The cake was excellent both in taste and appearance. It was decorated exactly as requsted.
The only two comments I would caution people about are (1) that she put shredded coconut under the cake platforms between layers. I assume there was a reason for this, but since I had not requested it, it was a suprise. Luckily both DH and I like coconut. (2) She requested the cake platforms be returned but did not let us know until after the wedding. The reception location disposed of 2 of the platforms.
