Everyone at Devenir were very professional and polite, all my girls had nothing but good things to say about them!!!

Makeup was done in timely fashion (without prev. trial runs) with natural look. Hairstylist knew without needing a pic what style I'd picked and she didn't even need to refer to pic I'd printed out the night before. Both hair and makeup on all the girls were simple but professional!

Horrible experience and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!! My mother and I arrive early to this dark building with no one around and I mean no one, I call to make sure I am at the right place and hear the phone ringing from the outside so we just sat and waited. The hairstylist walked up and said her hello's and then all of a sudden the lights turn out so my mother and I are sitting there in complete darkness while the hairstylist tries to turn the lights back on. Meanwhile the makeup artist arrived and I asked if she does airbrush and she did not. To make a long story short she had left because she couldn't do airbrush. Finally, another woman arrives in mens sweatpants and a sweatshirt and didn't even say hello and opened the door for us to come in while the hairstylist could set up. While that is happening they couldn't get the lights to come on in the room off the side of the guest/receptionist room. The lady was rude and not accommodating or apologetic. We decided to go ahead and get my hair done the lady was nice and all, but it was just uncomfortable and I didn't care what my hair looked like because the whole time in my head I kept saying I just can't wait to leave. She finally finished it wasn't what I wanted. I was so happy and relieved to get out of that dirty place. PLEASE DON'T EVER GO THERE!!!
