I worked with Ally at the Peoria location. She was amazing! She even cried with me when I had my perfect dress on. She really listened to what my likes and dislikes were and found the perfect dress that had everything I wanted! Thanks again Ally!!!

The selection was decent, however, I was mostly shopping her due to my tight budget. My dress was gorgeous, and I can not be more thankful! I am giving a lower review because they said it would take 4 weeks for my cousin's dress to get steamed, the day before the wedding....

I found the one and only dress for me at Davids Bridal. Their staff was so helpfull. Amanda in particular helped me so much while i was there. The alterations were also done perfectly and the ladies working back there are so nice. I would recommend anyone looking for formal wear to go to Davids Bridal first.

I was really unimpressed with the customer service, not only this store but all of the davids bridals that I have been to. I felt very rushed and unappreciated.

Love the dress! They staff were amazing and i had a wonderful experience. Even over the phone customer service was great when looking for a dress from this location.

Beautiful gowns, not the best customer service my dress was everything I dreamed of. However, since I did buy my gown, ALL my accessories (veil, purse, jewelry, shoes, etc.) and ALL of my bridesmaids, flower girls etc purchased everything here as well I wish the customer service would have been better. My girls werent treated very well, and although my alterations went very smoothly we had MANY problems with the girls getting what they wanted/needed out of the experience. When someone is spending that much money in one place, they should make sure you are happy in my opinion. I know its not a boutique and is cheaper for a reason, but again, it's still very expensive for most brides.

I was absolutely ecstatic to find my and my Fiance's (now husband :) he he) dream dress in one day. I went in and my associate Rosario and treated me like I was her daughter. She really listened to my dreams while respecting my budget! Even when I started to second guess my dream dress to save a little money she was encouraging and patient! If you go to David's Bridal in Peoria, Az make sure to ask for her :)

I have already written about 5 reviews about David's Bridal on other sites or to them themselves, but I wanted to add one on here as well! I would NEVER have found a dress if it were not for the amazing consultant I had at the Peoria, AZ location of David's Bridal! Her name (I hope I am getting this right) is Kori. I went in there with a few in mind that I wanted to try on, but not committed to any one style or shape. After trying on the ones that I chose I was frustrated to say the least. I felt as if I looke horrible and did had know idea what direction to go in. Luckily for me I had an amazing consultant that was so knowledgable and experienced. She listened to what I wanted and where the wedding was and asked if she could choose a dress for me to try on. Obviously, at that point, I was not opposed to anything. The one that she had me try on was "THE ONE"! It was so beyond perfect that I get teary eyed just thinking about it! If you live in the area and are looking for a dress I would STRONGLY recommend going to David's Bridal in Peoria and asking for Kori...she really knows her stuff! All I heard all day was how beautiful and perfect the dress was and was on me. I would have never found it without her! The selection and value at David's Bridal can not be beat either! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! THANK YOU D.B.!!!!! You MADE my day!! :)

The consultant I had worked with me until I found the perfect dress!! She had the helpful idea of having me try on the dresses and then put them in order that I liked them the most, eventually the dress I got had been number 1 the whole time, we knew it was the one! I loved working with them for my bridal gown!

The staff at David's Bridal was wonderful to work with. Everyone was always helpful and friendly. Everything that I ordered was always shipped earlier than noted. The only complaint I would say was the online ordering process. If you order something you have to pay shipping and if it doesn't fit and you want to send it back you have to pay shipping again. I would suggest going into the store and trying everything on and ordering it through them so you don't a double hit with shipping costs.

I had a difficult time at David's Bridal. The dresses were beautiful but every time I went for my appointment I had to deal with a bitchy angry staff and it was not fun. When I was changing I could hear them in the back room talking badly about clients. I hope they were not talking about me. I just wanted to get my dress and get out of there. On top of that the store was always in dis array. I went to another location closer to my house to get the alterations done and it was almost exactly the same except retail items like shoes were hidden in the back. Both stores were quite dirty looking and the floors definitely needed to be vacuumed.

