When I and Sebastian started thinking about our wedding, we thought it would be easy to put it together. Oh boy, we were wrong…

Luckily we met you, so having the party of our dreams wasn’t scary any more :) You took every single detail under your personal control and coordinated all the vendors with an ease.

I would like to thank you for referring amazing wedding professionals as well: MC/DJ, center piece rentals, bridal salon, officiant, bakery and much more. Every single vendor was outstanding and performed exceeding my expectations.

Thank you for keeping me sane and making me smile when I had a huge black stain on my dress before my grand entrance. I could’t have dealtwith that disaster on my own. It went unnoticed and smooth.

I appreciate every minute of your work preparing for the event and your hard work during the wedding. You handled all the aspects with a genuine smile and warm friendly disposition. You are a true professional in your field and I and Sebastian are honored that we had you to manage our big day.

I found having a coordinator helpful with keeping everything on time.

Fidan was a fantastic Wedding Day-Of Cooridinator! Not only was she immediately responsive with communication, but she was professional, SO accommodating and very understanding.

She and her team gave me the ability to have peace of mind and the ability to enjoy my wedding day by setting up all the details I had gathered for our wedding. Though I wasn't able to set things up that day, I had confidence in Fidan and she definitely delivered! Everything was perfect and she took care of every detail I asked for and more.

I loved that she collaborated with me to create a customized itinerary for the day - that was so incredibly helpful and one of our most important lifelines for how the day ran.

Fidan was so flexible and really allowed me to feel like I could have the wedding of my dreams, without the stress on the day-of. I suppose that's why her company is called 'Designed Dream'! A perfect name for her services.

I have to admit, I am a worrywart and a bit of a control freak. I am one of those brides who thought I didn't really even need a wedding coordinator, but would get one "just in case" as a sort of insurance against unexpected catastrophes on the big day. I didn't anticipate what a mess I'd be when the day came - I had a few vendors who were a bit "flaky", so all morning I couldn't stop thinking about what if one didn't show up, or what if the other was late...
The best feeling ever (other than walking back down the aisle) was when Fidan's assistant came running up to me with her phone, put Fidan on the line, and she said "everything is under control. The flowers are here, the cake is a little late but I spoke with them and it's on its way. We are on schedule. Just enjoy your big day." After that, I had a blast! It really was the best day of my life. And as it turned out, I DID need a wedding coordinator after all. By the time dinner rolled around, my entire wedding party was, shall we say lightly inebriated, and nobody had a clue what to do. Fidan directed everyone gently, and kept things running smoothly while staying fairly invisible throughout the night. Thanks Fidan!

Fidan is a great person to work with. My wife and I felt an instant connection with her since we first interviewed about a year ago for a "wedding "day of" coordination. She comes to meetings well prepared with answers and suggestions for our concerns. She is also very responsive to our needs through emails and texting! No task is too big for Fidan; you can leave everything up to Fidan and you can be sure that you will not have to think about it again.
Fidan also worked well with our own vendors. She respected our wishes as far as keeping all our traditions intact. I have referred Fidan to one of my friends who is getting married soon. I know Fidan will also do a great job for them as she did for our wedding! Thanks Fidan!

I really appreciated having Fidan around during the rehersal and my wedding day. It was such releif having you around and helping me with what needed to be done. Our wedding took place outside of Canada, but still I can only guess what it would have been without Designed Dream's assistance and consultations. Fidan was brilliant in setting the right tone for our big event by advising everything from season trends up to the complete logistics of our wedding. Fidan assisted me in designing invitations and favours, ideas for creating centrepieces that we later used back home while planning our wedding there. She got a great understanding of my needs and taste and was willing to spend as much time as needed with us. I felt like it was a friend of mine who was helping me plan my wedding! She spent enough time with me, so when I had to depart for my special event, I was fully prepared. I would strongly recommend using Fidan's assistance to reduce great stress associated with preparation of the most important day in your life.

They were very engaging way before the wedding to cover every detail in advance and to contact all our vendors!!
My wedding was on September 10, 2011 at West River, Vaughan. They arrived early to coordinate and ensure that everything's okay!! We had an outdoor ceremony with officiants, staffers, decorators, photographers, videographers, musicians and lots going on... But we didn't have to think about anything but to enjoy the moment and let Fidan and her assistant take care of every single detail!!
At night for our reception, Fidan took care of everything that went on. All the Vendors including DJs, MC, banquet waiters, chefs, captains, and everybody involved in communicated with them rather than us so we could enjoy the night.
The Designed Dream team stayed till the end to respond to every request that we had!! They made it happen and we strongly recommend Fidan and her team to coordinate your event!! They are professional, they are thorough, they work with your budget, they should be on your speed dial if you are getting married!!! We are glad we went with them... So worth it!!!!! Fidan is the sweetest person, and the best wedding planner anyone could ever ask for. My husband and I realized about 6 weeks before the wedding that we would need an extra pair of hands to help us pull off the big day. Fidan came into the picture as our day-of wedding-coordinator, and was able to pick up all the loose ends that we had created up til then, and provide so much advice and direction to the planning process. For anyone who wants to plan their own wedding from scratch, as my husband and I did, I just want to say that hiring a day-of coordinator will be the best decision you will ever make.
