My husband and I picked out my engagment ring at Diamonds direct and also our wedding bands. The value of our rings was exceptional! I am very pleased with service that we recieved each visit to the store.

What a selection! The staff is so eager to help you find that perfect ring! My husband purchased the engagment ring, and we were so impressed with the options and service that we both went back to get our bands from the same place! We had so much fun picking out our bands, and even now, we go and get them shined and serviced! Thank you so much!

DD went above and beyond to get us the best price on our diamond. The customized every part, down to me personally selecting my center stone out of a line-up of solo stones. They're nice, easy to work with, and professional.

My husband bought my engagement ring and wedding band here. He had his grandmother's diamond reset in a beautiful 1920's art deco design......1 carat solitaire with 2 diamond side stones, each 1/4 carat.....filagree design and etching around both bands. I just love them. Diamonds Direct did an awesome job resetting the diamond and were very helpful in suggesting designs, as my husband did this all on his own. They also resized the rings at no cost, as they were too large. Would definitely recommend using this vendor.

My husband purchased my engagement ring from Diamonds Direct. The selection was awesome and prices great. Before going in I was a little frustrated because I had a ring in my head that I couldn't actually find for sale (by searching online). Diamonds Direct had so many comparable options! It was a great experience. My husband and I also purchased our wedding bands from DD. The bands were an early purchase in wedding planning since we both knew what we wanted. Once our rings arrived, we went to try them on. Mine was too large, so they were going to re-size it from a 5.5 to a 4. His needed to be brushed. They said they would keep the rings until our wedding day. A few weeks before the wedding, we decided to pick up our rings (we had some time to kill and were in the area). We found they re-sized his ring to a size 4! They had not touched my ring. Oh dear. DD apologized, said they would order a new ring for my husband, and re-size mine. Unfortunately when we returned 2 weeks later, we found they still had not ordered the new ring (or fixed mine). This was two weeks before the wedding day and we became a bit frustrated. At first, they were unwilling to help, but (after some nudging) they re-sized my ring and they had a ring just like my husband's in their inventory (which they immediately brushed).Anyway, I still think DD is a great place to shop, but they did mess up a bit on our rings. In the end, everything was great, but they were unwilling to help at times...

I went to Diamonds Direct to look at engagement rings. I didn't know much about diamonds or the process but the manager Mark sat us down personally and told us about what to look for in diamonds. Mark then had me work with Trace. Trace was fantastic. I bought the engagment ring from Diamonds Direct and when I gave it to my fiancee she loved it. The quality was excellent and the price was even better. We also bought our wedding bands. I would highly recommend Diamonds Direct to anyone. Their quality is unsurpassed!!

Got both of our wedding bands here, as well as my wedding jewelry.. love them! DDSP has been wonderful along the whole way, they clean my jewelry when ever needed, and are always happy to help!

I have to say that this place is fantastic. I went to basically every store imaginable to find the perfect engagement ring and finally ended up here(when I say that, I want to first make clear that at the time I was living in Savannah,GA. My Fiance lived in Charlotte, and I have been to almost every jewelry store in Savannah, Charlotte, and Columbia SC). Not only were they flexible on price, they provided me with the best value for quality that I have seen anywhere. I had personalized help throughout my long decision making process, and any questions I ask (which were many) were answered promptly and completely. I enjoyed the experience so much that both myself and my wife purchased our wedding rings there as well. I highly recommend that you visit Diamonds Direct, but first I recommend that you would visit at least one other jewelry store in the area. This way you can fully appreciate how wonderful Diamonds Direct really is, both in service and in value.

All in all great! Wonderful value and beautiful diamond. My only concern is that my diamond became loose before the wedding and after waiting for 45 minutes to have the prongs tightened, it was just as loose 2 hours later, so I'm not sure what happened with the actual service, although the people were nice. :)

How can I explain my utmost favoritism for Diamonds Direct? My husband purchased both my engagement ring and wedding band there and I purchased his wedding band there as well. My diamond is beautiful. There is a day that goes by that I'm not complimented on my diamond. The staff at Diamonds Direct are great. Our professional diamond expert knew all the styles and vendors that led my now husband to picking out the perfect ring. They are knowledgeable and professional. All my nice jewelry will come from Diamonds Direct Southpark.