I ablsolutly loved my dress and my bridesmaids looked beautiful as well. the staff was so helpful in helping me find my dress, and the alterations department was very good. they are reasonbly priced and so friendly and she did a amazing job ion my dress. Thank you soo much

I bought the first dress I tried on. I loved the dress! The only problem I had was that the alterations were very pricey and I was told that if I took it somewhere else to have it altered I would not be able to use Davids to get the dress cleaned. Otherwise, the service went very well.

I had bought my dress before learning I had to have surgery to remove a blockage from my Crohn's Disease. When I went to my fitting after surgery I had lost over 30lbs and the dress could not be altered. Rocio, who was my bridal consultant from day one was in the store and quickly took charge and searched the store for a sample of my dress in a size that would better fit me. Rocio, along with the Alterations Manager went above and beyond through the alterations issues to make sure my dress was perfect for my special day. Thank you so much for helping me have my dream dress for my special day!!

The team at David's Bridal was great. I ordered my dress a bit late, but it showed up several weeks earlier than expected. Mikhaela did my alterations and they were perfect. My dress fit like a glove! We took pictures outside before my wedding, and my dress ended up getting stepped on and very muddy. I rinsed the lace out in the church bathroom sink, and nearly all of the mud came out! As for my muddy shoes, they didn't rinse out as well, but we used white chalk on them and got them looking presentable for my walk down the aisle. I was very happy with how well my dress survived with all the abuse I put it through!

After searching MANY places to find the perfect dress, we finally found it at David's Bridal in Peoria, AZ. The dress was GORGEOUS!! They also helped me figure out the best accessories to compliment the gown, including suggesting a lovely "blusher" veil - something I had not even considered - which added the perfect finishing touch to the ensemble. I felt like the most beautiful bride on earth, and my new hubby agrees! Thank you, David's Bridal!

I had a really bad experience with them. The dress did not fit right and after alterations it still did not fit right. When I asked them to fix it they explained that they could not ruin the designers design!!!! If I bought the dress I can do whatever I want to it. I payed so much money for something that I didn't even use. I had to buy another dress. So, not worth it!!!!!

David's Bridal in Peoria was more than accommodating with my needs. When I got engaged, I picked out and purchased the dress I wanted. This was not just any dress, this was "the" dress. After several months, I got pregnant and eventually needed to go to their alterations department to determine if this dress would still fit me on my big day. The dress was extremely tight, and I still had 2 months before my wedding. The alterations lady said that I might need to choose another style of dress which was NOT an option for me. The manager informed me that there would be no problem at all. They checked at the main warehouse to see if they had a larger size available for me. They did! And all I had to do was make a simple trade. I gave them the dress I had previously purchased, and they ordered the larger dress from the warehouse. Any dealing I ever had with David's Bridal was always exceptional, and I would recommend them to anyone!

I had no complaints about davids bridal. The sales staff was very patient and helpful without being pushy at all. Alterations were perfect and reasonably priced. My dress fit absolutely beautiful.

I actually purchased my dress online, but used this location for my alterations, which were minimal. They were all just wonderful. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. My seamstress was just the sweetest woman. I was soo pleased with the whole experience.

Beautiful selections, professional team, although the staff try to help too many customers at once, and you find yourself waiting. Overall great service, products were available quickly.

