At our first appointment to look at bridesmaid dresses, it seems the store over-booked for the afternoon and the sales person helping us was also helping a couple of other parties. Unfortunately it got to the point where my mom pulled a couple of dresses for the girls to try on. We found their dresses pretty quickly and mentioned that we could use the rest of the appointment to take a peek at bridal. All of a sudden she was very attentive, however, never bothered to ask if we had a price max so I wound up trying on a dress that I really loved that was twice my budget. Luckily there was one more dress lined up and when I put it on I knew it was my dress.
All other encounters with David's were just fantastic. They were so very friendly, extremely helpful and went way above and beyond to help with any questions or issues that arose. The dress that I bought wound up being too big within a few months of buying it. They assured me I could get a smaller size, however, when I went back to trade it in, the dress had been discontinued. I was amazed when I got a call back letting me know that they were able to track down the last one in my size in the tri-state area and were having it shipped in! How exciting!
While my appointment wasn't the greatest experience all of the other employees that I worked with more than made up for the first experience and I would send any of my friends there for bridal or special...

I started my experience with David's Bridal online, picking out my favorites from the dresses on their website. When I actually went into the store, all I did was try on my already collected list of favorites. It turned out that the FIRST dress I tried on was the one I ended up wearing down the isle. It's a BEAUTIFUL dress! ...a little pricey, not what I really wanted to spend, but in the end I guess it was kind of worth it...

I had a horrible experience picking out my wedding gown. I bought it over a year ago so maybe they have fixed things. The girl I had helping me was new and apparently had no training. She never offered me any under garments and never offered to help me get the dresses on. I had to have my sister help me the entire appointment. It was not the experience I expected and it was kind of sad :( I did find my dress that day so at least there's that... The only reason I would recommend this vendor to others is because usually they are not this bad. My friends and family members have gone to David's Bridal for their wedding gowns and had a good experience. I guess I just got a bad egg.

Good job! Staff was helpful and I got the perfect dress!

While my dress was amazing and work done on my dress was of quality. They were not truthful in the process of ordering my 2nd dress for my after party. I was told it came it white when it actually came in ivory. However, they did allow me to return it and use the funds towards a veil.

Our experience with David's Bridal during dress shopping was great! We had lots of fun, tried on a lot of dresses, and the consultants met our needs and helped me find my dream wedding dress well within my budget. The bridemaids each picked a dress that they loved, too! The consultants were all very helpful! When I did receive my bridal gown, I did notice some snags and missing beads, that my alterations gal fixed. And 2 bridesmaids' dresses ripped right up the seam! We thankfully had a sewing kit handy to sew them up quickly! Although the service was great, the quality was not the greatest.

I found my dress after trying on 5 dresses! They were very helpful and listened to what i was looking for and i took as long as i wanted to decide on my dress. Loved the brdesmaid dresses they have to that are very reasonable priced.

I purchased my dress from David's almost a full year before my wedding. I was told by most places to allow 9-12 months when ordering a bridal gown. After searching many bridal stores and not finding anything that I liked, I decided to go to David's. I was concerned that dresses from David's might look cheaper or be of poor quality but I was surprised to find that in most cases this was not true. I found my dream dress and the sales people were wonderful! They could not have been more supportive and helpful. I could tell they were not interested in selling me the most expensive dress, but the dress that was perfect for me. My dress came in just a week after I ordered it because they didn't have my size in stock the day I was there. I am so happy that I ended up with a dress from David's!

I got my dress and all the girls in my wedding party here. They have a great selection and they are very polite.I would suggest in the future not to try to take care of so many people at once, the girl did leave me and my girls for a long time, and all my girls had to share a fitting room.so we left when we came back another day another girl was right there and we got everything fitted, and ordered.great job
GUEST

I chose David's Bridal because I had 3 out of 6 bridesmaids from out of town. For that reason it was perfert. My dress was beautful and the alterations made it fit me like a glove. I caught two sales on both my jeweral and veil! Although it gets busy, the staff are attentive and helpful.
GUEST

they helped me threw it all even though my family was being a pain they were very discreet ..it was a pleasure shopping for my dress here and with these employers

The only bad thing to this service was that the bag that they sold seperatly from the dress didn't work! The zipper broke as soon as I got home from the store. I was really dissapointed because my fiance saw it :(
Also I used the David's Bridal in Springfield IL, but I didn't see them on the...

