Great DJ that was very accommodating to requests as well as incorporating his own style to the reception!! Great night!!

We highly recommend Fitz. We signed a contract with him as a DJ for our wedding reception, and we are so pleased with his work. He is very professional and detail oriented. Great communication, and very reliable. His inputs are awesome but most importantly, he listens. On our wedding night, he brought along a gentleman and both got the music flowing all night syncing very well and nicely with our hectic schedule. The DJ booth, the strobe lights, the goodies for the folks on the dance floor and the props for games were awesome. The sound quality was exceptional, not too loud, not too dim; it was just right and classy- we and the guests love it. We highly recommend Fitz.

If you are going to have a DJ for your wedding or reception, or ANY event, DJ Fitz is the guy for the job. He is incredibly professional and thorough, responds quickly to any questions you have, communicates clearly, and is more than willing to work with you on any and every detail so that things run as planned on your special day. Several of our guests commented on what a great DJ/MC we had, and how he really helped keep the party going.

Fitz also unofficially fills an additional role as an event coordinator in the end, since he has this sort of philosophy that if everything else doesn't run smoothly, the music can't run smoothly. He wants your event/wedding to be amazing. Therefore, he makes sure that things stay on schedule so that your event is seamless, and given his experience with working weddings he has valuable insight and tricks up his sleeve. We had our own day-of coordinator, but it was absolutely beneficial having him there to help communicate things.

I could go on and on, but the bottom line: DJ Fitz is a 5 Star DJ in every way, and honestly one of THE BEST decisions we made for our wedding.

We've had nonstop compliments about our DJ/MC. They were there early to make sure all the set up are done on time and properly. They didn't just stood there and play music all night they interacted with guests as well. I am not one to get on the dance floor but I found myself dancing the night away. We had so much fun and we couldn't have picked a better DJ. Thank You so much!

All I can say is believe all of his reviews. Fitz was absolutely phenomenal. He was a recommendation of Henry & Suzan at AEC and I'm so glad we chose him. He was extremely organized, pleasant to work with, professional and fun too! He totally kept the party going and knew just what to do for the mood of our party. There are a lot of kids in our families and Fitz provided props for the guests to use with certain songs and the kiddos (and adults, actually) had SO much fun with the props. He took requests from guests, periodically called out our photo booth and just knew exactly what he was doing. He also provided very nice, professional lighting, which everyone commented on after the wedding. We can't say enough good things about him.

Fitz is the best! We still think back to our wedding reception and how much fun it was. Fitz went above and beyond to ensure that everybody had a great time! The best investment I made for my wedding was hiring Dj Flip as my Dj, hands down! When I told my parents and family members I am hiring a Dj over a typical Vietnamese band everyone was disappointed and tried to change my mind. But after the wedding, everyone, I mean everyone loved him and told me I made the right decision and had such a great time to the point where they didn't want to go home! Yes, Fitz is that good! Not only was he a great Dj, but Fitz throughout the night helped run the reception and was an excellent MC. Also, Fitz is totally professional and flexible. He accommodated my every request and was prompt on all emails exchange. Fitz went over and beyond with trying to save us money by finding a less expensive Gobo company, made two custom mix and re-edit when my fiance at the time didn't want to dance to one of the songs I picked. We also went with Fitz for the up-lighting and my reception venue couldn't have looked more gorgeous! Thank you Fitz for everything!

Fitz was our dj and did an awesome job!!! We would recommend his services to anyone!!! Fitz had the wedding guests out on the dance floor and had everyone having fun. We were very pleased! We even requested that Fitz wore a "country western" outfit to fit the theme of the wedding and he rocked it! The music he played was great and had all ages dancing. Fitz also provided some up lighting at the wedding and it was beautiful. We loved Fitz and we were very happy with everything he did!