My mother and I went into David's Bridal wanting to look at dresses on our own. First thing in the door they wanted to know who we were working with. We told them nobody and that we just wanted to look and try some dresses on without any help. The girl at the front desk was very rude. So we browsed through the dresses and found a few that I wanted to try on. We walked over to the dressing area, and once again the woman there demanded to know who we were working with. Since we weren't working with any of their employees they stuck us in a dressing room so small that my mother and I could barely fit in it with 1 dress. We had the dresses hanging on the rack outside of the door and another employee came over and started to take the dresses. We told her that we were trying those on and she asked us once again who we were working with. I couldn't believe that we had been asked this so many times already and with such attitude from every employee. I ran into the same problem again when I took my dress in to have it pressed before the wedding. The women in the back acted as if I had committed a crime by not using one of their staff members. Besides the horrible service and the unprofessional staff. The dresses are great. I found mine very quickly. I only tried on 4 dresses! I would recommend their dresses, but never their service. My husband ran into the same problem at Men's Warehouse, their sister company. Maybe a manager needs to do some attitude checks?

I was able to find all the pieces to my bridal outfit in one day - dress, jewelry, tiara, veil, shoes! Very convenient and many styles to choose from!

When I walked in for my appointment, it took them nearly half an hour to see me. (Take note there was maybe 5 total customers in the store) After I was finally seen it took an additional 15 minutes to see my consultant. We finally were able to pick out dresses for the catalog and try them on. About 30 minutes into my appointment another woman walked in, and after that ALL of my consultant's attention switched from me to her. I had to, on multiple occasions stand uncomfortably in my dress for 5-10 minutes at a time while she was helping other people DURING MY APPOINTMENT! Not only is the customer service here wretched, but the dress quality compared to other stores is HORRIBLE. I guarantee if you go to ANY other small or medium boutique around the Arrowhead area, you will not buy from David's. I bought my Christina Wu designer dress at Addy's Bridal and Alterations for half off the original price (They actually have amazing sales prices) and I payed less than what I would have bought a cheapy, ugly dress from David's. AND I received AMAZING service at Addy's. Another reason to NOT buy from Davids? They sell your information. That's right. I had random companies calling me that had my personal information trying to scam my credit card info. DONT BUY FROM THEM

Their staff was very nice, I had already picked out the outfit I had wanted online. No troubles it was the best place to get my dress. :)Plus the gloves they have are very classy.

I got my bridesmaid dresses here. Store has good service if not busy, good deals when they have in store sales. If you're not looking for fancy designs, you will find fair prices here, but if you are patient and have time, wait for the sale to get better deals!

Most of my experience was good, with the exception of when I went to go find my dress. There was a saleswoman who would not allow me to pull my own dresses because she insisted I was a size 10-12, when I fit perfectly into a size 6 there. It was not until I was very, very insistent that I try smaller sizes. I bought my dress that day, a size 6, one I picked out! Other than that everything went well with the bridesmaids dresses I selected, their alterations and steaming of the dresses.

I purchased my dress from DB in Arrowhead! I had a great experience! the staff was very helpful and friendly! the service they provided was excellent! Rocio was fantastic at helping with what I needed. She was not pushy, she was a great helper!

I highly recomend DB in Arrowhead!....My bridesmaids and I will be going back to purchase their dresses! and the rest of my bridal attire!

Gia at David's Bridal was great. She was the consultant that helped both me when I went in to find dresses and then she helped my girls too. She always remembered me when I went back in whether it be for alterations or steaming or to pick up the girls dresses. She was great. The only thing I didn't really care for is that even though I went in on a very slow day and other consultants were available she was both helping me and another woman find dresses. She seemed pulled in two different directions.

My wife used the Arrowhead location. The first time my wife went in, she met Rachel and was wow'd. The second time my wife went in, Rachel wasn't there and the service dropped dramatically. They need more people that are more personable. For example, Rachel was someone that would relate to you and looked for what you wanted and what you were looking for. As far as everyone else, they only seemed to care about how much money they were going to make, they didn't care about my wife's big day. My wife liked her dress, however they ordered the wrong dress the first time and then wanted to charge her again to reorder the correct dress. After the dress was ordered and my wife would go back in with the bridesmaids and/or to try on her dress for any alterations, her appointments were not kept and she did not feel like a valued customer. She went 3 times for follow up appointments, and each time had to wait 30 minutes to and hour to be seen. Once you pay your money, they don't care about you.