I purchased my dress at David's and am very happy with it! It was a little difficult dealing with our sales representative, and the dress and accessories arrived at the same time but had to be picked up on different trips as all were misplaced. Everything else worked out well.
GUEST

I loved my dress and all my girls looked good. My shoes were great I danced all night!
GUEST

Overall I received a great White by Vera Wang dress for an amazing value and could not have been more pleased.
GUEST

The staff here is very helpful! They helped me find the perfect dress within my budget. They were also very helpful with my bridesmaids.

I got my wedding gown for a steal - originally over $300 but I paid $50! Unfortunately that is about the only great thing I can say about them. When I went to find my dress, the sales lady kept putting me in styles SHE thought I would look good in even after I specifically told her that I didn't want anything foo-foo or too blingy. When the mother of the flower girls went in to pick up sashes for the girls' dresses, the staff gave them a hard time and argued with them. Apparently the girl who told me that she would put them in my profile never did, and never actually looked up to see if they had the item in stock (she told me that they regularly carry this color/style sash when in reality they rarely carry it). I'm not sure if all locations treat their customers this way, or if these were just a few poor representatives. They did have nice dresses at decent prices.
GUEST

There is a great selection of dresses, and any not in stock or in size can be ordered. I happened to be lucky and find a dress off the rack that fit perfectly though! I'm very happy with the quality of the dress and the pricing was great. David's Bridal was much more accommodating than other bridal shops, and they also didn't have the snobbish atmosphere other dress shops in the area have. It was a pleasant experience.
GUEST

David's bridal in this location have limited inventory. You need to order every single item you need and wait four month for arrival.
GUEST

The orland park davids bridal is horrible, for lack of a better word, they sucked. They were so rude, they were unhelpful. After trying on 3 dresses they were impatient, and want to put you in dresses that you know the style is not what you are interested in. They need better more profession WOMEN working there and not young immature girls. The dresses are beautiful and cheap but almost not worth the headache from horrible staff.
GUEST

davids bridal was great! they re ordered my dress a a month before my wedding because mine did not fit due to a thyroid condition for no charge!! they made a very stressful time of my life stress free!
GUEST

My consultant was friendly and very helpful. She made me feel like a princess when it came to try on dresses. She never pushed me to try on anything I didn't want to. I was very satisified with my experience at David's Bridal. I also had my bridesmaids choose their dress from there as well. We had fun and they let us do whatever we wanted, try on as many dresses as we wanted, and never bothered us other than to check if we needed anything or if everything was going ok. The prices were in all of our budget and the girls loved their dress.
GUEST

I loved my dress, I got a really good deal for the dress slip and bra. The people there were all very friendly, they would call me to check up on how things were going send me reminders, they were very helpful. They worked with my schedual and were very flexible. The only problem I had was there pricing for alterations, the time it took to order bridesmaid dresses, and there computer systems ( a couple times there credit/debit card machine wasnt working i had to wait a long time or come back to pay with cash) other than that everything was great
GUEST

I was feeling pretty awful about the first dress that I bought because it was cheap and I hated the way I looked in it. I found one online that I loved and was on sale for $99 from the original $500. I decided to go into the store and try some on for size and they were very helpful after waiting for some time. I tried to be super quick and not be demanding because I knew I wasn't buying a dress in the store. I loved my dress and felt great in it! Look online for sure!
GUEST

loved my dress wish they would not have been so rude when i said i did want to try on more then 3 dresses i did end up trying on about 20 and stopped when i knew it was the one very happy over all
GUEST

