The staff at Derks are friendly. The tuxes looked nice and they have a wide range of colors and styles to choose from. However, they make it difficult to get alterations done when you go to pick up the tux right before the wedding. You have to bring the tux to a different location on the other side of the city, which is stressful to do the day before the wedding. One tux had a stain on the shirt and another had buttons falling off. I also think other tux rental places in Edmonton charge a cheaper rate as well, so I'm not sure I'd go with Derks again if I had the chance.

Derks was the only place in Edmonton that we found that did suit rentals. They were incredibly helpful in finding exactly what colors/style we wanted. They were also super accommodating as we had some members of our bridal party that were unusually tall!

Excellent service! they had the best selection in the city and have really good customer service. You can try on your size on the spot as well and they were very accomodating as a few groomsmen were out of town!

Derks was the perfect vemndor for the guys! We went there on a Saturday and they helped us right away!! they werent pushy or anythign like that! We loved their service and even out up with me when I had to chnage appointment times because other wedding stuff kept coming up. Their prices were great and ,my husband got his suit for free because off so many other rentals! I would definitely recommend Derks for any mens ware!!