I was pleased with the service in picking out my dress, altering the dress and all the emails I recieved with coupons and free gifts to help with the rest of my wedding planning.

They were great. I went in there so many times to make sure things would be perfect. I got to know the staff so well that I ended up inviting a couple of the girls to my wedding. I would recommend this place to everyone.

My experience at David's Bridal Arrowhead was good a lot of girls are nice there was a girl that helped me that had the same birthday as my wedding day (3/5)who was really nice and very helpful and actually remembered me when I went in which I thought was cool since I'm sure she sees a lot of brides on a daily basis. The prices there are a little outrageous, when I went and got my wedding dress my total came out to around $850 which included my shoes, veil, dress, and headband. Overall it sounded like a good price but when I saw the individual prices of things I was a little shocked and felt that in a way they take advantage of your excitement and start adding all these things in since they get commission and it all looks nice so you say yes. If I would of saw how much stuff was indiviually I probably would of have looked elsewhere for some things. I bought a Just Married bathing suit that was 50% off for the honeymoon which was really cute and was happy with it. Over all I would recommend this david's bridal but would suggest going during the week to avoid big crowds.

I went in to just look at wedding dresses but didn't have my mind set on buying one right away since we hadn't even picked out our colors and such! My mom and I went and they were so nice and very helpful. I had to leave since I had an appointment that I had to go to but asked if I could come back and they said no problem just come back when I could. I came back that same day just about 4 or so hours later and it was like I never left. They picked out a couple of dresses I highlighted in there catalog, needless to say I found my dress that day and bought it!! There service was very good. Of course they were a little busy a few times when I went in to have my bridesmaids try there dresses on but not once did I feel like I wasn't getting the attention I needed. Plus they put up with me coming in and putting my dress on a couple of time to show some of my bridesmaids my dress. Thank you for helping me get the best dress!!

Davids Bridal-Arrowhead is the best! The service was excellent! Mandy and Carrie were the best! Their time and attention to me was endless! I went in with my mom and bridesmaids just to see what they had. We picked a dress and ordered them. However, the dress was discontinued a few weeks later and my MOH was unable to get the dress in her size. Davids allowed my bridesmaids to return their dresses and order a different dress. My dress was a ball gown with a cathedral train. The price paid was unbelievable for the quality and beauty of the dress. Maria in alterations did a beautiful job on both my and my moms dresses. Everything arrived before it was promised and the orders were accurate. Hats off to Davids Bridal-Arrowhead!

The dress was perfect and everything was done in a timely manner. I am very happy with my experience. I would definitely advise that when making an appointment to look at dresses be sure to print out a list with some of the dresses from the site that you like that way they can suggest other similar dresses you may like. Also ask what days they are not as busy, this will definitely make for a more relaxing experience. I happened to go on a busy day the first time and everyone was running around to try and attend to all of the brides.

UGH. Don't be fooled by the prices - quality matters. And be careful - don't order anything online as it's near impossible to return. You can't take it into the store, you have to print stuff online, and you only have like 14 days to make the return.

I was pleasantly surprised after visiting David's Bridal at Arrowhead. Although my sister also had a good experience there, I wasn't sure about going to a chain store to find MY gown. But if you work with Rachel, she will make you feel as if you are the only bride in the room. Once your gown is found, Maria will make it look like it was made just for you. After watching "Say Yes to the Dress," I have to say that the value is excellent, especially after you factor in sales and promotions. I was very pleased!!

