Destiny Limo

My wife and I chose destiny Limo based on a recommendation from our venue. We made several changes to the pick up time in the last month leading up to the wedding but each time a change was made, I received an email confirmation of the new pick up/drop off time. On the day of the wedding construction on the 101 caused a 5 minute delay to the arrival time at our house but they were still able to get my wife and her bridesmaids to the venue on time. My only issue is that most of my calls would go directly to voicemail, but Paisley would always return my call the same day. The Limo was clean, A/C was worked well, and the driver was friendly. We would not hesitate to use this vendor again.

not what i expected...the limo arrived an hour late...the driver was not dress properly...my daughter insisted in picking up her best friend ( she is a 14year old) as she planned ahead of time...as a result they arrived 45 min late at her church service...my daughter had to walk in in the middle of the mass....according to her the limo was hot inside..my mother keeps insisting that if it had air conditioner that it did not matter if there were 14 passangers..it was a strech hammer limo...the driver promise to give the girls a half hour extra only gave them 15 min... JOy said that if she knew she would of had stay at least in for more time....at first they say that cuz of traffic...but then day say that the driver did not show up...i gave then a 2 star because i was refunded an hour...but still if i hire the service it was because i had the money to pay for wich i did one day in advance with my credit card.......

The company was sold after I placed my deposit, and I wasn't informed until I emailed to confirm services the month before the wedding.

I originally booked just a transfer service because of the price ($150, which included tip). We did two transfers, one for the men and one for the women. The driver took the men first, but didn't actually know where my wedding venue was; my now-husband had to direct him. Apparently there was an ipod hookup in the back of the limo, but it didn't work. When us girls got in the car, we asked him if he had an ipod hookup, and the driver said he wasn't sure and eventually said no.

Overall, I should have just had a friend drive us to the wedding because it really wasn't worth the money.

Not only was this a complete waste of money, we had a terrible experience with this company for our recent wedding. The first limo was being driven by someone who looked to be fresh out of the DMV from getting his driver's license and was dressed incredibly sloppy. The worst part? We had just finished our ceremony and hopped into the limo for our reception and the limo wreaked of vomit!!!

The second pickup was from our reception to our hotel and I go outside to get some things into the limo and the driver informs me that I have not paid yet and I need to give him cash. This was false, as the company had my credit card on file and AS IT WAS MY WEDDING DAY, did he really expect me to have $150 in cash tucked away in my wedding dress? The driver argued with me until I finally convinced him to call whomever runs the company to verify that they were going to charge my card, and voila, I was right. What an absurd request of a bride leaving her wedding. Totally unprofessional!

If you're considering transportation, don't! It's the only regret I have from my wedding. It's a waste of money and if your experience is anything like mine, it will haunt you for quite some time.

Great company to work with. Great pricing too. The driver was very prompt and professional. Would use this company again and recommend to others.
