The most delicious and beautiful cake ever! Chef Jen exceeded our expectations. When I saw the cake, I wanted to hug her but we were so busy running around with the photographer. So big hugs from us now!
She decorated the top for us and arranged the table with our decorations, which was above and beyond~thank you so much for making our day so beautiful with your cake. It was one of the highlights of the evening and every guest was talking about the burst of flavors and just how delicious it was. Many times I got "best wedding cake I've ever tasted, ever!" And we agree! Thanks for making us look so good, Jen.
After meeting with Jen and tasting her cake, we felt safe and assured that we had one less thing to worry about for our day. We especially loved her passion and creativeness. She takes pride in her work and she is the next Martha Stewart.
We have a picture with the ocean in the background as the sun goes down on the cake and it takes my breath away! ps- you were right- it was more than enough cake! We have the entire top layer in our freezer for next year.

The cake turned out great. Our wedding had a very eclectic yet elegant style and Jenn captured that perfectly. Plus I know she went through heck and high water to get the cake to the reception location. These cakes are sooo good. Make sure you get a tasting. Of course there are many decadent chocolate flavors that are all good, and don't forget to try the lighter flavors such as lemon because they are surprisingly good too!

Jen was in one word, AWESOME. She met with us a couple times and really took the time to get our ideas for the cake in order to create a beautiful design. We even changed some of our ideas on our final cake design meeting, and she was able to implement them without any problems. We were so pleased with how the cake looked at our reception, it was just stunning...it was everything I imagined! Jen was very courteous and professional throughout the process. I also trusted her from the moment we met her, so I was never worried about how the cake would turn out. Everyone loved the taste of the cake as well...some people had 3 pieces at the wedding! Ha! I only got a couple of bites, but they were good! I highly recommend her to any bride-to-be! She also has awesome bridal books at her house to get ideas from...:)

Jen custom made our cake to taste like a key lime pie. It was out of this world! The cake was super moist and so delicious that people asked for seconds. She exceeded our expectations on all of our requests. Everything was on time, and done beautifully.
The only thing to work on would be to have more consistant communication with the client. Other than that, everything was perfect.

About Chef Jen: Retired from professional law practice (30 years), Jen spent two years

FAQ for dazzleM desserts
A. We do accomodate these requests when the value / cost of the displayed cake is at least $750. Reason: the cake on display should have some reasonable proportion to the size of the wedding. Exception: the couple may want to display just a fancy cake topper (for the cutting ceremony), as part of a large dispaly of mini desserts / confections.
Choose vendors who absolutely love what they do. Choose vendors who give you personal attention and do not overbook themselves. Choose vendors with whom you enjoy a comfort level (vendor who is off-putting should be avoided), who can communicate with you clearly, and who "hear" what you are telling them (able to "listen" and give you responses that make sense). If the service you are selecting includes things that are "fresh," such as flowers, caterers/food, wedding cakes, desserts buffets or edible favors, check for references. And make certain you have a good feeling about all these factors, especially at the tasting. Do not let the vendor rush you. For example, a cake tasting / first consultation with a custom cake designer should take at least an hour, and up to two hours, depending on the number of guests/budget. [Of course, be realistic, if you are expecting 100 guests and want a cake for $500. or less, you probably should locate a bakery that is other than a boutique custom cake studio.]