Davids Bridal had so many beautiful dresses to choose from. They have all different styles, colors and pricing. I was amazed at the affordable price that I was able to get for my gorgeous gown!! The staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional. I must have tried on 10 different gowns and the lady helping me didn't pressure me into picking one or rush me either. I felt well taken care of there!! The only thing that I was completely satisfied with was the fact that after I was fitted for alterations and the dress came back ready for me to pick up, the dress had a huge crease along the back where it had been folded over. I think they pressed it and then didn't give it enough time to cool down. But believe it or not, I was able to iron it out myself!!!!!!! Otherwise the service and selection was great!!!!

they were sweet at first but as the months got closer they screwed up the orders were rude to my bridemaids and very picky about other issuse. only reason we stuck with them was because they coorinated with mens wearhouse.

I made several trips to David's Bridal for both my wedding and honeymoon clothes/accessories. This review is only concerning my wedding dress/accessories and the alterations on it. The consultant who helped me find a dress was great. She was very honest about what did or didn't look good on me, but never in an offensive way. She also helped me choose accessories that complemented my dress. Afterward I did wonder how I ended up purchasing some things, like a tiara (which I had not even considered wearing), but that just shows she was a good saleswoman. I was very pleased overall with how everything looked together on my wedding day.I had my dress altered at their store and was happy with the workmanship and the cost (MUCH lower than WAS, see my other review). The dress was ready on the day they promised it and no further work needed to be done. My biggest complaint was that I was never contacted when any of my 3 special order items or my alterations were completed. I just showed up on the "expected by" date and asked and was always told, "yes, it's here/finished".

I got my dress from the Davids Bridal on I-10 and Ray and the alteration staff was great, they made sure everything fit perfect and that I was comfortable! The staff helping me try on dresses were also great, they would give me there input on dresses and were honest, they weren't just trying to sell me any dress. Very helpful staff.

A little disappointed in Davids Bridal. When shopping for my dress the lady there was very pushy and a little snooty, and made me feel uncomfortable because I was choosing a more affordable dress then the one she picked which was expensive! Returned again with bridesmaids and got the same lady who was acting the same to my friends. I did get a nicer person when I called to complain how the lady made us feel. When I picked up dress from alterations it looked like it had not been dry cleaned because you do pay for that when you get the alteration done. When looking further into my dress you notice more on the day of the wedding there was black streak marks on the bottom of my dress that looked like marks from a pencil or pen when they had put my bussels in. Too late to have it fixed or complain so I just let it go. I guess you get what you pay for or maybe it was just a hit or miss experience.

The first few times I went in it was slow and I had great help. After Christmas however it was a nightmare! They didn't have enough staff and the alterations people were extremely rude! They made my Matron of Honor cry!!!!! This is the typical name brand "we don't give a crap" service that many stores have come too. I would recommend a local store. I later found my almost exact dress for a few hundred less at another location. Too bad they don't do any refunds or exchanges.

I had a really good experience with davids bridal. My dress looked like something a celebrity would where and I only payed 99.00 for it! I recommend looking at sale and clearance dresses first you wold be surprised on what you find.

My experience was very good when I went in to pick my dress out. The woman helping us was very nice and attentive. I found an amazing dress at a great price. The only thing was that the dress was one size too big and they didnt have a smaller size in stock at the time. I asked if I should go to another davids bridal to get the correct size but she told me that when it got closer to my wedding I could just call and order the size I needed and they would exchange it. About three months before my wedding I called to exchange the dress for the correct size but they told me the dress was discontinued and I would now have to pay to get the dress taken in at the store. They were very rude about it and would not do anything to help me. Fortunately my financee has an amazing grandmother who altered my dress and it looked beautiful. Davids Bridal has nice dresses for a good price but just beware that what you buy is what you get, they are not very flexible at all.

I did buy my dress from here, and had a very good experience. I went on a Saturday right during the rush time & didn't make an appt. The appt lady was a little rude at first but said if we wanted to look around a few minutes that she would find someone for me. My sales lady was Pam and she was awesome! She was so nice & made my mom & I feel so comfortable. I showed her the dresses I liked in their book & she went through their stock & showed us the different ones I'd like to try on (which was ALOT). She kept pulling dresses for us & was very helpful, she knew alot about their stock.I couldn't make up my mind so I ended up coming back a 2nd day & she was still so helpful to us. I didn't end up needing any alterations to the dress, although I did have a little bit of a puckering on the sides. I only paid $458 for my dress after taxes, & the dress has a ton of beading & lace. I thought that was a great deal still (even with the puckering). So if you just are looking for a budget friendly dress, then I would definetly go here & ask for Pam!!!

