My experience was fantastic! Teresa put all of my worries about the bridesmaid dresses at ease. They were extremely flexible. The alterations department even altered one of the dresses just DAYS before the wedding. I could not have asked for anything more. They were incredibly helpful from start to finish, literally! She gave me tips on how to ship the dresses to my girls!

I first went to a chain store to look for a dress...they wanted nothing to do with me. I drove by Diana's and decided to go in. I didn't have an appointment (highly recommended for wkds) but they worked with me and I ended up finding my dress there. It was amazing. They fitted and hemmed it exactly how I wanted it. I recommend them to anyone looking for a dress, or even to have theirs altered.

They made "the" day special!I recently purchased my wedding gown at Diana's Bridal. I was so happy with the service that I had to make sure other brides in the area know that this is a great shop. Teresa who helped me spent approx. 2 hours with me and was so helpful and patient with me. The first dress I tried on... ended up being the one I got.. She was wonderful!

This was a wonderful shopping experience! I work right by here, and I always love walking by and looking in the windows. I set up an appointment during the week to talk about the type of dress I wanted. Diana and her daughter were both there and we got along great! They help me chose between different styles until I found a dress that complimented my body type and that I absolutely loved! I have been to bigger bridal boutiques but Diana's Bridal has the best customer service and atmosphere by far!

I had an appointment at Davids to get my dress altered, and of course over the phone that did not tell me that they cannot alter a dress that was not bought by them (which I asked). So I showed up and they would not alter it. So I got in my car and as soon as I pulled out on Kennedy I saw this alteration/bridal shop so I stopped in. I only had a week and I was in a pickle to get it done and the girl and her mother that own it are the NICEST people I have ever meet!! They are both dolls! They had no problems doing it on the fly and did a great job!

I had them make my bridesmaid's dresses. They were very nice and helpful but the dresses did not come out as well as I'd hoped.

Bridal Shop: 4 Stars- I loved looking for a wedding dress here, mainly because the few times I stopped by to look for a dress and then for a fitting the owner was always there. I felt good knowing that the owner loved her business and wanted to make sure everything was up to standard. They have a great selection, and they were also able to customize some items for me. I had my veil made by Diana's Bridal, which was a perfect match to my dress. The store was clean, the staff was friendly, and I feel that I got a very good price for my dress.

Alterations: 4 Stars - They took care of the alterations of my dress. I was given an accurate quote of how much the alterations would cost, as well as how long it would take. I was really happy with the end result.
