gown.It was love at first sight.Every one at the wedding just loved it.It was flawless.

Fast service! Great Staff in the Coral Gables store! Thanks for all your help!
GUEST

The staff was very friendly. They made sure that when my bridesmaids received their items, I also got a call in case my BM's were slacking. The consultants were professional. They provided their honest opinion when I asked for it. They really did make me feel great when I finally made my pick. Basically I didnt feel like they were just trying to sell the dress. they heard my comments and brought stuff they thought I liked even though I didnt requested (after they asked if they could). I'm glad I bought my dress here. And of course, great selection for my budget. Just give yourself plenty of time to order things so you are not paying rush fees, including alterations and shoes. Oh and dying my wedding shoes here is super affordable and I'm glad I did it! And surprisingly their jewelry are great prices. You can probably find better prices for BM hair accessories online if you dig enough.

Horrible Customer Service!!!! i would not recommend them over priced alterations and very unprofessional.
GUEST

The staff was extremely helpful and kind to me. They were punctual and professional. Everyone loved my dress and were amazed at how inexpenssive it was.
GUEST

I love my dress, and they did a great job with all the alterations. But they did order my dress smaller than I asked them to, therefore costing me in alterations.
GUEST

I absolutely LOVED my dress. It was simple yet stunning! I had an outdoor wedding and it was perfect for the type of wedding. The best part was that it was less than $400. Everyone kept asking me where i got it! The service was good, not excellent but nothing to complain about either. It's a chain retail store so you dont get the same personalized attention you would get at a boutique but i got exactly what i needed from them. They also did the alterations to my dress and they came out perfect.
GUEST

I bought my wedding gown from David's Bridal and was assisted by Maria. She was extremely helpful and let me try as many dresses as I wanted until we found the perfect one. She had a smile on her face the entire time and I could tell she really enjoys her job. Dresses here are also a lot more affordable and immediately available since they carry every size in almost every style. Highly recommended if you are on a time constraint and budget.

I had an amazing experience. The consultant was helpful and very nice. It was an amazing part of the wedding planning process. And I found the most beautiful dress that my fiancee is going to love!
GUEST

I purchased my gown at the David's Bridal in Coral Gables. The service was not great at all. I was undecided on which to choose & my bridesmaids were picking thier dresses as well & the rep helping us was frustrated with out undecidedness. I ended up going to the Davdi's in Hialeah to complete my alterations & they were great! Could not have been more helpful!
GUEST

I was treated by everyone in a professional manner. Purchased wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses from them. Would recommend.
GUEST

They were very helpful and I found my dream gown immediately. It was the third dress I tried on that day. These ladies are true professionals and thier dresses are beyond beautiful.
GUEST

I loved my experience with David's Bridal... The Coral Gables one is by far the best!! The one in Sunrise is also great but beware of the one in Pembroke Pines... heard bad experiences, and then I experienced it with my bridesmaids...
The dress I got was priced to give away-so cheap that I couldnt believe it!! the quality was amazing and it came much earlier than they predicted which was a great surprise:)
Rachel in Coral Gables is a doll and worked with me and my sister for her wedding!!

Forgot my appointment, made me wait too long, but the help was nice. Just wish she'd let me try on the dresses I wanted instead of ones she thought were appropriate for my size.

My girls all looked great!

DO NOT BUY YOUR DRESS HERE! They almost ruined my wedding. I ordered the bridesmaids and maid of honor's dress here as well as the rest of the wedding party. They ordered the wrong dresses for my bridesmaids and ended up giving them the same dress as the maid of honor 2 weeks before the wedding. There was no time for alterations and they did not even offer free alterations. To make things worse, they argued that the bridesmaids changed the dress at the last minute which is a flat out lie. Hardly anyone spoke english in the store and they were more concerened with gossip than with working. When my mom went to pick up her dress they were talking bad about me in front of her saying I was rude and that my bridesmaids were liars. They made me cry, not eat, leave work early, etc. all before my wedding. This was the worst experience. I called corporate and sent emails to which they RUDELY responded that this was not their fault and that everyone speaks english at their stores. The CEO did not even take time to address the email I wrote him he had his secretary contact me. They did not even offer an apology so I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!

My bridesmaid's got their dresses here and they are very pretty. Not the cookie cutter bridesmaids dresses that everyone told me I'd fine Its great for if you have a wedding party from all different places.
GUEST

My bridesmaid dresses were beautiful and inexpensive. My bridesmaids were thrilled to spend less than $135 a dress! The staff at David's was also very friendly. Thank you!