I was surprised to have such a great experience here! The service was great and I was able to find everything I needed quickly.

I liked David's Bridal because they were able to hook me up to different discounts and I loved my dress. The only complaint I have is with the alterations department. They wouldn't change the time to meet with me to the weekend and it was very hard for me to try and get down there during the week. But overall, everyone was great and they really take their time with you.

Lost my veil, but was quick to replace

Davids Bridal did a wonderful job with getting my dress in less than a month before my wedding. I went to the location in Chandler. My dress was perfect and I will def use them again for specisl occassions.

The girls at David's Bridal were so helpful. The 2nd dress I tried on was the one and I knew it the minute I put it on! Everyone helped get the dress finished and back to me with days before the wedding. With only 14 days til the date I wasn't sure it could be done! So glad they proved me wrong!

My bridesmaids dresses sat in the shop for three months before I had to track them down. One of the dresses was flawed and they would do nothing about it.

I was a little scared to go to DB, because I had seen some reviews on other websites saying they didn't have a good experience, but I had an awesome one! When I first went to pick out a dress, I was helped by a girl named Janeth and she was fantastic. It was a busy Saturday, but she was still very helpful and on top of everything. When I went back to get my dress altered, I was helped by a girl named Courtney who was just as sweet and helpful. All of the staff at this location [Ahwatukee] are incredibly professional and very helpful. The alterations dept were very easy to get along with and they knew exactly what they were doing and how long it would take. They got it done in no time, even though I was a little late [only 2 weeks out from my wedding] going in there. Tam and Sherry helped me with alterations and they're very sweet ladies! You won't have any bad experiences at this location, I promise you that!

I started going there and the first person that helped me was aweful! Rachel ended up helping me (at the Arrowhead store in AZ). Rachel is Amazing! We tried on so many dresses, I didn't get my dress from her, but all 4 of my bridesmades did. The dresses cost a bit more than we wanted, but they worked will all the body types.

Liked the dress and they had my size. Otherwise unimpressed with the service. They kept trying to sell me crap that I didn't need and saying something looked fine but really didn't! Alteration was impossible to book.

Davids Bridal is everywhere and I never wanted to get my dress there until I fell in love with my dress and I got it that day. The staff was very helpful but with some vendors you have to understand that the staff really can't change things that the company has set in place.

I loved all the styles, and the sales that they always have. But even more than that, I worked with the best girl ever. Her name is Allison. She saved my wedding day. I had to get another size in my dress, and she found one for me in no time even though they were out of the style. Then, my family lives out of state(which has no David's Bridal) so when i had ordered their dresses,and was shipping them a little last minute, when i found out that they were a size too small Allison did an exchange over the phone and let me bring in the others as soon as they got mailed back. Allison answered any of my questions, and was so helpful. If you need a dress or whatever for your special day, go see Allison.

They did great...i needed a bridal dress rushed and they helped me meet the deadline!

Most of the staff was very helpful in getting dresses for me to try on. I was happy I made an appointment because it got pretty crazy in there with all the walk-ins.Alterations were pretty easy. They were very flexible when I needed to change my appointment at the last minute. They didn't remove the straps like I had asked, but I ended up liking the straps anyway.Overall, a good experience. Not as much one-on-one as had thought, but my dress was beautiful.

David's Bridal was awesome!! And it is great how all the colors coordinate with the men's attire too! Don't pass up glancing at the sale rack either!! I found the dress of my dreams on the $99 rack!! REALLY!! I got all my bridesmaids dresses, flower girl dress, shoes, veil and accessories here!!

