So many bridal shops I had no idea which one to choose. So glad i went into this one I called and she told me to come right in with no hesitation. The girls were awesome and very helpful they made me feel very comfortable and she listened to what i wanted and liked pulled out the perfect dress! I recommend them!!

I found a great dress for a GREAT PRICE. It is worth looking and trying on lots if you don't want to spend a fortune on your dress! I do, however, recommending getting alterations done elsewhere. DEBI and the STAFF is professional, sweet and great. The SEAMSTRESS, however, was not professional and caused me much stress. She only would tell me "I've been doing this for 28 yrs, I know what to do.." When I was simply trying to tell her how I wanted it to fit. Not professional. Listen to the client and then affirm them in how you will accomplish what they request. I spent half of what my dress costed on alterations and had several appointment to correct and fix it until it fit right.. and they were uncomfortable and stressful appointments. The seamstress even disrespectfully talk to me about my mom in the dressing room because she felt my mom was calling her out on her skills. No, she wasn't.. she just wanted my dress to fit. And obviously.. you won't win points with a bride if you talk about her mom behind the mom's back. It would have been nice to have good customer service & professionalism during this experience. I was disappointed.

The staff at the San Pedro location took the right measurements but did not order the right size wedding gown based on the designers scale. As a result, based on their error , the wedding gown was too small! They would not re-order a bigger size, and when they were approached about their error, the staff was very rude and condascending. When asked for the "corporate number" to call for questons and concerns, the response received was " It's not my job to give you the corporate number! You can look that up yourself!" WTF? Ladies.....they have a nice selection of dresses, and initially, they are helpful, but if you encounter a problem....BEWARE.....they make you sign a contract that states all sales are final and they won't even help you when its their mistake! UUUGGGGG! Not professional at all. Lesson learned. For something as important as your wedding day...Perhaps sticking to the major chain bridal shops might be a better option.

I got a great deal on my wedding gown, but as for my veil...Not so much...I ended up getting my veil online since Debi's Bridal wanted to charge me 405.00 that included a 15% discount for a ballet length mantilla veil. I payed 156.00 online for the same one! The service is great if you're being helped by one of the older consultants. Stay clear from the young ones...They have a short attention span and memory.

The first time I went to Debi's Bridal, I went with my matron of honor and did not find anything I liked. About a week later, I went back with my mom, she insisted and thought maybe I wasn't really looking. The gentleman that works here was very nice and offered to help us look. I told him I had been in there and hadn't seen anything I liked. He asked me what I was interested in and offered a different style which he thought would fit me nicely. He went to the back of the store and pulled out a dress which I hadn't seen before. I didn't want to try it on at first because when I looked at it I didn't think I would like it. I decided to try it on and fell in love with it!!! We went ahead and brought the dress. First alteration came around, and the lady was about 45 minutes late to my appointment. Everything went well with my first fitting. Second fitting everything else also went well. My bustle was already up when I got the dress, so I didn't bother to take the bustle down to make sure everything was okay. The lady had sewed one of the bustle buttons to the both the lace and satin of my dress and on the day of my wedding when I was getting ready, I had to cut the button from the lace of my dress and my mom had to re-sew it on so it wasn't attached to both the lace and the satin. Besides that, everything else was fine.

even after giving them the measurments for the bridesmaids dresses all of the dresses they gave us were 3-5 sizes too big. some of the dresses were too big to even be altered. they refused to make new dresses for the ones that couldn't be altered, and they wouldn't even make alterations to the other dresses. so, with 3wks before the wedding we have $200 dresses that can't be worn.

this is a very long and upseting story but long story short my dress wasnt altered correctly and it was the 2nd fitting and themanager was on VACATION and didnt want to help so i had to go to my own seamstress also my headpiece wasnt sent in and i needed it for pictures and the lady did not want to let me have a loaner it wasnt my fault they didnt get it shipped in time!!!

The customer service was quite good. The staff was very helpful about answering my questions and helping me find dresses in the colors and styles I was considering. Unfortunately, many of the styles did not come in the correct colors for my wedding. They had a great selection, but the only problem was that they only had one of each dress, so if you are a size 4 it is impossible to get an accurate picture of how the dress would look on you if all they had was a 14 (or vice versa). And they didn't have color swabs I could take home with me.

I found my dress here for a great price and quickly bought it off the rack. I was not very impressed when I went back to get the bridesmaids dresses. There was not a wide selection to choose from at the time, and the girl who helped us with measurements was not knowledgeable. She had all the sizes wrong, told us my size 4 bridesmaid needed a size 8 or 10 dress. We left upset and it didnt seem to bother the girl helping us. We ended up getting our dresses made at half the cost and they turned out better that the ones they sold at Debis. My husband and his guys got there suits from Debi's as well. Everything went well except when we picked up the suits 2 days before we realized that the shoes for the usher were wrong. They were 2 sizes too small. My aunt called to pick them up early Sat and an employee said she would get there early at 9 am. My aunt was there at 9:15 am and waited 30 minutes, calling the store and knocking. She had to leave to be at the hair salon by 10. I ended up calling at 10am and the associate siad my aunt never came that she was at the store since 9am. So we had a huge issue here, but fixed it when a friend went to pick up the shoes and got them to the church before the ceremony started.

My dress was a one of a kind, and nothing like the dresses most women wear now, victorian with bell sleeves. Any who... it was hard to find, but it was waiting for me at Debi's. It was the first one I came across with the style I was wanting. I looked at other places also, but still kept going back to Debi's. Eventually I realised the price was UNBEATABLE, and perfect! The staff always knew me when I came in, and were very willing to get the dress and let me try it on again (even after the 10th time).

Very personal service. Great one on one advice. I was searching for dresses hundreds of miles from my mom or bridesmaids, so many of my searches and fittings were solo. Debi's did a great job of helping me pull dresses, read what I liked to perfection to make better choices & gave honest feedback - some places just told me every dress was perfect. And dresses in a variety of prices helped fit my budget w/o sacrificing quality.

This store carries nice brands and had the best value that I found.

All the Ladies that worked there were excellent. They were all sweet and understanding and took time to listen to me.
