Super conveient and great prices! Great company for brides on a budget! My mom and I spent weeks searching stores and online for reasonably priced centerpieces. I knew what I wanted, but I couldn't believe how expensive things were. Then we stumbled apon Details-on-a-Dime. It was perfect! The prices were reasonable, the service (delivery, pick-up and cleaning) was included and the quality was tremedous. They saved us a lot of money, which allowed us to splurge in other aspects of the wedding. My cousin is now using them next month!

We were on a very tight budget when trying to organize our wedding. I couldn't believe how far we were able to stretch our dollar through Details-on-a-Dime. Sondra was excellent to work with. She was very flexible and accomodating, and gave us a lot great decorating ideas. The vases, votives, and mirrors we ordered were packaged and ready to be picked up a week before our wedding. All we had to do was add our own little personal touches and it made the room look so elegant. People to this day still talk about how beautiful the place looked and ask me who I hired. They couldn't believe we did it ourselves, but we always recommend to them Details-on-a-Dime.

About Details-on-a-Dime

Details-on-a-Dime specializes in wedding decoration rentals in the Greater Cincinnati area. We offer several centerpiece packages or you can design your own by selecting your own vase or lantern and then add votives and a mirror. For example, a 3 piece Block Vase, 12" mirror, and 4 votives rent for $12. Our services are perfect for the do-it-yourself bride. We rent small, but important pieces that bring everything together. A popular item is our 8 piece Candy Buffet set. It includes 8 containers (4 large apothecary) 2 scoops, ladles, tongs for $50 . Rather than purchasing your decorative vases, candleholders, mirrors, ceremony and reception supplies, we let you rent and return the goods after your wedding.

What items are available for rental?

Do you provide customary wedding items, such as Chuppahs or Mandaps?

No, we do not.

Do you have a showroom available for the client to come preview rental items?

Yes, please call 513-205-6587 and set up an appointment. We operate from out of our home and are located in the Anderson Twp. area.

How far in advance do you suggest reserving rental items?

We advise 3 months before the event. This also varies depending on our inventory.

Can the order be modified close to the event date?

The last day to modify your order is 2 weeks prior to your event. Items that are ordered just for your event may not be changed within 6 weeks of the event.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Once the contract is signed, your event scheduled, and a 50% deposit is paid, all payments are non-refundable. Services may be cancelled 30 days prior to the event and you would not be obligated to pay the balance of your invoice.

What are your hours of delivery?

All delivery services are negotiable based on the number of items, bulkiness, and delivery location.

Do you have a minimum order size for delivery?

All delivery services are negotiable.

What if guests spill food, drinks, etc. on the rental items?

Renter assumes full responsibility of item upon possession, and agrees to pay full replacement cost for lost or damaged items.
