Kelly was fantastic! We used her as a day-of-coordinator and it was the best decision. We didn't have to worry about anything that weekend, because we knew everything was taken care of. She kept everything running smoothly. She was easy to get in touch with and kept made sure everything was planned leading up to the wedding. I would absolutely recommend her. And to make it even better - she was half the price of everyone else!

Kelly was just great, from our first meeting to the conclusion of my daughter's wedding. Once we met, agreed on her fee, and talked about the budget, Kelly took it from there. My daughter couldn't spend a lot of time on the details due to her out of town job. Kelly's suggestions for venue, photographer, entertainment, etc. were great, and it was nice having her recommendations to start the process. We elected to have Kelly with us the day of the wedding, and it made my day that much more enjoyable. She quickly took care of any little snafu's with no fuss and she handled any last minute details with the various vendors. With Kelly's reassurances, we could all devote ourselves totally to savoring one of the best days of our life.

Kelly Miller was the perfect wedding planner for us. She was organized, professional, and most of all extremely accessible. Our wedding was planned in 7 months, and having no idea where to start, she guided us through the whole process. Our wedding day ended up being perfect, with no problems (or if there were, we didn't know about it). Best of all, she was nice enough to collect all of our things at the end of the night and keep it for us until we got back from our honeymoon! We can't say enough good things about her and would strongly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding.

I called Kelly when my wedding venue cancelled (yep, cancelled) on me 5 months prior to my wedding. I was on a budget, but didn't have the time or energy to restart my whole search. I chose the Venue Search/Contract Review option from Kelly's a la carte "menu" of services - Kelly listened to everything I was looking for in a venue and promptly returned a detailed list of venues with pricing for my date and party size. She set up my visits, followed up with me after each appointment, and did an AMAZING job with the contract review, answering my many questions, and even advising me on how to negotiate a better package! During the relatively short time we worked together, I always felt like Kelly had plenty of time for me, and my wedding was fantastic - she really did save the day! I wish I could have used her for additional services, and would definitely recommend her. Thanks, Kelly!

I felt like Kelly did a wonderful job keeping us on track and schedule throughout the process of planning our wedding. She had a lot of connections within the wedding industry which allowed us to just choose from ones that she worked with before and recommended. All the vendors that we found through her ended up being wonderful, especially the DJ and the photographer. Also, she did a ton of research on venues and called and got pricing from all of them which saved us a ton of time and hassle.
I would strongly recommend Kelly for anybody that is trying to get married and is having trouble getting started like we were.

We have nothing but great things to say about Kelly. She was definitely worth the money (and actually if you look at her fee in comparison to her peers, she is a bit of a bargain). My husband and I are not from Philadelphia and we don't live in Philadelphia, so we needed someone to tell us the lay of the land and to help us to find a venue and vendors. We both work a lot so we wanted to have someone to keep track of everything for us and she definitely kept us on track. We wanted something simple, yet elegant...and Kelly helped us to achieve just that with, truthfully, no headaches. Kelly saved us a lot of time and stress. She was always professional and always followed through on what she said she would do.
We never felt micro-managed or pushed into making decisions. Kelly was totally open to hearing about what we wanted. She sat with us on conference calls with the vendors helping us to ask the right questions. We had a fairly small wedding (just over 40 guests). We also had a very diverse group of guests...and Kelly was very sensitive to that fact and worked well with us. On the wedding day, she and her assistant made sure that everything ran smoothly. We didn't have to worry about anything. Kelly is awesome!

Kelly did an amazing job as a day-of coordinator. When we first met her, we knew she was the one. She was organized, calm, and very professional.
She helped us to create the reception that we wanted. She wrote a detailed schedule for the day. She contacted all of our vendors and assured us that everything would go smoothly. She was always on time, professional, and informative.
On the day of, my husband and I didn't worry about a thing. We trusted that Kelly would take care of everything and she did. She was completely behind the scenes and polite to all of our guests. We couldn't have asked for more.

We hired Kelly as a day-of planner for our wedding (about 100 guests, ceremony in a church, reception about a mile away). My fiancé and I initially didn't think we needed a planner but, as we got the planning process underway, we decided that we didn't want to risk needing a planner and not having one. We emailed Kelly, met with her a few days later, then signed a contract the following week.
What we found as we worked with each vendor was that each one had their own slightly different timeline and we appreciated having Kelly to get everyone onto the same one. She contacted each vendor and worked with them to come up with one timeline that everyone could follow. We had so many things to think about as the wedding approached that it was a relief to have Kelly handle this time consuming task.
In the month or so before the wedding, Kelly checked in with us to see how things were coming along and mention things that hadn't crossed our mind. Table numbers are just one of the things that we likely would have forgotten about if she hadn't mentioned it!
We both were glad that we decided to hire a planner as on our wedding day there was someone who could focus on everything coming together while we focused on getting married. We were especially pleased with the service that Kelly provided. She was friendly, hard-working, and easy to reach and we both have no hesitation in recommending her services.

My mom decided that she really wanted to get a day of coordinator for my wedding. She wanted to make sure we could enjoy our day and not worry about the schedule and flow of things. My mom also did not want to be stressed on the day of the wedding by having to take control of anything. I contacted Kelly after reading some great reviews of her online. She lived up to all of the reviews. Prior to the wedding, I emailed her with some concerns and she helped me figure things out. About a month before the wedding, she went to my walkthrough at the reception venue and helped figure out the timing and location of things. She did a very detailed timeline and it really helped the day run smoothly. She helped set things up where I wanted them at the ceremony and reception site. She also gathered all of my things at the end of the night and helped get them to my mom’s car. She is extremely detail oriented and was friendly throughout the whole process. She definitely lessened my stress and my mom’s stress level.