I looked at a couple places for an engagement ring for my wife, and Diamonds Direct offered by far the best quality for the money. I was not able to spend thousands of dollars on a ring and they offered the perfect diamond that my wife never stops staring at. We also did our wedding bands there and were both very happy with them. Great service all the way around.

I agree with all of the previous reviews 100% and just wanted to let others out there know that this is the place to shop! I tried some of the other jewelers in Charlotte, some that happen to be listed in this review, and just did not get the same level of customer service at the other stores. The great pricing is an added bonus! After having a wonderful experience getting our wedding bands and e.ring at Diamonds Direct, I returned to pick my brides maids gifts (classic pearl studs and bracelets) all at great prices...daily I am urging my fiance to go there to get my wedding gift, reminding him how much we saved on all of our previous purchases! I am looking forward to a life time of purchases from Diamonds Direct!!!

Can't rave enough about Diamonds Direct. I mean, when we got engaged he asked "where do you want to go to look?" I'm like "Diamonds Direct". Is there anywhere else. I just had to many friends tell me for value and quality, Diamonds Direct. We will continue shopping with Diamonds Direct from here on out. They give you 100% of their time and honesty. Love em'.

Diamond's Direct is THE go to place for diamonds. You tell them your budget and what you are looking for. They will show you more options than you will know what to do with! Shauna helped us and she was fabulous. So sweet and knowledgable. I get compliments on my rock all the time! We got great deals on our wedding bands as well. You will also get a 10% off coupon to use after the wedding. ;)

I got my wedding band here, after getting my engagement ring from somewhere else, and they actually helped me design a band that would match my engagement ring. I never felt that the environment was snobby, everyone was always attentive and friendly, especially when you first walk in. Someone ALWAYS comes over right away to ask if you have been helped. They also resized and cleaned my engagement ring for free when I brought it in for an appraisal. When my band came in, the shank (inside thickness) did not match that of my engagement ring. I mentioned that it felt like wearing a "tire" on my finger. Right away, they offered to fix it, and make it match the shank of my engagement ring so they would feel comfortable worn together. When I got them back, it was a PERFECT match, I was so happy. Plus they gave us several discounts on the band, to work with us on our budget. I live 45 minutes north of Diamonds Direct but every time I need something done to my ring(s), I dont go ANYWHERE else, even though it's a pain to go down there. I wont trust anyone else with my rings. Run, dont walk, to Diamonds Direct!!

This is the best place to get the most quality for your money, but don't wait until the last minute. It took 9 weeks for my fiance to receive my engagement ring! Also, they ordered the wrong wedding band for me so that had to be reordered. Thank goodness we went ring shopping 2.5 months before the big day, but even then the correct ring wasn't in until 3 days before we left for Charleston! They did end up taking a couple hundred off the price, but the whole process was still additional stress we didn't need.They also have the best prices for men's wedding bands in the area, the quality can't be beat.

Ultimately, this was a positive experience, but there is a very snobby atmosphere. We went on a sale day three weeks before our wedding with every intention of buying that day. It took 20 minutes to be acknowledged and longer to get help.Once we got help, though, they were very helpful and picked up on our tastes quickly. The rings were in within two and a half weeks in time for the wedding with no problems. The sale was great, and I understand they have them regularly.

I lived out of state and need to have my ring resized before our wedding. I went 2 days before the wedding and they were able to squeeze me in and have my ring back in time for the rehearsal dinner! They have a wonderful selection of jewelry and only sell quality items!

I was so unimpressed with Diamonds Direct. I went in with my mother to shop for an engagement ring and couldn't believe the lack of choices. I found most of the setting to be rather tacky. I also didn't like the idea of not being able to try on the ring in it's actual form. I just couldn't visualize any of those being "the one" as it wasn't the actual ring that I would be getting. I knew that I wanted a 2-2.5 center stone but the sales associate tried to talk me down. I don't know why? My fiance ended up purchasing my ring from Morrison Smith and it is fabulous!

