Davids Bridal

David's has issues. Yes the prices are good and they have several dresses in larger sizes for the brides, but they carry very little of the color accented gowns and they don't have a good size selection to go with the large color selection for the bridesmaids.
They refuse to refund moeny for shoes that were never worn, in an ivory color that is highly sellable. i have seen them not have orders ready the day of a wedding and lose customer information between stores when it is all supposed to be a national database.
If price is your concern, go to David's Bridal, if not, check smaller bridal shops or Alfred Angelo.

I haven't purchased my dress form David's Bridal yet, but I have to give them some good press because they don't get much. I have gone in a couple of times once without an appointment and once with one and felt like the consultant had much better things to do than to help me. However, the last time I went in the consultant was extremely helpful, gave me her full attention, and really helped me explore lots of different styles. They allowed us to take pictures and try on lots of different things like shoes and veils as well. She was very patient with me. It's definitely not a high-end bridal shop, but they are very nice and they have a great selection for a good price.

they can match your wedding colors perfectly with the men's tuxes. they are also very inexpensive, but i would get the shoes from somewhere else because they are very uncomfortable.

They were the best, most professional people we worked with on Tuxes but their prices are fairly steep. Overall I wouldn't fear going with David's at all.

this is the place to go to get a really nice dress at a really good price. my dress was $400.00 it was $1000.00 elsewhere and i would have had to wait and order it. the ladies there are really nice and helpful, they try there best to get what you like (style) so that one doesn't have to try on wedding dresses all day. I was in and out of there in less time than it takes to buy a shirt or pants. my dress was wonderful!

Very helpful staff and great prices. I found my dress and all bridesmaid dresses in 1 4 hour shopping trip! The best part is Yea no Sales tax!

I got my dress at davids bridal. The were very helpful. The lady i had helped me every step of the way. She asked me what i would like & she found it 2 seconds later. She also helped me put the dress on & helped me pick the colors for the bridesmaids.

They had colors to match my wedding colors perfectly!! My MOH will wear juniper and the other girls will wear truffle. Prices of dresses varies, but is very reasonable-especially if purchased on sale!

They were great in helping me find what I needed. My biggest issue was with pricing and the return policy. They sent me a broken tiara (it was not in stock), then tried to fix it instead of just ordering another. The wedding dress was on sale for only $200 (gorgeous, I might add). However, the veil was also $200, and it was a discontinued floor model. They didn't give me any sort of discount or even clean it since being on display. Gross. I bought all of my bridal stuff there, so all in all it was a good experience. I would advise to go there to pick out items, but double check all online venues to make sure you can't get it cheaper first.

My experience was the best. I had to drive from Lynchburg to Roanoke and the service was impecible. The lady who helped me was so helpful and stuck by me the whole way. At least half of the other employees were involved as well. At least giving there opinion and just making you feel really comfortable. They give great package deals and they don't make you feel like they are just after your money.

The dresses are beautiful and the color is perfect. The people were very helpful to my bridesmaids and made everything run smoothly.

I've tried numerous times to find anything worthwhile at Davids but seem to find generic over priced gowns with snobby staff.

I had a great experience shopping at the David's Bridal in Champaign. The people there were very friendly and helpful and the dresses were reasonably priced. I love that the bridesmaid dresses come in many styles of the same color. I would recommend it to anyone.

Instead of spending so much money on the wedding, go cheap and either use money saved on an unforgettable honeymoon or save for a house or another investment. (Especially if you receive monetary gifts. Large sums of money are hard to come by for most people.)

I am not particularly impressed with my experiences at Davids Bridal. I have 5 bridesmaids that I have had purchase their dresses from their store in Ontario, CA. Each time I have gone into the store it felt as if I was wasting their time. Unfortunately, they are the only ones that carry the bridesmaid dress style I liked so we have no other choice but to suffer through it.

I believe the experience could have been much better. I ended up returning my first gown and bridesmaids gowns and going to another location to purchase different dresses and seemed to have a much better experience.