David's Bridal of Orland is FABULOUS! They allowed me to exchange my original dress I had ordered to let me get the dress of my dreams. I was a bit pressured due to time to get a petite (and it came very early) but wasn't really sold on the dress. They were wonderful to work with from the sales to alterations to the management. Thank you for everything!
GUEST

I went shopping for my dress before I even set my wedding date. I went in January and they were having a big sale and I got an amazing dress for around $300. They have me a magazine and i picked out the ones I wanted to try on and they let me try on as many as I wanted even though I ended up picking the first dress I tried on. Getting my dress 15 months before the wedding allowed me to get a dress I would not see on every bride during my wedding season, but I am lucky enough that I am tiny and have been the same size for years, so this may not be a goof tactic for everyone. My dress came in in a reasonable time frame. The seamstresses are amazing and made a beautiful bustle for my dress that accented the design on the back of my dress. I got so many compliments about my dress the day of the wedding that I looked like Cinderella. I still love my dress and wish I could keep wearing it. Just took it to Davids for preservation. I recommend this and you should pay for it when you purchase your dress because it saves you $50 over paying for it any other time.
GUEST

I ordered all of my bridesmaids dresses from the Oak Lawn store, however found them not to be as responsive as the Orland Park store. I ended up purchasing my wedding gown from the Orland Park store and they were all very helpful. The only issue I had was my information was not showing up in their system because I had originally registered at the Oak Lawn store. The alterations staff was extremly helpful and we patient with me as I debated on the changes to my dress.
GUEST

I got my dress from David's Bridal in august 2009 cause I wanted it as early as possible. My bridesmaids' dresses were also bought there also. They were all very professional and so nice! The only thing is it can get very crowded on Saturdays and Sundays, so make sure when you get an appointment, have all your bridesmaids there! Mine weren't all there at the same time so we had to wait and the employees were helping other brides till my party was all there. Otherwise, very helpful and courteous!
GUEST

I bought my dress and we got all of the bridesmaid's dresses from the David's Bridal in Oak Lawn. I had a wonderful experience there and absolutely LOVED my dress. It fit me perfectly and needed no alterations. I've heard of people having problems with David's but I didn't experience any issues and neither did my bridesmaids. This could be because I knew the dress I wanted and also the dresses for the bridesmaids so we weren't really looking while we were there. We mainly went in to try things on and confirm the choices we already made via their website. (I heard this makes the process easier) All in all I would recommend at least looking at David's if not using them for the entire bridal party.
GUEST

I do not want to ever use David's again. My husband did cry when he saw my, and was saying how lovely I looked while our pastor was talking. However; they gave me the worst time in the world, I first went to the Oak Lawn store with a print out of the dress I wanted and after Ithe sales lady came back with every dress but the one I wanted she sent me on my way with out even checking or anything. Later at the Orland store I went back for my brides maids dresses and the sales lady there told me I would have to order it but she could get it for me. Well I order the dress and when I got it. It was too small and I could have just melted. The store mang was mean and kept telling me that I was told to order a 14 and I didn't that they asked me to many times and I just wouldn't. Well I never got to try on the dress and they did not take my measurements so where did they get the size from that I needed to order heaven? Very upset with them still.
GUEST

I saw my dress online and went in and tried on many dresses but ultimately got the one I saw online. I loved the dress! It was extremely flattering! The only issue I had was that the girl that helped me ordered me a size too large and when I went back to buy a bra they told me I had to get a smaller size......and as we all know, it takes a while to order and get the dress so this was a hassle. Other than this, I loved my experience.

david's brida; is nery nice and affordable. when i was looking for my dress they helped and was very nice they have gowns starting at $99.00. they are perfect if you are on a budget.

Just wanted to say I worked with a girl at davids Bridal in Orland Park who went above and beyond customer service. Her name was Gian and I would recommend anyone going there to ask for her-she is TERRIFFIC
GUEST

I loved my dress!!

