Designed Cuisine, and Michele Grossman did an outstanding job. Everything was perfect. Everything turned out as planned. The food, service, attentiveness of the staff, everything, helped to make our daughter's wedding an incredible evening.
We will recommend Designed Cuisine without reservation to anyone who asks.

Catering By Michael's simply could not have done a better job. The planning was flawless and stress-free, thanks to the owner Stewart, and our planners Michele and Laurie. Our guests still rave about the food...that was almost 11 years ago! The staff was beyond accomodating and paid attention to every last detail. They arranged for a cake that was not just beautiful, but people ate it, and loved it (our guests still talk about the cake, too!). Phenomenal! The linens, the china, the candles, the smallest detials were completely attended to. My husband and I simply showed up to the best "party" we ever had. Amazing.

I got married 8/09 and Michele Grossman was our contact person at Designed Cuisine. I literally don't have enough positive things about her and the day she planned for us. My mother and I were so, so thankful for all the energy she gave to us and how far above and beyond she went for my wedding. She really made the day.

First things first-- the food was absolutely amazing. All of our guests said that it was the best, most creative food they had ever had at a wedding. They also commented on how nice and professional all the staff was and how eager they were to make sure everyone had what they needed. We were completely, totally thrilled with how everything went the day of the wedding. We had a logistically challenging affair-- it was in my parents' backyard in Wisconsin-- so they did all the catering and plating in our garage. They were not ideal circumstances to say the least. But everything was gorgeous and went off without a hitch. There were so many things that could have gone wrong, but it could not have been more perfect. Everything ran totally smoothly and we all just loved every single thing on the menu. We could not have been more satisfied.

Michele herself was like my and my mother's personal hero by the time the wedding came around. She did so much more than she had to-- fielded millions of questions from me over email, made so many great suggestions apart from the catering, spent hours with us going over the logistics of the day. She really cared about the day being perfect and working smoothly and totally stepped up and acted almost as the party planner-- helping us deal with the tent company and all the details that come up when you have an outdoor wedding (electricity, wiring, etc.) She didn't have to do any of this, but did it all without having to be asked. I really have no idea how we could have had the wedding without her-- she was an amazing, invaluable resource who really made the whole wedding. Her advice, planning and great, professional judgment were all so incredibly helpful and indispensable. We LOVED her. She also happens to be a super, super nice person.

My mother and I both agree that we would never have any future party catered by anyone other than Michele and her team. They were amazing and exceeded expectations on absolutely every count.