I went to Davids Bridal to try on wedding dresses. I was unsure of if I was going to purchase there but wanted to try on dresses to get an idea of what style I wanted. I was met by great salespeople, they helped pick out dresses that would look good on my body type, as well as let me try on ones that I simply liked. I was there all morning and it was the experience every bride to be dreams about. They had a great waiting area for my bridesmaids and family and got them excited about the process as well! I ended up deciding on the 2nd dress I tried on! They have such a large selection of dresses at their store that any bride should be able to find an affordable dress of their dreams!
GUEST

My dress was FABULOUS! All my guests said I looked smashing and I felt like a million bucks! The ladies at the store were very sweet and helpful.

they only want to sell you what they thing you should have not what you want. They were not very friendly either.
GUEST

I hated working with David's Bridal!!! I made an appointment to look at wedding dresses. They were very busy when I showed up, but I didn't think it would be a big deal b/c I had an appointment. WRONG! They finally assisted me 45 minutes after the scheduled time. The only reason I got attention then was because I started getting pissed off. The lady started helping another girl who had just walked in and didn't even have an appointment and finally I said something. The lady pulling dresses for me didn't pay any attention to what I was looking for. When I went in with my bridesmaids it was equally frustrating. I ended up getting a dress from somewhere else b/c I was not giving them any more of my money. Maggie Sottero dresses are the way to go!

I loved Davids Bridal. They had exactly what i was looking for at a great price! They also have tons of bridesmaids gowns in every color!

I went to Davids Bridals website right after I got engaged, and thought Im just going to take a look at the dresses.Little did I know Davids Bridal isnt only dresses,Its anywhere from dresses to invitations. I was on the website over 2 hours, just looking at all the things that they had. What really caught my eye was the peronalize your wedding! You make your whole bridal party with exactly the colors you want and hair, along with shoes and jewlery. I re did it alot, but I found out everything I wanted to wear and look like without having to put anything on.I give the website a thumbs up.It was a great help and Filled with great ideas!

Hello I will be married june 27 this year. I was online at davids bridal. I saw the most beautiful dress! Made an appointment, tried it on, fell inlove! The staff there was wonderful. My lady who helped was not pushy at all. Her name is Anna. she let me try on what I wanted. She was fabulous. So I highly recomend them. I will be buying bridesmaid dresses there as well. She helped find the perfect veil, headpiece, and shoes! Kudos to davids Bridal!

the first time i went to davids bridal the girl that was helping me was very rude would ask me what kind of dress i was looking for than tell me ok ill be right back .. i waited 20 mins she never came back so i got ready to leave she comes back and says is there anything else you would like to look at i said no. my sister and mother went to the davids bridal in el paso and were treated worse so i guess i should be lucky ..so i waited a few days and was lucky that same girl wasnt there another one was and she was so sweet so we chatted and she was so nice but i didnt find a dress there that i wanted but i wasnt the only one who wa treated rudely the girl in the next room trying on dresses told us the last time she was there they were rude to her to

My first visit to David's bridal was the best visit I have had so far. I had a consultant just for me and she was so helpful! She let me took my time and was really so great! She even remembered me when I called later in the week! I went back and my girl was on vacation so I had another girl who was very nice but not nearly as helpful. I ended up having to put the dresses on myself and zip myself. The store was less crowded so I couldn't figure out why the service wasn't even better.
GUEST

Like everyone else mentioned, it was a circus on the weekends. I went during the week and it wasn't so bad. It is definitely a good price, compared to all of the other dress shops on Miracle Mile. I had a couple of different people assisting but when it came time to buy THE dress, Maria was really helpful and even sent me a note afterwards - really sweet. The seamstress was ok, she ended up putting 9 [yes nine] holes to hang the bustle on 3 buttons. I needed an instruction manual. But all in all, it was great for what I needed..you get what you pay for! I ended up returning a tiara I bought and managed to get shoes, and two hair pieces..so maybe shop around for accessories.
GUEST

We had a destination wedding. The bridemaids and maid of honor lived in different states. David's Bridal made it easy for all of us. I selected the dresses in Florida. The information was saved on the computer. Everyone ordered their dresses. The bridal party looked stunning!

I found my wedding gown here. I looked at several stores with no success. But friends of mine told me that you will know when you have found the right dress when you put it on. That happened at Davids Bridal. The staff here was very nice and helpfull. I love my dress! They had great prices too.

