Diamond Bridal almost ruined my day. I was in Diamond Bridal on a Saturday to find out the stutus of my bridemaid dresses...and she had to call that Monday to find out why the dresses were delayed. Well from that day to this one e-mails/phone calls have not been returned and I when I went to the store, it was closed, each time. In the end I was able to get my dresses from the manufacture 2 days before the wedding... Dessy Group saved me. I still had to purchase the dress once again because Diamond Bridal never did.

Sharon at Diamond's Bridal is amazing!I had original ordered my gown about 2 years before my wedding from William and Anna. After my dress came in I tried it on and questioned the size. Anna assured me that it was the right size and that I just lost weight and alterations could easily fix the fact that it was too big. At the time I was just happy my dress came in, so I didn't really care. Well, about 6 months went by and I decided to go back and try my dress on again. This time, I had gained a little weight. However, my dress was still WAY too big. During this trying on I discovered that Anna was no longer the owner of Diamond's Bridal. I expressed my concern to Sharon and she pulled out a measuring tape and measured my dress in front of me. And, surprise surprise, the dress was not the size I ordered. Sharon offered to reorder the dress for me, in the correct size! When the dress came in about 4 months later, I tried it on again. This time...it fit like a glove! I did not need a single alteration! I was so excited! Sharon saved my wedding day!!!! Because of how wonderful Sharon was and the way she handled my situation, I decided to get my bridesmaid dresses from her store! I am so glad that I did! My girls loved their dresses! The quality of service that Sharon provides is beyond extraordinary. She went out of her way to make sure my wedding was perfect! I am so glad that she was able to fix a problem that the previous owners would not own up to! If you are getting married and looking for a store with excellent customer service, and an owner that treats you like a princess, I highly recommend Diamond's Bridal! Sharon did an excellent job!

I went into Diamond's just browsing for bridesmaid dresses and left with not only bridesmaids dresses but a wedding dress and accessories. There Alfred Angelo selection is first rate and the staff there knows their stuff. Highly recommeded. People thought my dress was a custom designed dress!

Sarah at Diamond's Bridal made the most beautiful and exquisite rhinestone hairpiece for me from scratch. I showed her my dress and about 4 or 5 different things that I liked on-line relating to what I wanted. She made something so spectacular I still can't believe that it was for me. Unbelievably, she took all the things from what I wanted and incorporated the design from the train of my gown and created pure BEAUTY. I thank her for the special touch and special care she used. I feel blessed that I wore something so beautiful. And again...made from scratch.THANK YOU SARAH!!!!

After Months of searching for the perfect dress, I finally found what I wanted, and Diamond's was the only place I could order it from. I felt so lucky that I found a shop in Raleigh that sold my dress! They took my measurements, I placed the order, and they were even able to price match the dress's price against Bridal Mart (Burlington, NC). They called me as soon as my dress came in. I made appointments for Alterations through Duke's Tailor with Anna. It was a very pleasant experience, and Anna knew everything about dresses. She knew what would look good, she knew how to alter and care for the dress, and she remembered the little things, like wearing shoes when you do alterations, etc. It was kind of pricey, but I imagine all things dealing with wedding gowns are. I was very pleased with the quality. When i had a problem with my dress after my bridal shots (loose cloth near waist), when I took it back to be kept/cleaned, I mentioned it to Anna and she was able to fix the issue so I was good to go on the day of the wedding! They(duke's) work around you if you need weekend appointments, yet somewhat stickler for when you can pick up your dress. I would recommend Diamond's and Duke's Tailor to any of my girl friends!

Anna at Diamond's Bridal was a god send for me, since I was basically dress shopping all on my own. I was not originally planning on buying my dress there but Anna managed to find me the perfect dress and help me make it a unique gown just for me. Anna was also very patient with me constantly bugging her with wanting to come back multiple times to try the dress on, as well as, once my dress arrived, with multiple fittings. I recommend Anna and Diamond's Bridal to every bride.

Anna is wonderful and her husband William is very kind. Be sure to make an appointment as the shop is small and Anna does the consultations herself. If you're a walkin and she's with another client she won't be able to help you. We ordered 6 Bill Levkoff dresses in 3 different styles and all were wonderful. Anna even did some extreme alterations for a bridesmaid who did not fit into her dress (the bridesmaids fault, not the shop). While the service was wonderful, I do not recommend Bill Levkoff dresses as the adjustable straps on all the dresses had ripped off by the end of the evening and we had issues with the vendor shipping the dresses to the shop later than quoted.

