Natalia and Megan were life savers for day of coordination!! I planned the whole wedding, and they were just there at the rehearsal and day of to make sure everything was the way it should be, every thing arrived, and every person and vendor were where they needed to be! they were so great! i don't know how I could have done everything they did and be ready for my wedding! I was running late as it was!

Days Remembered was very helpful on our wedding day. They assured us that everything would be set up for us on our day of so that we could just relax and enjoy our special day. They were very responsive in our emails and any questions that we had prior to our wedding day and very helpful in setting up a timeline. We are very thankful for their services and apperciate everything they did for us!

As a person I love Natalia but if im being honest, she was my hardest vendor to work with. I wanted someone just for the day-of to help with set-up and tear down. I didn't want my bridesmaids or mom to have to do anything! I found Natalia to be flighty at times and not thorough; a friend of mind had used Natalia for her wedding and had for-warned me to look out for hidden charges. That advices saved me a lot of money, just be sure to ask the price before everything!!!During my time working with her, she hired an assistant Megan, who had no experience. This only worried me because Natalia was expecting a baby the week of my wedding so my fear was that Megan would be left 'alone' with little experience. I was not all that confidant but in the end, Megan was great! even though Natalia ended up giving birth the next day she still stopped by for the ceremony which meant a lot! Natalia and Megan both worked very well with my venue's coordinator, the actual wedding went perfect with their help, there were just some rough spots during the planning.

Natalia was great. I was planning my wedding from a different state so it was a little bit stressful but Natalia communicated with me and always quickly responded to many random questions I had for her. She was very pleasant to speak with and I felt comfortable approaching her with anything. Her assistant was also very nice and helpful on the day of my wedding. Definitely a pleasant experience. Everything turned out wonderful.

Natalia was amazing. She was on top of everything and my wedding could not have been more perfect! She is friendly and very easy to work with. I would recommend her to anyone! She rocks.

I cannot say enough about Natalia! She truly loves her job and it is so evident in every aspect. She wanted my wedding to be perfect and went above and beyond to make that happen. We had to make some changes last minute due to weather and although I was stressing out just a bit, Natalia stayed calm and that was exactly what I needed. She had an answer and a solution and a way for everything I asked, worried about or needed. She helped me realize that although things may happen and cause certain details to change, what truly mattered was the man at the end if the aisle and marrying my best friend. Natalia Day was wonderful. We made our own center pieces and she had no problem setting them up for us. She was so easy to communicate with and listened to everything we wanted. Every thing was just as we hoped. She made an already perfect day even more perfect. We cant thank you enough Natalia!!!!!

Natalia was BY FAR my favorite vendor to work with while planning my destination wedding. She was direct, detail oriented, organized, professional, and truly has a passion for her work. She followed up with emails almost immediately after I sent them and did the work to contact the appropriate people if she did not have the answer. A huge burden was lifted off of my chest once I realized I had Natalie to help with planning the big day. All I had to do was provide details on what I wanted exactly and she took if from there. I explained what I wanted and she ensured the end result was perfect down to the last detail. It was almost too easy! She was attentive, professional and all smiles the entire time. I can't say enough how grateful I am that I had her on my wedding planning team.

Phenominal! Natalia got back with me so quickly which helped dampen the wedding planning stress so much. She was so incredible at coordinating with our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page and gave great advice on decor and party favors. Planning a wedding is like finding a bunch of puzzle pieces. Putting them all together is a completely different animal. Fortunately, we had an unbelievable puzzle piecer :) After months and months of planning (finding puzzle pieces), my wife and I decided to hire Natalia to get us through the last hump and it was one of the best decisions we made. There are so many moving pieces (for lack of a better word) on your wedding day. I couldn't imagine the disaster that would have ensued if we didn't have Natalia to help us! She went above and beyond the call of duty to help us make our day as special as it could be. For that, we are forever grateful. And the icing on the cake is that Natalia is also a great person with a very positive attitude. People with positive outlooks are highly underrated. It can literally make or break your wedding day. Natalia is absolutely the best coordinator possible. She takes significant time to really understand what ur vision is and implements it exactly how u want. She is detailed and goes above and beyond what is expected of her. Not only that, she is incredibly friendly, caring, and easy to work with. Natalia coordinated my wedding at the Westin on Harbour Island in Tampa last April (sorry, Natalia!! I know my review is VERY late!!). If you want someone with a positive spirit, great attitude and desire to please, this is your girl. From arranging the hotel suite that held the ceremony to setting up the most beautiful reception (in my biased opinion) I have ever seen, Natalia took care of everything! I had the most enjoyable and stress free wedding day in large part thanks to her. She even untied and re-tied all the chair sashes right before the reception because I mentioned I liked knots better than bows! She's fantastic and worth every penny. Book her before it's too late!!

Natalia was a great addition to the wedding! The weather did not cooperate that day and she was able to take everything we had and carry out the bride's vision. She helped the bride remain calm and the wedding was absolutely beautiful! It wouldn't have been possible without her.