My wedding gows cost about 400.00 from davids bridal. The always have great sales, and cater too plus sized women as well..
GUEST

I had already been looking at the David's Bridal catalog so I had selected some dresses that I wanted to try on. I tried on 3 dresses. The one that was my favorite in the catalog ended up being the one I selected. The dress was beautiful and the associates at David's Bridal was there to assist me with everything from alternations to my bridal parties attire. I was very pleased!!
GUEST

It was what you pay for. the sales women were alittle snotty at first bc I didn't have an appointment. I didn't realize that you needed an appt for such a place I though that was for high end shops only!

Davids Bridal is so friendly and they have the best ladies working for them. They actually sat down with me and went through page by page and I was so happy with their outcome. I recommend them.

I recently went to David's Bridal to try on some gowns. I fell in love with one of them and will probably use it for my wedding next summer. I was a little disappointed at the selection because they had many gowns that had beading and embroidery and intricate designs and very few that were simple and classic looking (that is what I wanted to get). Overall, though, the service was good and I ended up being happy with the gowns they had. There is a lot of variety for those who want more fancy and detailed gowns. Also, the gowns are very affordable! There are many available for under $500.

I have loved working with Davids Bridal. They are conveniently located throughout the U.S, which has been a lifesaver since all my bridesmaids come from different areas. What I love is the mix and matching collection. I have bridesmaids from different ages and sizes and all I had to do was give them the color I was using and let them do the rest. This has saved me a lot of time and frustration. They also have been happy because it has allowed them to get something they like and look nice in, and lets them put a price value on what to spend.
GUEST

I was kind of a pain. I tried on nearly 30 dresses at David's, and I swear I had gone through finding the "it" dress three times before I tried on my last dress, which was THE DRESS! Ebonique was with me the whole way, helping me say no to the loser dresses and maybes to the ones I was considering. I had also ordered my bridesmaid and jr. bridesmaid dresses through David's. When the maids' dresses came in, I noticed a new color in the store and they let me change it! Six dresses were returned. Alterations department was amazing, and there is a nice discount on all attire if you purchase your wedding gown from the store first!
GUEST

David's Bridal, what can I say? You are cheap without sacrificing too much quality. I wanted to look like a classic bride on my wedding day, not like a cupcake or Cinderella. They had the perfect classic A-line dress without the pearls or lace or sequins that I despise. All for $300. The kind of price that makes it ok that at the end of the night there is red wine, cake frosting, and dirt smeared on your dress.

I found my wedding dress there. It was half off!!! They had a wonderful selection, i went to the expensive places and didnt find anything! Why spend thousands of dollars for a dress youw ill wear once!
GUEST

On my first visit which was for me to shop around the sales girl was attentive. And even though I didnt find anything for me she set another date for me to come in well before that date I had found my dream dress somewhere else.So she was even great about me canceling .However a few months later when I took my BM's in she was busy with another bride who was shopping for her dress and she did not give my girls the attention that they needed or should have received, although we had an appointment. She basically pointed the dresses out to them and told them to find their sizes. We didnt see her again until after everyone had tried their dresses on and we ourselves had made neccessary adjustments on the sizes. And that was basically to ask if we were purchasing or just looking.I personally think that she brushed my girls off that day because she thought that they were only coming in to to look around so she figured she had better give attention to the bride because it may have been an easier sale. But what she didnt know is that all 5 of my girls were purchasing that day and with dresses that were $155 plus tax a pop she was gonna make the same commission off of us that she was gonna make off the bride.Besides each customer should get the same customer service as the next no matter what they are spending.
GUEST

For the most part, I have had a wonderful experience there. Although the amount of customers were too many for the women on staff, the time I did have with a consultant was wonderful. And the problem I did have with one of my bridesmaid's dresses were fixed immediately. I would recomend them, but at the same time I would suggest the store find a way to up their staff for the convenience of all customers.
GUEST

I bought my dress there as well as all the girls in the bridal party...
The measurements weren't taken before hand, so a few of the girl's dresses didn't fit... they are short staffed and not super accomodating seeing as thousands of dollars were spent with them. The manager of the store was sweet and helpful in trying to rectify the issues. Sales rep was Donna I believe.. she was 'alright' again... I would strongly suggest making sure the girls are measured and entered into the computer correctly if they are ordering their dress from another branch.
The dresses themselves were lovely though.