For all brides in the Triangle, please do not go to this vendor. The following is my Wedding Dress disaster story...I ordered my Maggie Sottero dress from Anna and her husband in January 2008 for my wedding in October 2008. All seven of my bridesmaids also bought their dresses here. First, when my bridesmaids dresses came in, the sizes were way off. The bridesmaids were all professionally measured, their weight did not fluctuate, and yet most of the girls had over $100 in alterations. This is one of the worst feelings to know that your bridesmaids are dissatisfied with their dresses, and they have had to spend even more than normal to have the dresses fit them.Secondly, my Wedding Dress experience was ruined by Anna. When my dress came in (7 months after it was ordered), it was placed in a plastic bag. No garment bag provided, just a big, wrinkled gown in the wrong size. When I questioned the color, Anna verified that due to my skin tone, she "felt" this color would have suited me better. Per Anna, "My ladies with darker skin tones look better in whiter gowns." With my naivety in full gear, and thinking that I was speaking to a professional wedding expert, I took the dress home. Seven months of waiting, I just wanted my dress, and in a shocked state, I stupidly took the dress home. Finally, I contacted the manufacturer that informed me that I had the wrong size, yet Anna tried to pawn this dress off on me saying it was indeed, a 2Petite. My next step was letting Anna know that I was not satisfied with the size or the color of my dress. With this, Anna let me know that I could pay for the dress I wanted to be shipped, and I would need to return the wrong dress immediately. So what happened? The contract that I made sure to sign back in January 2008 indicated the color and size that I originally wanted. Legally, I was covered. After a month of tears and haggling with Anna, as well as hearing groans from my bridesmaids, I finally put on the dress of my dreams. By this time, Anna had my family and me sign a document that we would never do business with her again. However, why would I ever want to do business with this lady again? I made an appointment at Duke's Tailor not long after that, because my wedding dress needed minor alterations. The lady on the other end of the phone, took my name and information, and I remember thinking how familiar the voice sounded. When I arrived at Duke's Tailor, there stood Anna, waiting to alter my wedding dress...the same Anna that made us sign a document to never due business with her again...She never laid a hand on my dress. Please read other reviews for Diamond's and Anna at: Triangle.Citysearch.comDo not let this happen to you...

While I had no problems with David's Bridal, I did see that the staff was a bit rude to other customers. I always went alone and never tried on dresses here. I already knew what dress I wanted and just ordered it. They didn't need to do any alterations or anything so my experiences with them were limited. But, everything came on time. My bustle broke right away on the day of the wedding but we pinned it up and it was fine. They also sent my dress out to be cleaned and preserved and it looks great. Not the friendliest atmosphere but it got the job done.

I loved my dress, but the service was not great. They were not very helpful, and I had to contact them repeatedly to make sure things were going to be completed by my wedding date.

Buying a dress from Anna and her husband was overall a very pleasurable experience. I made an appointment back in January for my wedding in October. It was so nice because with an appointment, I was her only client for that time. I had her sole attention and she gave me some great advice about picking a dress. The dress I bought was one she picked out! When I came back in July for a fitting, we were the only ones in the store around 5 pm. Another lady came in wanting to look at debutante gowns, and Anna apologized, saying she was helping her bride (me) and didn't have time to show her them. She potentially lost out on a sale because she didn't want to leave me! I was impressed. She is very professional in the dressing room and I didn't feel at all awkward with her helping me into the dress. I do feel like she overcharged us a little for the alterations on my dress. She charged over $200 to hem about half an inch off the bottom. I know it was a Maggie Sottero, but that seems a bit much. Still, it was nice to handle everything straight through her shop and not have to deal with other outside vendors. She steamed and pressed my dress and veil for my bridal portrait and before the wedding as well. I loved my dress, and overall I would recommend paying Anna a visit.

I got the full wedding package which included my alterations as well as a discount for all my bridesmaids on their dresses and a discount on my shoes and invitations. I was always able to get an appointment when I needed one and the owners were so very nice. I had no problems with anything here.
