DJ Brevin

We hired DJ Brevin for our wedding- he cancelled on us at the very last minute without notifying us, and sent someone else to do the DJ'ing. The replacement he sent was clearly not a wedding DJ, and really didn't do a good job. The random announcer he sent really messed up the order of things, which made the whole wedding seem very amateur. We never received an apology or adequate explanation for the no-show. We were really disappointed with the service (or lack of it) that DJ Brevin provided, especially for the money we paid. I'd never recommend him to anyone, particularly for an important event such as a wedding.

I have seen Brevin in action and was very excited to have booked him for our wedding at Misision Point Resort. When he called to say that he wasn't going to be able to do it I was slightly disappointed but still optimistic. I had put down very specific instructions for certain dances during the reception and none of the instructions were followed AT ALL. My husband wound up running to the room to get his mp3 played to hook up to get some specific songs... My father has only danced at one other time in his life (at his own wedding) and he agreed to dance with me ONLY if after halfway through the song the DJ called out the rest of the father daughters... which he never did... and I wound up ending the dance early and walking off with tears in my eyes I was so unhappy.