Their customer service is GREAT! I have tiny pave diamonds on my rings and I noticed one missing a few weeks after we were engaged and when I took it in, they did everything in their power to get it back ASAP. There also isn't a lot of pressure to buy and/or buy bigger. We bought my husband's ring directly from the designer during a showcase and they tweaked it so it was exactly what he wanted.

It's no surprise that Diamonds Direct has the best reputation in Charlotte. My husband said they were great to work with when he went and picked my engagement ring. He chose a designer ring and then had them customize it for me. Resizing was a breeze, and they'll clean and buff my ring any time I'm in the area. We bought our wedding bands during their Valentine's Day sale. The place was packed, but everyone still got one-on-one attention. Our sales lady let me walk around the store with a diamond wedding band on so that I could decide if it was what I wanted! There were so many beautiful pieces, that it was hard to decide, but we both got exactly what we wanted and got 20% off. The staff are all knowledgeable and friendly, and payment terms are flexible. Everytime we go back for cleaning or service, everyone says hi, asks about the wedding, etc.

This is the best jeweler in Charlotte! They have every price range and every style. Customer service is excellent. My husband said that they were very patient w/him when he went to pick out my e-ring and made him feel very comfortable. They give each ring a lifetime warranty on top of what ever the maker already provides. You also get free cleanings for life and they give discounts of 10 - 20% off often. You even get free jewelery cleaner and a chocolate bar with every purchase!

My husband purchased my engagement ring from Diamonds Direct and its where we bought his wedding band. They were remarkably helpful and patient. My husband is very detailed and wanted to ensure that he made the "right" choice for the e-ring. They took the time to answer all his questions and provide the product that fit his needs. When we searched for his wedding band, they again worked closely with us. His ring was difficult to fit and actually had to be re-ordered. I was very impressed by their patience, confidence in the product and willingness to do what it takes to ensure the happiness of their customers.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this vendor. We worked with Khristina Loving (she's a certified gemologist) and it was awesome. Khristina lived and worked in Baltimore and my then fiance purchased my engagement ring from her when she worked at a different store in MD. About a year later we moved and walked into Diamonds Direct and there she was! She had moved a few months before us and had been living and working in Charlotte! It was so great to be able to give her our business twice! We purchased wedding bands from her and we were beyond pleased. You absolutely cannot beat the pricing as it extremely competitive. They want your business! You absolutely cannot go wrong by making their store your go to for all wedding jewelry needs. Ask for Khristina when you go!!!

Diamonds Direct was great to work with. They have a huge inventory and their prices are very competitive. My husband bought my engagement ring there and we were able to go in and buy the matching wedding band along with find a very nice ring for him. We happened to buy our wedding bands during one of their sales which made them very affordable. The one thing I love about going into their store is that they are always really nice and have a no pressure sales staff. They offer to clean your ring for free every time you go into the store and even attached my engagement ring to my wedding band for no charge. They are very nice and really do offer the best selection in Charlotte.

My Husband and I had and continue to have great experiences at Diamond's Direct. They were so helpful and patient when we were first looking at rings, and now that I've had my ring for over a year they have replaced small stones that have fallen out at no charge. They are a great vendor and I would highly recommend them. They have a huge selection to choose from.

Diamonds Direct has the most competitive pricing for diamonds around. You cannot beat their selection, quality, or price. They also offered us 20% off our wedding band for referring them another client. They stay pretty busy so it was a little hard to get the attention we needed on one or two occasions. Overall we are highly satisfied but I would recommend buying the wedding band & engagement ring at one time. We went back & had to custom order my band after the engagement & the custom band I had made isn't as perfect of a fit as I would have liked. I had to send my ring off for 4 weeks to have it made and was told when it didn't fit perfect that it was hand crafted & that they wouldn't be able to get it any closer. That really bugs me & I feel like if they were purchased together they would have been more eager to please us.
