Deirdre is FANTASTIC! She made me look like me..only more so...on my wedding day. I was glamorous and beautiful, but still me. My new husband was speechless when I walked down the aisle. The look on his face was what every bride dreams will be her groom's look. Her price is very reasonable. She came to my home for a trial makeup visit and was there on time on my wedding day. Deirdre is very responsive in returning calls. She did the entire bridal party (8 of us) and we were all gorgeous! I highly recommend De'Carr Beauty for a drop dead amazing look.

Do you charge for trials?
Yes. There is a charge for trials. A wedding trial is a personalized, in-home appointment that takes an average of two hours to complete. The total cost is $75. During this time, your personal style and overall desired wedding day look will be discussed. It is very helpful for the bride to have some inspiration pictures on hand as visual aids to help develop your most flattering wedding day look.
Do you specialize in textured hair?
Hair is not included. However, We will be more than happy to provide a hair stylist referral.
Do you provide any specialty services? (airbrushing, hair extensions, etc.)
Air-brush and high-definition makeup applications are available and must be tested during your wedding trial appointment. Please indicate this preference upon scheduling your trial.
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?
Yes. We travel to you! A standard travel fee is included in the $75 trial cost. There are no additional fees to pay unless your travel location is over 25 miles away from our base location; on Michigan Avenue in Chicago, Illinois.
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
Servicing large bridal parties is no problem. With the proper time allowance and scheduling, parties of up to 15 members may be comfortably serviced on your wedding day.
How far in advance should clients book your services?
Brides should book their trial makeup consultation at least 6-8 weeks prior to their wedding date. This allows you plenty of time to fully embrace your bridal look from head to toe!
What is your cancellation policy?
All clients are provided with Bridal Service Contract. Wherein, the cancellation policy states: The "client" (i.e. bride) must provide, and the "artist" must be in receipt of, written notice of cancellation between fourteen (14) and twenty-one (21) days prior to the date of the event, in the manner described or the client shall remain responsible for fifty percent (50%) of the specified "Total Sum" contract price.