You can't beat the prices, but you get what you pay for.
I already knew which dress I wanted when I went in. It took a while to actually get someone to help me even though I had an appointment. I told the girl I wanted this dress in this size to try on, and explained that I wanted it in ivory and wine. It fit beautifully right off the rack. She mentioned several times that I could take this one home today, and I had to remind her each time that I was not getting the dress in white and apple. She asked me several times about veils after I said I would not be wearing one, and about shoes after I said I would be going barefoot. She also put a lot of pressure on me to try on more dresses, even though I was sure this was the one I wanted. It took 40 minutes all told, but it could have taken 15 if she would have stopped badgering me and did the paperwork.
When the dress finally came in, they gave me a different (padded) bra to try it on with, and the zipper split open (I had not gained any weight). They "fixed" it, but as soon as I put it on to show my future mother-in-law, it split again. I had to bring it in for them to replace.
Luckily I won't need any alterations past bustling, but I've been disappointed by the quality of the dress. It *looks* nice, though, and it was on sale, so I can't complain too much.
Bridesmaid dresses:
David's Bridal is crowded and the staff is overworked. They take adequate care of you if you are the bride or with the bride, but if you are going in by yourself to get a bridesmaid dress, good luck! It is nearly impossible to get someone to help you, so prepare to spend a large amount of time wandering around, asking for help, and waiting.
GUEST

I love my dress!!! Everyone is SO helpful and their seamstress is amazing!!
GUEST

Excellent customer service; the associate that assisted us was wonderful and extremely patient with our group. Would recommend.
GUEST

I LOVED my wedding dress but I was not very impressed with the staff at David's bridal. They were incredible friendly and all over me the first time I went in to try on my dress, but after I had purchased my dress, they paid no attention to me. Every time I went back to the store they offered little to no help.
GUEST

I had a great girl I was working with. She pulled so many different dresses for me to try on and I eventually found the one I wanted in one trip to the store. I ended up with something totally different than what I had imagined. That seems to happen to a lot of people. So always be open when going shopping. Some of the accessories there are expensive. I did get my girl's dresses there, a smoke colored tea length dress that the girls can wear again sometime. Overall I would recommend getting your dress there. Alterations I had done through a private party, which is way better than sending though the store. Just some ideas.
GUEST

When we went in for our appointment, we had no help at all. When i was told i could pick up my shoes they told me they forgot to send the order and i had to wait longer. They never called to tell me my dress was in. They dyed the bridesmaids shoes, but did a horrible job, they had to be redone. It was just a terrible experience.

I bought my dress here. The price and salespeople were great. The alterations department could have been a lot nicer. They messed up the hem three times and kept telling me that the style of the dress meant that they wouldn't be able to get the hem perfect. I finally brought in my now mother-in-law who is a seamstress, and she talked to them and got them to fix my dress.
GUEST

GOOD SERVIE AND THE SALESPERSON WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL

It was a very nice experience to take my bridesmaids and have them pick out the syle of dress that would best fit everyone. The staff, especially Porche, was wonderful and the whole experience was really easy and I had a wide range of sizes and we found one dress that looked great on all.
GUEST

Great place to shop during the week...don't even step in there on the weekends! I had a great helper, but sometimes felt left in the dark about order status and what not. Also, DO NOT use their alteration people...they will rip you off and only do what they want to do (what's going to cost you more). Find a seamstress...they're way cheaper and much more helpful.

