Diane's Delectables

A really sweet lady. She has tons of flavors. We had chose the Bailey's Irish Cream cake that was a huge hit with our guests. I ended up designing what I wanted in Illustrator and she translated into cake. It looked beautiful from a far but I'm ashamed to say I really didn't get a good look at it at the wedding! Hopefully our photographer got some good pictures.

At times it was hard for her to understand my exact vision. I was trying to combine the styles of two different cakes. If you have a specific picture it helps. In this aspect, I hoped she be a little more creative.

We also were a little surprised by how high our price was (nothing astronomical). We thought it be lower considering all other reviews on the knot.

In the end, the cake was delicious and sadly, I barely looked at it!

Diane has a great selection to try and my fiance and I both loved the strawberries and cream. She was able to accommodate our request for a faux cake and and sheet cake to slice as it will be easier with a refrigerated dessert. Very pleasant and friendly, and put us at ease. She had about 7 different pieces of cake to try and we ate them up!

Amazing cake flavors and even more amazing prices - starting at $1 a slice! At the tasting, she had about 15 pieces of cake for us to try and then gave us the leftovers to take home!