LOVED MY DRESS AND EVERY GIRL WORKING AT DAVID'S. THEY REALLY ARE THE BEST!!
GUEST

I have to say you can't go wrong with David's Bridal. They have good prices and they are some what great when you have brides not in your city. They only problem I had with them is that I had all my girls come to miami to get fitted only to find out when they put their information in the system, the system is only for the system here in Miami. So my cousin in Tampa had to get fitted all over again and call me to find out what they are suppose to be wearing. I would like they should have a system that it doesn't matter what city or state you are in, they should be able to share all that information. But besides that problem, they were good. I didn't really care for the seam stress, I had a lot of problems with that.

They have been extremely helpful in helping me decide what colors and what dresses my bridesmaids should wear. They keep track of what my bridesmaids like and don't like, what I like and don't like, and keep me updated when new styles arrive.
GUEST

I had a good experience at David's Bridal. My consultant Maria was always very nice and went out of her
way to solve any issues i had.
The invitations I ordered online from them were beautiful.

they have the best as i said before. the mens tux's matched the bridesmaids and flower girls perfectly.

I was very happy with my experience at David's Bridal. My consultant was very knowledgeable on their merchandise and was very helpful in finding dresses for me to try on that were within the parameters of what I was looking for.

I got both of my flower girl dresses there and they looked great and shipped really fast plus there was no need for alterations

I went to a few other bridal shops before and after DB, but this was the most affordable place and the dress that I chose had a LOT of details and was within my budget. Dress shopping for myself was pretty simple, I tried on a bunch of dresses, picked one, bought it, etc.
I felt a little ripped off when I looked back and realized that I probably paid way too much for my veil which was fingertip length, but it wasn't something I gave much thought to. The dress and veil were gorgeous and I used their credit card to be able to pay it off in six months which was helpful. The service at DB is pretty okay, it's definitely not one on one and there are a lot of people in the store if you go on a weekend (I tried to do shopping during the day or afternoons on weekdays to avoid the crowds). I was probably helped by 6 different people by the time I took my dress home, so there's no personalized service in my opinion. And when we went for the BM dresses, the sales person that was assigned to us was probably new and took forever to bring us the different sizes, so I ended up leaving my MOH and BM in the fitting rooms and going back to the rack myself for different dresses. Which, in the end, made us more comfortable, rather than having the other person hovering over you (which I hate anyways, lol).
The only negative (really, really, negative) part was that I had my bustle done at David's and it came off before I even got in the car to go the ceremony! My dress only had a chapel train (but it was pretty heavy due to the beadwork) and the alterations person put in only one pearl button and a 3 string loop to hold it. I felt that it was a crappy job they did, but unfortunately didn't notice it until the wedding day. But, thank goodness, my DOC came to my immediate rescue with safety pins (it took about 5 pins for it to stay up through the night).
Overall, I was happy with the selection (I'm plus-sized) and the cost - but the alteration was poorly done, IMO.

I loved working with the alterations people at David's Bridal. They were very fun and very professional. They bussled my dress and made sure everything was perfect and beautiful for my big day!

I loved my consultant at David's Dottie. She was so wonderful and she knew exactly what she was doing. I initilly didn't want a veil and she was totally fine with that, however when I found the dress that I fell in love with she asked if she could see how a "mantilla" (a spanish style veil) would look on me. I entertained her request knowing that I wasn't going to get it and it turned out to be the best decision ever because it made the most dramatic impact on the entire look. It was beautiful and I have her to thank.

I only spent one day at davids bridal trying on dresses and found the dress that I knew was perfect for me!

They had a large selection of wedding dresses, I wish they offered more weekend alternations time slots.

We had no problems with the bridesmaids dresses everyone who needed something fixed got it done and the people were all very nice about it. They also tried to help with money situations giving us discounts where ever they could.

David's Bridal was a wonderful venue for me, as well as anyone who has people in the wedding that live in other states. I had girls from Texas to Florida who were able to get fitted and get an appropriate dress. David's is very busy and over-whelming on the weekends, however if you schedule a fitting during the week the girls there are very helpful. They know what veils go together with what dresses and how it would look altered. They have great accessories and shoes. The only con is they charged me a third of what my dress cost to alter the dress. A nice thing is that they steam it for free a few days before the wedding. They have numerous styles and surely you will find "the one."

affordable, good quality dresses

The dress was beautiful and they did a great job on the alterations. It was a little expensive but worth it!
GUEST

The prices on Gown's are great , but the flexibility on appointments it's awful.

Loved the dress. Staff was courteous and helpful.

They were great with alterations and my dress was perfect and beautiful and super inexpensive which was the best part! The girls were very nice when I went, the key is to make an appointment during the week so you don't have a rush of brides onthe weekend. Had a great experience and would recommend giving them a shot, you might be surprised at what you find!

i had a great experience with david's bridal. my dress fitter was absolutly sweet and showed my maid of honor how to strap me in my dress. she put me comfortably in all the dresses i wanted to try. the seamstress was sweet but it took a while to explain what i needed fixed till i got it the way i wanted it, but it the end it was perfect.