I couldn't have been happier with the results of our reception. We had an unusual situation where we had actually had "another" MC who began the ceremonies per family request. He was very lackluster to say the least and opened the reception in a very mundane and boring fashion. It wasn't until Fitz took over that the place finally started to liven up. He really knows how to target the audience and bring out the energy. It shows his experience. I'm not the type of person who gives a lot of positive feedback. In fact, I've made it a tradition to only write 3 letters each year for positive experiences or excellent service I've received. Without a doubt, this is one of them. I have known fitz about 10 years and I have witnessed his work plenty of times to know he is amazing. he was a dj at my high shool homecoming, my cousins wedding and fitz would dj at the nicer clubs ian Dallas. the very first thing I booked when I got engaged was my dj. literally, after the first 2 weeks of being engaged was fitz. i didnt even waste time to meet with any other vendor because i knew i wanted fitz! my wedding was not even until a year later! I am so glad I did because another bride was inquiring about the same date just a few week after. brides- book him early!!!
all the planning leading up to the wedding day was so hassle
free with fitz. on the day of the wedding he took the initiative to find and introduce himself to my parents before I even had a chance to arrive myself! I thought that was so sweet and my parents appreciated it. fitz lined up my bridal party (there was 20 of us do it was a bit hectic!) and he announced us and we started the reception. he was an amazing emcee!!! so many people keep complimenting his skill and knew what event was happening next so no one missed out on anything. he was able to accommodate last minute requests that my maid of honor and the best man needed for a surprise performance. he did beautiful lighting and was able to match my Tiffany blue color perfectly. he was so calm
and organized, it really helped me relax and enjoy my reception! the dance floor
was never empty and this was definately what I wanted.

Kathleen and I(Nan) was very happy with the service that DJ Fitz provided. Fitz had a good command of the room without being interruptive. He provided a calm presence and was able to step in to take over whenever the situation called for it. He meshed well with our other hosts who spoke foreign language which was difficult to do. Incredible! Really took his time with us, even meet with us as many times as we needed, and listen to what kind of music we were into. My husband and I got married out of town so it harder for us to meet up with different vendors. We found Fitz through a friend. We instantly loved working with him. His level of professionalism was amazing. He really got to know us over the months leading up to our big day. Without meeting someone face to face your taking a huge chance. My husband knew Fitz from undergrad. Fitz has been deejaying for such a long time, so we knew we couldn't go wrong. Plus, he LOVES what he does. Fitz is able to entertain a variety of groups: young, old, retro, etc. We had Fitz DJ and MC at our wedding in late September at Kirin Court Chinese Restaurant. From the moment we had our first meeting to the night of our wedding, he was so professional and helpful. I knew he was going to be a perfect fit for our wedding. He worked well with our wedding planner, coordinated well with the band (we also booked a band because of custom, and they meshed so well), and had a great relationship with our venue. Fitz provided his own equipment including quality speakers, and he also offered very beautiful uplighting, which changed the ambiance of our reception. The best part is that he provided props! Our guests had so much fun! Fitz is one of Dallas' best DJs. You won't go wrong by having Fitz as a part of your event.

My fiance and I were looking for a DJ for our last minute wedding and Fitz was recommended by a very good friend of mine. I have to say that right from the start I knew he'd be a great fit. The energy he exhibited about his passion at our first meeting was amazing. He followed through on those amazing ideas at our wedding. Not only was he an amazing DJ that kept our guests entertained and energetic with great music all night, he also facilitated the nights events with exact precision and organization. A friend suggested him for our wedding, and at first we weren't sure if he could deliver, but on our wedding day, man oh man.. Did he deliver! We had SO many compliments. His transitions from one music to the next was amazing. It makes you not want to leave the dance floor. His props, games, music- Incredible!

DJ Fitz was amazing at my wedding! During my wedding planning my husband and I decided that our DJ was a top priority and that we wanted the best! Fitz was referred to us and our experience with him was awesome. He was avaiable throughout the whole period and he was early for set up on the day of our wedding. He was on top of the timeline the whole night and really made our wedding inactive and fun! I have received so much positive feedback about our DJ and how enjoyable he was! Fitz was flexible with his schedule before the wedding. We were able to meet with him and work out the planning of the event. He's very organize and makes the days before the event a less stressful time. During our wedding, we were behind on time and naturally most would freak out but he kept the bridal party and guest entertained and calm through out the night. We booked him at the last minute, and he was still able to accommodate every song request that we had, while providing us with very very valuable musical advice & guidance. He was so kind & helpful. Punctual. And flexible because I'm sure the timing & space were a little unorthodox compared to what he was accustomed to. He just rolled with whatever the night brought him. When I couldn't decide on my lighting colors & placement, he made the decisions for me, and they turned out to be one of my favorite parts about my wedding. When I imagine what the night would have been like without Fitz, I sometimes actually tear up because I am so so grateful for everything he did for us.