I can't find enough good things to say about Kelly Miller. At first we weren't sure if we needed a wedding planner to help with our "day-of" coordination but looking back-- this day would not have come together without her. I would describe Kelly as the calming presence in the midst of a very chaotic and emotional day. Whenever something went wrong or got mixed up (and believe me they happened more than once) Kelly was on top of it to find the right solution. The best thing about Kelly is that she allowed my wife and I to enjoy our day. I have always heard horror stories about couples that look back at their wedding day and can't remember anything because they were too busy taking care of the minor details. With Kelly it was like the wedding was on auto-pilot and we could really just soak up our friends and family and enjoy the day. We are extremely grateful for the services that Kelly provided and would recommend her to anyone who wants to enjoy their day to the fullest.

I always considered myself to be a DIY person and thought that my wedding would be the same way. I hired Kelly because I was having trouble planning my wedding from out of town and thought that I needed someone locally to help out. This was the best decision I made. Looking back on it, out of town or not, I am so glad I hired her. I was also concerned about having the extra cost of a wedding planner on a limited budget, but the money that Kelly saved me on vendors more than made up for that. When I was looking for a wedding vendors Kelly would send me a list of names of people who were all in my price range and met whatever criteria I was looking for. All of the people that she found for me where cheaper then what I could find on my own, with the same, if not better quality.
Kelly is also very organized. For each meeting we had together, she took detailed notes and hardly ever missed anything. She was also very responsive by either phone or email. For my wedding day, she made a detailed timeline, which she referred to and revised multiple times in the weeks leading up to my wedding. The day of my wedding went very smoothly, with Kelly assisting with details, setting up areas for the ceremony and reception and making sure that I was well taken care of.

We hired Kelly Miller for her “Day Of Coordinator" services for our wedding this past June and it was one of the smartest wedding decisions we made. After spending months trying to plan each detail on our own and with the help of family and friends, we slowly began to realize that continuing to pay such close attention to each detail was causing more time, energy, and frustration than we wanted for our wedding. We contacted Kelly who responded to us immediately. Each step along the way, Kelly always responded promptly. Our wedding was not the most typical, so we wanted someone who would be able to handle a wedding that was a bit outside the box. Even during our initial meeting Kelly was friendly, calm, laid-back, and gave us a strong sense of confidence that she would help us to make our wedding day flow as we imagined. From this first meeting, Kelly was proactive in asking us questions about how we wanted the day to go, even bringing up questions we hadn’t thought about. We decided right away that we wanted to hire her. She helped us organize and stay on track with timing without ever being pushy. She worked really well with all of our vendors and helped to keep them on track too. She always responded with information when she said she would. She always showed up prepared when she said she would. When we were flustered, she remained calm which helped us to be more calm too. On the actual wedding day, everything seemed to go so smoothly. She brought an extra person to help with decorations and created a beautiful space. She helped organize the deliveries and made sure everything was in it's place. She told everyone where they needed to be and when, again in a calm and friendly way. We never felt like she was in the way, and it always brought a smile to our faces to see her during the reception because we knew that she was getting us ready for the next fun thing: first dance, cupcakes, etc. If there were any snags along the way that day, we were not aware of them, which is exactly how we wanted it to be. The day just felt like it flowed. We can't thank Kelly enough!

Kelly enabled us to have the wedding we wanted without breaking the budget. She was great at finding vendors in our price range and then negiotiating if needed to get us the best value. She saved us thousands at our venue that we at first thought was out of our reach. She is also highly organized and kept us on track as far as deadlines and payments due. After trying to plan a wedding on our own for about 2 months, my mother quickly realized we had no idea what we were doing. We hired Kelly, with her full planning package, and it was the best decision we made. She’s incredibly organized, always easy to reach, and just generally a nice person to work with. This was especially helpful closer to the wedding since she was keeping track of all the invoice due dates, so she'd simply let me know what was due and we'd pay the bill. She also put together a minute-by-minute timeline for the entire wedding. On the big day we had a minor mix-up with the flowers and Kelly had the problem fixed in less than 10 minutes! I used Kelly Miller for my wedding on 9/19/2009. I engaged her for the Day Of package and she exceeded all of my expectations! I was having my ceremony and reception in the same place, a dance studio, which was not your typical setting. I needed someone to work with me on the schedule and to be in charge of that schedule during the day. Kelly worked with me very early on and had many detailed questions about the day. Since I work in the wedding industry (for a wedding photographer), I knew that hiring a planner would be helpful in a number of ways (recommending great vendors, keeping you on track and on budget, and making sure the day of goes smoothly, etc.). We were planning our wedding in Philly but we currently live in Brooklyn so I searched for a planner on The Knot. Based on her positive reviews and affordable price point, we met with Kelly and we totally clicked with her. Hiring Kelly to help us plan our wedding was absolutely the best decision we made.
We started working with Kelly before we even found our venue and she helped us with everything! From the venue, florist, caterer, the hotel for guests... she did it all! For each vendor, she provided lots of options within our budget, handled all of the scheduling of the meetings and phone calls, and gave us a helpful list of questions to ask. She motivated me and my fiance to stay on top of our to-do lists and she offered helpful options and opinions to all of our questions.