I found the dress i wanted and I put it on layaway. I sent my husband in to pay the deposit on the dress and the girl that worked their went in and got my dress and showed him it and said is this the one? Well he put the deposit down on the dress not knowing any better. When i called them to complain later that day the assistant manager said they were sorry and they were really busy. The lady refused to return my deposit as I no longer wanted that dress becuase he had seen it. I instead called back and talked to a manager who was way mroe understanding and left it up to me what i wanted to do. I searched and found another dress i wanted a lot more but could not afford it. So i settled for a 2rd dress instead. After talking with my husband about it he said they were not busy at all and infact that assistant manager was standing chatting with other associates and he only saw 1 customer in the store other then himself. I didnt appreciate being lied to and i was not and still am not happey with that Davids Bridal with how i was my privacy for the dress was completely a lack of privacy.

the dress was perfect for what i wanted. it was a beach wedding and i didn't want to spend too much $$ on a dress i would only wear once.

Everything was great except for them not calling and reminding me of my final fitting. When I finally attended my "final" fitting, it was about 2 1/2 weeks before the wedding and the hem was slanted to one side. The alterations attendant pinned it where it needed to be, and we scheduled a FINAL-final fitting for the wednesday before the wedding(the only available time). Went back and the hem was still slanted, they hadn't done a thing! They promised to fix it and told me to come back in one hour. They finally got it right and all was well.

The staff was amazing and patient allowed me to take my time. There was no pressure and they called me with reminders but never hasseled me.
GUEST

got my dress really early but they were still able to fit it. Quick turn around on me recieving my altered dress back. The only issue was that they did not do the correct bussell and my heavy train made my buttons pop during the reception and i had to carry it around the rest of the night.

Due to the fact there is no other Bridal shops I had to go here. This is not a really nice experience, they ruch you, are very helpful and think of you as only a sale.
GUEST

Found my dream dress at a very affordable rate! Very happy!

Like everyone else, we got the bridesmaid dresses from David's. It was easy for my bridesmaids to go to their local shop to get their measurements taken and order their dresses. There were no problems and the ladies all looked great. The prices were very good, too.
GUEST

They were extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect dress for my perfect day! and they helped my mother and bridesmaids too!!

I almost felt like a number and not a bride at this venue.
GUEST

They were so helpful with choosinf my dress. I found the perfect one, it fit and sat wonderfully. And was exactly the design I wanted. And to top it off, it only cost 150.00 dollars!! And it didnt have one thing wrong with it, not one thing! And they have a great selection of other supplies, from tiaras, veils, shoes, etc.
Wonderful
GUEST

Overall a pleasant and stress free experience. They have a wide range of selections from very simple to extravagant gowns. I think their prices are great and the service are impeccable. However make sure you made an appointment before you go there. Otherwise they won't let you try on any dresses even when there are plenty rooms available.

Originally I had gone to the David's Bridal in Orange Park. I was searching for Bridesmaids dresses. I found the perfect one and every size but a size 2. So I searched around and the Davids Bridal in Coral Gables had the dress. They were so friendly and helped me out with all the details of getting the dress sent to the Davids Bridal near me. I just want to thank Davids Bridal because without ya'll my bridesmaids would have been naked!
Thanks,
Sarah Harris

The invitations were beautiful, classic and elegant. They were done in time and for a great value. You can design yourself and even proof read. Great choice

Although I really loved my wedding dress and I thought it was a great value for the money, the service from this vendor was extremely poor. Despite the fact that I had appointments, I had to wait every single time I went there and the staff was not as warm and courteous as I would have expected.

I loved my wedding dress. After looking at 5 different places, I found the perfect one for me at David's Bridal. My dress was modern and simple and the price was great!
GUEST

Ok, so this vendor tries to charge you for everything. If you need to make alterations to your dress, they will do it but for 4times the amount a seamstress will charge. I recommend you buy the dress there (because it is a good value for the quality & style) and get the alterations done elsewhere. Make sure you do this 5 months prior to your wedding day. Maintain a regular diet so you don't lose/gain weight otherwise the dress won't fit. If this vendor is too expensive for your budget, I recomment you check out Goodwill or 2nd hand stores. You may find a real nice dress there for cheap ($100) and get it drycleaned for $150. I donated my dress to Goodwill and later I saw it selling for $75. I paid $600 for the dress.

My girls liked their dresses and we had a blast trying them on.