The customer service was excellent. The dresses were very nice. We ran into problems with ordering from different locations. They did not communicate with each other very well.

David's Bridal was very helpful in getting by Trousseau together quickly. We had a change in dates, and I had to do an entire turn-around in my Wedding attire. I went into David's Bridal, and walked out with a beautiful Wedding Trousseau for under $600. They took a bad situation and turned it around to make it a very happy memory. They also worked with me online to get my Daughters bridesmaids), dresses ordered and rushed to be delivered here in Oregon... quite a feat....considering that they live in Las Vegas!! The girls were measured in Vegas... we shopped with Dana from David's Bridal over the phone while being online.. found the Christmas colors I needed and the style of dress for the Bridesmaids in the price range we could afford...Great Vendor!!!

They where over priced and i cannot tell you how many times they messed up my orders or my girls orders or we got wrong sizes it was a nightmare and to top it off the alterations where even more expensive ( i almost paid what i did for the dress) find a mom and pop shop instead of davids!!!!! :(

Whenever I called with any questions I was handed off several times before I finally received an answer. One of the alterations ladies told me that I had gotten "larger" after going in for my final dress fitting. I was frustrated and insulted.

All of the staff at Davids Bridal were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to make my experiance a good and meaningful one!

I was very happy with the help I received and the personal attention! I was not so impressed with the lady who does the alterations.

They were OK... They efinatly had selection. I trie on over 40 dresses in one day, the heaviest weighed 35lbs :) When they were selling to me I was a princess! But when I bought the dress, I was no longer a priority, They pushed back fittings and alterations on me, ANY extra service was over priced, and they accidentally sold my shoes I had ALREDAY bought to someone else. They ordered new ones but it wasn't guarenteed they's be here on time (the shoes made it).

I loved my dress and got a great deal on it. The options for bridesmaids dresses allowed each person to choose the dress that flattered them.

They didnt give me the full treatment I was hoping for, you know being put up on the pedestal in front of all the mirrors. That was a little disappointing but other than that, everything was great. The employees were very quick to find the dress I was looking for when I gave the description and the price was I would say very reasonable.

I had three Bridesmaids and they all looked great in their dresses. I had one large girl and she even looked good in a dress that was knee length and with spegetti straps.

I absolutely love the saleswoman that helped me find my dress. She was so perky and always helpful. I spent 800 on my dress and 200 on my beautiful swarovski crystal tiara and that pictures were amazing!

I found a really cute dress marked down and it was beautiful.

I loved this because I picked the color i wanted and the girls got to pick what dress style they wanted and it matched the guys perfectly. they have a huge selection too.

Wow, this place was great! I went in one hour before they closed the evening before my wedding and got a new dress, veil, and shoes. They were very helpful and patient and did not try to rush me or kick me out even when I stayed after they closed. If it weren't for this place and the wonderful people I would have been stuck with an awfully alterd wedding dress, which I also bought at a david bridal, but went somewhere else to add sleeves and it got ruined. I should have had it done at davids bridal. Oh they also had my dress and veil ironed and ready to go three hours before my wedding.

I loved my dress. It was gorgeous.

Our invitations were beautiful, and we couldn't beat the price. However, we were disappointed to find out that the entire order was not discounted (through the special discount for having purchased my gown at DB); instead, only part of it was. The David's Bridal staff was really helpful the night I went wedding gown shopping. I was the only person in the store, and probably tried on about 25 different dresses before I found "the one". Regardless, the staff was helpful and responsive to my requests/questions.

My dress was beautiful and I loved the bustle job that the seamstress did on my gown, however I also bought my bridesmaid's dresses here and some were sent to the wrong location. My information in the computer was constantly inputed incorrectly making it a big hassle every time I went into the store. It is also quite expensive for small accessories. And the time to order and receive items is quite long.

The woman here was SO pushy! I explained what kind of dress I wanted and she brought in ten dresses of exactly what I didn't want. She tried to make me put them all on, but I finally had to tell her we didn't need her help.
