At Divots, we make every wedding event a unique and special affair. Our wide array of flexible
event spaces make us the ideal location for wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, parties,
showers... even the wedding ceremony itself!

Our panoramic country side views create a scenic backdrop for a picture perfect event! Each year,
countless brides put their trust in the hands of our professional staff to successfully orchestrate

Do you offer any special services?

yes, when you host your reception with us, we offer discounted room rates at our Norfolk Lodge & Suites for you and your guests to stay, and the next morning we provide a private Gift Opening room, free of charge, for our bride and groom to relax and enjoy opening the gifts recieved from the event!

Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?

Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?

If you wish to utilize one of our beautiful outdoor sites for your wedding ceremony, you are more than welcome to do so, however the rental fee is for use of the site only; you will be responsible for your own chairs and decorations, but we will be more than happy to help you set up!

Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?

when you book your wedding reception with us, and use our services for catering, the tables, chairs, linens, flatware etc are all included in the price of the room rental rate! 
however, we do offer our DeVent Center to guests who need a reception site, but rather bring in there own food and catering; in this case, there are rental fees for the additional items required.

What is your staff-to-guest ratio?

Our staff are sure to take excellent care of you and your guests here at Divots! There will be a member of our staff team for every 3 tables in your party to help with all your guests needs. (a round table seats up to 10)

Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?

We offer recommendations of event professionals for your upcoming event, but we also welcome your selected vendors

Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?

no requirements, no additional fee, bring who you would like!

Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?

yes! we have 8 different rooms to meet all your event needs!

Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?

How many power outlets does the venue have?

we have serveral power outlets in various locations in each of our rooms for you to use!

What restrictions (if any) on decorations?

We request no tape or pins in walls, nothing hanging from ceiling or chandeliers, and candles must be non-drip candles, and properly plated.

What restrictions (if any) on photography?

no restrictions on photos, take as many as you would like! 
p.s: we would love some copies!

Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time?

We have several rental rooms to accomodate multiple events throught the year. If you are having your wedding reception with us, we have two main rooms for your enjoyment, the Banquet hall and DeVent Center. Often there will be an event going on in each room, however they are located in two separtate building sites, and will not be disturbed by the other.

Do you offer security, if requested?

Yes! we require security for every wedding reception.

Can you provide a coat check?

yes, if requested a coat check can be provided.
