Dixie Express is a band that has been around for over 25 years. They specialize in country music, but they cover all of the wedding classics as well. They were a little difficult to get a hold of, but they are true professionals and it all worked out fine. If you have the opportunity to have a band, I highly recommend it. Dixie Express had all of our guests up and dancing, and some even went up on the stage and sang and danced with the band. It was a great time, and really set our reception apart from so many others that everyone has been to. The band even accommodated our request for an early setup, so they weren’t traipsing through the hall during dinner. They really made the night special.

Dixie Express was amazing! They have been around for over 25 years, and are a staple in the area. It was such a treat to have them play at our wedding. The guests loved them, and had the best time. They were great at interacting with us and our guests, and just really made the reception fun for everyone. They do a lot of country, but mix in plenty of other songs to keep it fun. They were difficult to get a hold of prior to the wedding to set plans, but they are pros and they knew what they were doing. They were very flexible - they let me make the CDs to be played during breaks, and they followed through with all of it, and if people had requests that they weren't sure about they checked with me to OK it. I could not have been happier with Dixie Express and would recommend them to everyone!