I found my dream dress at David's bridal. The salespeople allowed me to use their sale price and a coupon.

Had a horrible time with this vendor. I only used David's Bridal for all of my bridesmaid dresses due to it being available nationwide. Little did I know how much trouble it would be. I ended up with many frustrated bridesmaids because the service was horrible. The cost for alterations was outrageous. My dresses alterations (from another vendor) cost less than my bridesmaids and I had triple the work done. The only benefit was that it was available in different states for my out of town maids.

Davids Bridal staff was great! Helpful and quick when something was needed. Dresses are beautiful and great for prices! My dress was ordered and was ready faster than they were thought! I recommend looking for your dress attire for you next event!

Overall, David's Bridal was a great vendor for my wedding dress. Because I am big on organizing and being prepared, I browsed their online catalog and narrowed down my interests to 15 dresses that I really, really liked. I wrote down the style numbers, designer names, and even categorized them in the order that I wanted to try them on. I felt really accomplished and thought I would be saving tremendous time when I went in for my consultation. When I arrived, my "dress consultant" didn't really greet me. Instead before I could say that I had a list she (literally) shoved a catalog at me and told me to find dresses I liked and to dog ear them for her while she did something else. She was already walking away when I stopped her to tell her that I had a list of everything I wanted so we could move forward. She looked at my list and then said "well go through the catalog and find your dresses that way so I can pick them up because I don't know where to find them with the style numbers." ?!?!?! Are you freaking kidding me? Why do you work as a "consultant" if you have no real knowledge of your own products? IIIII could look at pictures and match the dresses up to the real thing. ::sigh:: And even though I told her that I wanted to try them on in a certain order, she didn't sort them for me and left me wearing some of the dresses for over 10 minutes at a time because she was cleaining the sales floor. In that respect, their customer service sucked...BIG time. However, I got the dress I adored at a killer price (my dress was originally 800 but I got it for 325 because of a massive sale they have--which by the way, they have those sales all the time). And they kind of redeemed themselves with their seamstress who did my final fitting. She provided excellent customer service and answered questions that I had and reassured me with her knowledge and attitude. I didn't use DB for my bridesmaid dresses, although I do know that they offered a 20% discount for each bridesmaid automatically and I got 10% off my bra and other undergarments (if you plan to lose weight from the time you purchase the dress until before your final fitting, you can still purchase the undergarments to lock in the 10% deal...and just save the receipt and exchange it for a smaller size before the wedding).

The store was very clean and easy to find items to use. However, some of the sales associates were not very pleasant to deal with. They do have a large selection but if you need anything to be special ordered, make sure you allow PLENTY of time.

I bought my veil here I loved it and I also bought my jewelry here as well. It was nice to have a wide selection.

I went there looking for certain kind of dress. My consultant was very helpful and brought alot of choices for my to try on, I wasn;t finding what I was looking for and she let me just wonder and look for my self. I finally found my dress it fit perfect and was on sale. I also got my shoes, hair pieces, and sash from them.

Their seamstress made the dress fit my strangely proportioned body perfectly!

It was really a good experience buying my wedding dress from David's Bridal. There prices were reasonable and staff was helpful. There are a ton of wedding dresses though and that was a little overwhelming. I would have liked a little more help sorting through them.

I got my dress at their $99 sale and bc of that they wouldnt hardly help me at all with the fitting or booking a fitting. They were always "too busy." So I had a friend alter the dress for me.

They were extremely rude and pushy. When I was trying on my 3 dresses that were available in my size (yes only 3 out of the hundreds they have on stock) I witnessed the sales associate bully the bride who's wedding was 8 months away into thinking she had to buy everything that day. The bride was crying due to this. I stepped up and explained that my wedding is only 3 months away and I still have time. They are all about the commission and that is it.

Fantastic prices for dresses!! Very fun atmosphere for trying them on as well!