I purchased my bridal gown and bridesmaid's gowns at the David's Bridal in Orland Park. I was a pretty low maintenance bride, I was in and out in just a few hours. During my visit, I had fantastic service and the staff was very receptive to my ideas. I had no problems getting in at my appointment times, and after my alterations were completed, the gown fit perfectly! The store had a decent selection, but I shopped at David's Bridal because I knew I would be able to find a gown to fit my budget. My bridesmaid's also purchased their gowns at this location- the prices were great for these as well. I ended up receiving a discount on my bridal gown, because I purchased everything there. The store, however, does not have a lot of curb appeal, and the decor inside was cheesy. I felt as if I was in a costume shop. But, everything turned out fine, and I was happy with my experience.
GUEST

Although there were a couple of issues with the color, size and selected styles of the shoes my bridesmaids order, the consultants/associates at David's Bridal in Orland Park, Illinois were extremely apologetic and responsive in getting the problems resolved. They were very professional and helpful.
GUEST

I wouldnt recommend them. Unfortunately, they overbooked and were trying to service many at the time of my APPOINTMENT. The poor girl I had was working with about 4 more groups of brides and bridesmaids, The day of the wedding after all were fitted, altered, and dressed, The bridesmaids dresses ripped. I felt that they were poor quality, Davids Bridal did nothing, They never had one girl per group. All together the bridesmaids dresses and shoes and my dress and shoes cost us 3000.00 not including alterations. It was not worth the money or the time at this store
GUEST

My bridesmaids dresses were from here and I thought they were a little pricey. I tried on gowns here too and they were all very beautiful but many the fabric seemed cheap. The bridesmaids choices they had there were wonderful and it allowed me to let my bridesmaids choose between a few options which was nice.

Excellent service, the manager she was great!! Always on time, they made you feel like you were the only bride there. Never had to wait. Would go back and would greatly recommend.
GUEST

I went to several bridal stores including other David's Bridal stores but none compared to the one in Orland Park. The service that I received in the store was impeccable, they came to know me by my name because I was in the store so much. The best part was that one of my bridesmaids didn't order her dress until the last minute and they had there the week before the wedding. I bought everything I needed for my big day from David's Bridal I was very beautiful.
GUEST

David's Bridal has a beautiful selection of dresses to chose from. They were very nice with helping me pick out the dress and trying it on. Excellent at getting it ordered and shipped to the store.
GUEST

I got my dress at David's and had the alterations done there- overall it was a pleasant experience, and I was working down to the wire.
GUEST

For being the largest bridal chain in the U.S., I was sorely disappointed with the service at this location. Not only are the understaffed, but I had trouble just getting someone to help me without being rude. I would NOT go to this location again. Perhaps it's just a bad store, but it's definitely not made me a return customer to David's.
GUEST

I was really not happy with David's Bridal. When I first bought my dress, I put is on lay-a-way and they never told me that I had to have it paid off in 60 days. Also, when I did pay for the dress, they made me take it with me, also something they had not originally told me. My wedding day was over 18 months away! Then when I got home and looked at the dress, there was dirt all on the bottom. When I called to ask what to do, I was basically told that I made the mark and was lying that I found it like that. I would be very cautious if you bought from here. It was good for pricing but bad for customer service.

I went to David's because they were having a sale on wedding dresses so I thought I'd check it out. Beautiful dresses, I found "the one" in like 15 minutes and got a discount for my bridesmaids dresses. I thought that it would be good to use a chain because two of my bridesmaids were from far away and they would be able to get the dress where they are. This is a FALSE assumption! Apparently the fabrics they use in different parts of the country are different so they all had to order them through my store anyways and didn't get to try them on until just before the wedding. Also, one store tried to sell one of my bridesmaids the correct dress but in black. Luckily she knew that the dress was supposed to be pink and didn't buy it, but I thought that was kind of weird. Then, I added on flower girl dresses to my order. The parents of the flower girls tried to get them in a different store and they said that I hadn't picked out any flower girl dresses. So I went in and re-added them. They said that I had two accounts going, one with flower girl dresses and one without. Instead of just deleting one, they told me to tell the moms to ask for the one with flower girl dresses. Didn't work. They still couldn't find the right dresses. I went in again and now I had THREE accounts! Finally, I ended up just getting the tag number and sending that to the moms of the flower girls so they could get the right dress. So get your wedding dress there, they are good deals, but avoid getting your wedding party stuff through them, they are a huge hassle!
GUEST

