Dina's Bridal

This place is AWESOME! Santa Monica's best kept secret for wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses! Gina runs this little store along with the help of her parents. It is a small store with minimal frills, but I think Gina likes it that way. Last year my brother got married and I was a bridesmaid. My sister and I had found the perfect bridesmaid dresses and our sister-in-law had loved them too, but they were pricey. So I did some digging and found Dina's Bridal. The dresses were about 40 bucks cheaper, but then because we were ordering in the winter when sales were down, there was an extra 30% off the dresses, so our total savings came to 80 bucks off the other boutique! I loved my experience so much that when I got engaged a few months later, I did the same thing! I took my bridesmaids to the crazy expensive boutique to try on all the samples, then called Gina again and just gave her our order, got that crazy discount for ordering in winter and saved my bridesmaids about 90 bucks! She may not have all the samples of the dresses you might be looking for, but she can order just about anything! If you are trying to keep the budget down on your bridesmaids, CALL GINA!! I did the same thing with my shoes! Found them online, called Gina and she had them for me in a week at a pretty good discount! DO NOT LISTEN TO NEGATIVE REVIEWS OF THIS PLACE! I read a bunch of them at first and didn't listen and thank goodness I didn't! As a repeat customer who drove all the way from Pasadena each time, trust me! This is a great place with fantastic prices!!

OMG!!!! I LOVE Dina's Bridal!!! It was my 4th dress store and then....I found THE DRESS. My friend recommended this place and so we checked it out. Now, mind you, it is not like La Soie (Torrance, CA) which is a super elegant store. But, who cares about the store front as long as you get a beautiful dress with great service and great tailoring??!
My dress was only $500+ tax and then w/ the alterations, it all came out to about $900 which is a STEAL for a dress of this quality. Seriously, I was looking at dresses at David's Bridal for the same price and the quality over there sucks. All the dresses at David's Bridal looked really cheap, except for the bridesmaid dresses (sorry if you got yours at David's, but that was just my experience). Anyway, my dress was just the most exquisite thing ever! It was a designer dress too!!!
Gina is Dina's daughter and the two work together. They make a great team together and they are both excellent seamstresses! My bustle was beautiful too!!
Gina also goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to do the right thing for her customers! When I came to pick up my dress w/ my friend, Gina decided the dress might get wrinkled in my friend's car. She drove the dress herself!! To my hotel 10mins away! If that is not customer service I don't know what is!
Working w/ Gina and Dina was such a pleasure! You feel like you're almost a close friend of the family instead of just a "customer"!

OMG!!! This place is AMAZING!!!!! My friend told me about it and otherwise, there is NO way that I would have found this place! A tiny little place on SM Blvd. The dresses are gorgeous and VERY well priced! I think all of them were floor models or samples or something which is why they are so inexpensive! And they are designer dresses too! I got such a gorgeous dress for such a great price! You can find stuff from $100-$500+! I believe my dress cost about $400 and after all the adjustments (and bustling) and the veil, it was like $600 total? Gina (Dina is her mom) was fantastic! The day before the wedding, I came to pick up the dress, but my friend's SUV was totally cramped so Gina actually DROVE my dress to my hotel! Now THAT is customer service! She is so, so helpful and has a great eye and attention to detail. The only reason why I didn't give them a perfect 5 for professionalism is that one day that I was supposed to meet w/ Gina for a fitting, she wasn't there b/c of something that came up w/ her child. Her mom was there, but I just trust Gina to do the right job. It is a small family business so I understand, but that would be the only reason for the 4.5 on that. Other than that, what a great experience!!!!!
