I went to rental stop to order draping and pipes. The person who took our order was great. throughout the whole time I use dealing with this company she maintained professional and courtesy. The day of the wedding I went to pick the drapes and pipes up and drove to another city where the venue was. As my family put them up we realized we were eight poles short. I called and the same lady, again maintaing professional apologized and stated that we could come and get the additional poles. I refused because we were now in a different city, so I was not driving back to pick them up. She arranged for a driver to come and bring the additional poles. I was very upset because we had to wait over an hour for him to show up and I was needed to get ready. When I returned the items the next day the manager tried to say I should have counted the pipes and drapes before I left. I explained to him that I didnt know how many came with the order, on the paper it had the wrong amount, so thats what I went by, not knowing it should have been more. I wanted some compensation for having to wait for them, but instead they said they could only give me a 20% off next order, but there will be no next order.

This is a personal business for Cathy Agada. I didn't know she worked outside her home. I found that a little weird, but I rented table cloths and chair bows from her. It was like $150 for 100 chair bows and 13 table cloths. Good quality. Just weird lady.

Cathy is very sweet and this was the least inexpensive place for chair covers is why I chose it! They totally transformed my church's ugly chairs into gorgeous ones that lit up the whole room. Cathy's accent is kind of difficult to understand at first. She is a very hard-working lady and I recommend her. Be aware that you have to return the covers and sashes the next day or it is an extra fee, and there is a deposit.