He helped me not only plan his side of things, he also helped me plan other parts of the wedding that I had not even thought of. Fitz DJ'd my wedding reception about a month ago at the Crescent Hotel. Til this day, we receive compliments about how much fun our wedding was and a large part of it was attributed to Fitz! We met with him a few times to give him a general idea of what we wanted our reception to be like. Fitz was very receptive and had awesome ideas to help reach us this goal. We explained that we had a variety of guests but ultimately we wanted everybody of all ages to have fun and dance, dance, dance! Needless to say, by the end of the night, everybody was dancing and having a blast! Our grandmas were even dancing and there were people who we didn’t think could dance that were dancing! Our mission was accomplished and our pictures can vouch for this amazing time! For me, trusting my vendors and not having to worry about their services was a huge deal. And finding a good DJ can be difficult. Fitz has been in this industry for 10+ years and DJs at local clubs/bars. His credentials are outstanding! Fitz is very reliable, professional, and his communication is excellent! This professional DJ definately helped make the wedding a success! He professionally announced the table numbers for the buffet line, did not deviate from the reception schedule, and made adjustments for us as required. He was also astute to time. During the reception, he brought props such as mini maracas for the conga line and hawaiian lays & shades for certain songs that everyone totally enjoyed! DJ Fitz also has a lot of music! Definately a crowd pleaser.

Having a great DJ was very important to my husband when we were planning our wedding. DJ Fitz was wonderful to work with. Future brides definitely need to pick a DJ that is experienced, professional, who is willing to work with you, and has their own equipment and liability insurance. DJ Fitz definitely had all of the above. I received a lot of compliments about DJ Fitz following our wedding.

Fitz is not your typical wedding DJ (you might see him DJ at a club or maybe your next company event); he has all this high end equipment: speakers, mics, lights, etc. and he KNOWS how to use them, unlike others who just buy stuff but don't use them properly. He doesn't just play songs from a computer, using whatever speakers were provided, like some other DJs I've seen at other weddings. He gives you more than you would get from other DJs for the same price. You really do get an experience, not just someone emceeing or DJing your wedding.

I've known Fitz for a few years now - hence why I use and recommend him time and time again. My friends and I used to go to shows and watch him spin funky beats - that was like 2001. Then in 2003, I threw my parents a surprise 25th wedding anniversary. I was a poor college student, and my roommate at the time recommended him because they went to the same church, and it turned out he was one of our other friend's cousins. I was so surprised that a DJ like him was actually a DJ that would do somewhat formal functions - I was so used to seeing him in a club-like atmosphere. And he was AWESOME and affordable and so professional! My parents and all of our family and friends loved him! He had such a vast collection of music that he pleased everyone! He had some cha-cha, oldies, as well as all the new stuff. I had several people ask for his info for their next parties. Fast forward to 2008 - I was getting married, and of course, I wanted Fitz to MC/DJ our wedding. He made it so easy - he already had a template of how it was going to go, but he gave me free reign to change it however I wished. I told him my uncle might sing, so he had a mic prepared, but it turned out my husband surprised me by playing the guitar and singing! He had gotten with Fitz beforehand and worked it out! You can still see us on youtube (just search "Mark singing to Barb", he sang 2 songs). After that, once the dancing began, Fitz had all kinds of fun give aways - maracas, plastic toy guitars, plastic hats, leis for the girls during the bouquet toss and sunglasses for the guys during the garter toss, streamers for the kids...all kinds of stuff! He also had an awesome light display, so when the lights were dimmed, it seemed like we were at a club, dancing the night away! I have recommended him to all the brides I know - actually, I've recommended him to everyone I know who needs a DJ! He's professional, efficient, and he charges a great price for everything you get!

DJ Fitz went above and beyond the typical services of a DJ. From the role of Master of Ceremonies to finding an extra chair for a guest, anything we needed (or forgot we needed) he was there, attentive and ready! His professionalism stood out even before anyone hit the dance floor. Communication was kept clear and precise. He understood of the specific genres of music we wanted and never deviated from what we expected to hear, but kept his artistry and mixed songs seamlessly with ease. Fitz was the MC and DJ at our wedding in March of 2008. He was the best DJ I could have asked for. His selection of music fit exactly what I wanted to hear. He even knew what to play without me asking to play it, like a Beach Boys song that my oldest girlfriends and I cried to since it brought back memories of our childhood. He came up with the schedule for the reception that my husband and I agreed to, and it flowed effortlessly.
