Deidra Gray-Breijo

Deidra is absolutely amazing. We met with her a couple of months before booking her to officiate our wedding and were so impressed with how organized she was. She wanted to her our story and we felt like she sincerely cared about our day! She gave us so many great ideas about how the ceremony should go, but was totally open to changing any and everything to meet our needs.

Our ceremony was absolutely beautiful. Her voice and accent are fantastic, and she was just so calm and funny. She incorporated us into the ceremony in a way that we never would have been able to plan on our own. I think the highest compliment we received was in how many people cried during our ceremony- Deidra just did such a fantastic job catching and expressing the essence of our wedding.

I cannot give Deidra a high enough review. She is a fantastic officiant, she gives the most beautiful, wonderful ceremonies.

We met with a few officiants and i just didn't have the same connection with them and I didn't even remotely like their ceremony flow or feeling nearly as much as Deidra's. When we met with her to go over the flow of the ceremony it actually made me emotional! And I don't get emotional that easily, but it was such a beautiful flow and so wonderful.

She is also very open to what you are looking for and makes it all very personable. And she makes it very relaxed, the day is about having fun and being in the moment, she makes sure that is the case. And she really listens to what you want.

Deidra is an amazing officiant! She personalized our ceremony by incorporating our engagement story and the things we love about each other which we loved. Many of my guests commented on how wonderful our ceremony was. It was our favorite part of the wedding too! Deidra spoke so eloquently and you could sense from her words that this is more than a job for her. Deidra gets my highest rating and I promise you that you will more than happy with her as your officiant!

I love Deidra! She personalized our ceremony, created the entire ceremomny plan and was in constant communication from the time we booked her until the wedding. She is extremely professional. She was amazing at our ceremony. We had several guest tell us it was the most beautiful ceremony they had ever seen. I can't recommen her enough.

I just booked Deidra for my August '07 wedding. My hair stylist actually recommended her as we apparently have both been clients of hers for years. We had a lovely meeting with her at her home. She is very nice and also has a great sense of humor. She will provide you with as much or as little guidance as you want/need and has several sugguestions for readings, vows, etc. but of course is totally open to accommodating anything you want. I will update again after the wedding.

Deidra was such a special part of our wedding day and we are so thankful we chose her for the important role of our wedding officiant. She took great care in getting to know us well before the wedding and made our ceremony so special and personal. Our guests were very impressed with the stories that she incorporated from our discussions with her. She has such an elegant and sincere presence, and I must admit her accent makes everything she says all the more beautiful. Deidra married us in October, 2007 and I have finally gotten around to writing up my experience, since I noticed an earlier review for her on this site. Well in advance of the wedding, both of us (Kevin, my now "other half") met with her for more than an hour and a half, during which time she provided us with her suggestions and allowed us to basically create the entire ceremony with her guidance. She walked us through the process and was very thorough about our desires and needs in advance. In the ensuing months prior to the wedding, she answered a number of emails from me with every variety of question that I had (both serious and silly). I think that her sense of humor and understanding definitely helped me to get through the process (including having a soon to be Husband that took his time getting around to doing his vows). The ceremony itself went off without a hitch and Deidra presented a wonderful ceremony, including a rose ceremony for our Moms and stories about how my relationship with my Husband developed, worked into the ceremony. I think that Deidra won everyone over with her calming and professional personality as well as the fact that many of the guests were taken with her Australian accent.
