Delafield Brewhaus

Wow!!! What a great night we had! And we have no one other to thank than the wonderful staff! The food was amazing, the staff was great, and the hall looked beautiful! Tricia was a pleasure to work with! We truly appreciate all the hard work! Our guests made many comments about the Brewhaus, and everyone was pleased!

The Delafield Brewhaus was an amazing place to have our reception. It was beautiful on the inside with a wonderful, cozy (but not crowded) atmosphere.
It was not only one of the nicest places we visited but also had the best service! It was one of the only places that does not charge you to the next barrel or bottle of alcohol but only charges you by the cup! Amazing way to keep the cost down, also it had great food for a great price. Along with all of this the event coordinator there was one of the most helpful we encountered off the bat.
The biggest thing that attracted us to this place was the honesty. All of the other vendors made you rent the bigger rooms for what we thought was less people than need be. But the Delafield Brewhaus was honest with seating and how many people the room would hold which made the biggest difference. Also, even down to the day when we did the decorating the staff was right there too to help and give both advice and a much needed hand! Definitely the right choice for a wonderful reception!

Awesome service, and we are still getting compliments on the food, 8 months later. They ended up being our favorite vendor to work with of the night, and are so glad for their attentiveness.

Our wedding reception was absolutely stunning! The food was magnificent! We had so many guests come up to us personally to tell us how wonderful the food was. We had chosen an Italian buffet with the Chicken Parmesan and Lasagna, it was absolutely delicious! (During our taste testing they brought out so much food for the two of us we literally had to box up over half of it to take home!) They also did the set up of our reception in regard to decorations etc. and did an amazing job! We chose to pay them to do this for us because we were not sure if we would have time to do it ourselves and Tricia the manager does such an amazing job of pulling it all together and ensuring the bride and groom as well as their guests are happy. She also responds quickly to phone calls and emails which is such a relief when a couple is trying to plan out the details of a wedding! They also did a great job of cutting our wedding cake and serving our guests not to mention also with the clean up of the decorations at the end of the night. We had absolutely no problems with this venue and they worked hard to make it a perfect night for my husband and myself. I would highly suggest this venue to anyone looking for a fantastic wedding reception site!

I literally could not have asked for a better location for our wedding reception. Trisha worked very closely with me. Answered e-mails I swear within minutes and was so helpful and honest. We had the pasta buffet, it was time consuming but SO WORTH IT. all of our guests could not stop talking about how it was the best dinner at the Wedding they ever had. We hardly did any decorating because the hall itself is beautiful! I highly recommend this to anybody looking for a beautiful, affordable place :)

We had our ceremony and reception here. Tricia the catering manager is fantastic. She helped us with everything. We had the Pasta Bar, everyone loved the food!!!!!!!!!! Alot of comments that it was the best wedding food they had ever had. Would recomennd them highly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had our wedding reception at the Delafield Brewhaus in September 2010. They hold up to 200 people. We were a bit nervous at first that it would be cramped but when it came to the day of the wedding it didn't seem to be cramped at all. We ended up with around 160 however. You are able to go in the day before to decorate if there is not an event going on. We paid them $100 to decorate for us and they did a Beautiful job! I was blown away when I walked in. They were very professional and very pleasant to work with. The food tasted Amazing! I was very satisfied.

This place had us from the time we stepped in the door for a tour. Trisha, the banquet manager, made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. She talked us through everything and helped us with decisions in an honest and down-to-earth way. If you are looking for a place that is a little more relaxed for a fun evening, this is the place for you. Also VERY reasonably priced since they are a bar & restaurant, so it's none of that "pay for what you open" it's: "pay for what you use".

The Food there was the best Reception I've had. We had the specialty pasta buffet. It was a very great dinner. Not at all what we expected in the dinner but it was wonderful.

We used the Delafield Brewhaus for our wedding reception. It was beautiful and the food was great. They were very flexible and allowed us to enter the site early for set up. I would say it states it holds 200 people, I would say 175 should be about the most. We had approximately 150 and that was a perfect number.

Tricia Knutson, the banquet manager, is friendly and helpful. She is quick to respond to your questions and helped us create a unique menu that our guests loved. The price was reasonable and the service was great.

We used this restaurant for our rehearsal lunch and it was perfect. They were extremely flexible and accommodating in terms of menu and very reasonable price-wise. Our guests had a great time and we were able to linger for as long as we wanted.

They gave us a separate area for our rehearsal dinner. Included separate wait staff and bartender. Pizza buffet.