They were not very helpful, they overbook appointments, we were in the store for over 3 hours on many different occasions because of this, The bridesmaid dresses ripped the day of the wedding due to faulty alterations. I would not reccomend at all
GUEST

I got my dress here for a great price and so did all my bridesmaids! I loved it.
GUEST

Average at best for the service they provided, I absolutely fell in love with the dress upon fittings.

At David's Bridal (various Chicagoland locations) I found a good selection and reasonable prices. However, the stores were too busy at times and I did not receive very much personal attention during my shopping experience (reps were too busy running back and forth between brides). So, a recommendation depends on what you are looking for in your wedding gown shopping experience. I had no problems with alterations, everything went smoothly in that department.
GUEST

I thought that the ladies who worked in David's Bridal in Orland Park were very helpful. However, I wish there was more of a selection of sizes and dresses for people of all sizes. I bought my dress right off the rack and it was in great condition, only a few beads had to be restrung. I thought what you got for the money was also excellent. Being on a budget I bought my dress, shoes and my vail for all under $1,000! I thought it was a great deal from other places that I had priced.
GUEST

David's Bridal was very professional. I have no complaints. They did everything they were supposed to and were very helpful to me. The dress was exceptional and the help was great!! Highly recommended....
GUEST

I found a beautiful dress at David's for a reasonable price. The staff was very friendly to work with, but young and inexperienced. When I went in to select a dress, the sales lady did not measure me since they dress I tried on fit. When my dress came in, it did not fit and I actually had to let it out. They were not willing to work with me on an error that seemed to be on their end.
GUEST

I would recommend going to David's Bridal, especially during their sale promotions. I pulled my gown off of the sale rack, and no one ever would have known! They were quite attentive to my needs during fittings, etc. and were easy to do business with.
GUEST

While my dress was beautiful, I had problems with my first consultant telling me what dress to wear, trying to talk me into something I didn't want. It was very difficult to make an appointment that fit my schedule.
GUEST

Dress was late being ordered. Service was poor with communication on alterations and when items ordered was in.

My girl's bridesmaids gowns were purchased from David's Bridal in Orland Park. They delivered the dresses on-time. The prices were reasonable and they had an extensive size range. My experience was straightforward and satisfactory.
GUEST

I had to constantly call to check on my orders for bridesmaids, only to repeatedly find they were incorrect, or lost. I also was not told to book free alterations immediately as they book up MONTHS prior to wedding date, so I had to pay a fortune for alterations a few weeks prior to wedding when budget was already maxed out.

Not only were customers thrilled to be able to try on gorgeous, high-quality gowns in their size, but now they also had the opportunity to take home their dream dress the same day they found it.
Today David's Bridal offers the convenience of one-stop shopping with head-to-toe dressing, on-site alterations, special financing options, gown preservation services, and coordinating ensembles for the entire bridal party. We are uniquely positioned to offer exclusive color coordination for almost every wedding detail, from gown accents and accessories, to bridesmaid fashions and formalwear, to invitations and gifts, and so much more.
Our many years in the bridal industry have taught us that while brides want beautiful gowns at a fair price, they also expect service and convenience. Every David's Bridal store is staffed with trained consultants who are ready to help every bride find her dream gown and all the finishing touches. With over 285 locations across the country, it's easy to coordinate even the most widespread wedding party.
Visit David's Bridal and see for yourself why quality, selection, service and value have been our trademark for over 50 years.
