Our experience at Diamond Brokers was outstanding! Steven took very good care of us throughout the entire buying process. He answered all of our questions and listened to what we wanted. He went above and beyond to make our wishes a reality. The prices were unbelievable for what you get! Their prices were lower than some discount online jewelry places we looked at. I got much more of a high quality ring at Diamond Brokers than I could have bought anywhere else. Don't go to the mall! Stay local. You can get a high quality ring, a better diamond and better metals for extremely reasonable prices! Steven is also a jewelry designer, and he altered my ring slightly so the two bands would sit flush against each other. I bought my husband's wedding ring there and had it engraved with no problems. It turned out beautifully. I would go back in a heartbeat!

My fiance bought my ring at this store and it is so so so beautiful. They sell rings here for 10% over the price he buys them. We compared similar rings to Kays and BB&B and for the the same quality rings- diamond brokers of memphis had so much better prices. AND I'm really picky. Engraving is only an extra $15.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Let me explain: I bought my wife's engagement and wedding bands here just over 3 yrs ago, spending over $3K. I was underwhelmed by the customer service then, but found exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price.
About a week ago, my wife noticed that one of the channel set diamonds in her wedding band had cracked. I called in and was told by the lady who answered that the diamond was covered under warranty and would be replaced.
When I took the rings in - I was going to have them cleaned and rhodium plated as well – the owner – I think his name is Steven – informed me that a cracked diamond was not covered. A cracked diamond was due to an impact, but if a diamond were to fall out or something of the like, that would be covered. This actually made decent sense to me, and even though I wasn’t thrilled about it, I agreed to pay what he was asking to replace the diamond. When I cordially requested that he make sure his other workers knew how the warranty worked, he interrupted and began to get quite abrasive. Then he said that had one of the prongs broke because of an impact, that would have been covered under the warranty. I chuckled and said, “That doesn’t seem very consistent to me.” He replied, very sarcastically, “I’m sorry that I’m not making sense to you. That’s just how it works. Do you want to do it or not?” I said, “It makes sense to me; it’s just that the policy isn’t consistent.” He replied, “Do you want to do it or not?” Finally, I said, “Forget it. I’ll gladly go somewhere else to get this diamond replaced. I’m really quiet surprised that this is how you treat a customer that spent over three grand at your store.”
Throughout the conversation, it was as if I was simply a bother to him. He didn’t want to deal with me. He made that abundantly clear as he invited me multiple times to refuse the service he was offering. I promised him when I left, “You just lost yourself a good deal of business.” I certainly hope that some of you read this and decide to take your business elsewhere.
