Our DJ was awesome! When we had our meeting prior the wedding, we gave him a list of songs we liked, a few ideas we had for the special moments, and he did the rest! He came up with great idea for the ceremony music, and played exactly what we wanted at the reception! He was definitely able to keep the party going the whole time, and was very professional throughout the event. I would definitely recommend The DJ Guy!

DJ Guy, Kevin, was absolutely wonderful at my daughters wedding. Everything ran so smoothly, from the first dance, to the toss of the flower bouquet. I couldn't have asked for anybody better. Thanks so much!!!

DJ Guy was awesome! They were very open to what we wanted to do for music, we got to pick out all of the music we wanted, even come up with a playlist for dinner that we had them play off of.

They were very professional at our event. Our DJ kept us in the loop for each decision he made, as well as asking if there was anything we wanted played that he had missed.

DJ Guy had us all on the dance floor the whole night and made our day that much more perfect!

DJ Guy was amazing. They played such a great mix of music and really went off of the list of must play songs that we gave them. Our DJ was fun and entertaining and really got our guests involved. They did a great job of announcing everything that we asked and for keeping the ball rolling with toasts and things like that. I would recommend them to anyone. Peyton was the best! It was easy to contact this vendor to arrange for the date, my daughter and then fiancé chose the music with their helpful lists and Peyton the DJ was flexible as well as knowledgeable about how to run the reception. He even had everyone sing happy birthday to two or my friends! He knows his music, gets the audience involved and is a great dancer! He made the evening more fun and relaxed than I thought it would be!

Mike, the owner, was great to work with in getting our contract set up. Then we met with Kevin to arrange the specifics, he was totally fun to work with in picking our songs. Scott was our actual DJ and he did such a good job. All the details didn't get passed on to him for our timeline and song choices for the announcement and first dance, but he wasted no time meeting us when we arrived at the reception site and making sure he knew what we wanted. He was super friendly and had a great rapport with us and our wedding party right away. He was a little too attentive throughout the reception, but I attribute that to his not having the written details and also that the reception staff was pestering us a bit so that added to it. He announced us perfectly, handled the toasts and bouquet toss and garter toss like a pro, and was friendly and relaxed with guests the whole time. Not once did he make himself the center of attention, or even draw attention to himself at all. He came out to the dance floor to show everyone things like the cupid shuffle and electric slide, and everyone loved it. He's a great dancer, easygoing professionally, and was just exactly right for our crowd.

We were referred to DJ Guy by a friend and we could not have been happier. They were so easy to work with and quick to respond to all emails and calls. At the meetings, they were friendly and knowledgeable and had a huge selection of music. They set up an online account that was easy to use. At our wedding, they were on time and flexible. They played everything we asked for and used our list to chose additional music to play that fit with our taste and kept everyone dancing all night. It was like they read our minds with exactly how we wanted the wedding and reception to go. They really do customize their services to each couple. They were worth every penny we paid and I would recommend them to anyone!

DJ Guy was awesome from the first time meeting with them through the event and even after. They are as excited and passionate about your wedding as you are. They cover every detail before the event starts and go with the flow during the event with any changes or special requests as the night goes on. We had them DJ not only our wedding but also the Rehearsal Party the night before. The DJ was awesome and we could not have asked for anything better to make our special day any more perfect. I have been to may weddings and the involvement (or lack of involvement that you choose the DJ to have) was perfect with the DJ guy. We were told by our guests it was the best wedding DJ they had ever seen. WE LOVE DJ GUY!

Couldn't have asked for a better DJ for our evening! He got everything right! They were very helpful in putting together the perfect mix of 3 important songs for our parent dance! We had pretty much the whole crowd dancing all night which was great!

Our DJ was AWESOME! I wish I could remember his name so he could get this review. We had him do the ceremony music and the reception music. He had our list of songs for every part and he followed them to the T. After the ceremony was over he came out to both of us and talked to us a little bit about how everything was going to go during the reception, asked if we had any changes and just made sure we were doing ok. He was very funny during the garter toss and made every body laugh when he could. He even came out and danced with our guests during the Cupid Shuffle! We thought that was cool and never seen a DJ come out and dance with the guests before. We were so glad we used DJ Guy and have no regrets at all about them! Thank you guys so much!

I was blown away with our DJ experience through this company. Our DJ Casey was a big part of making our wedding so wonderful. He was beyond easy to work with and kept the party going all night. I couldn't be more pleased. I will absolutely recommend the DJ Guy to anyone I know looking for a DJ for their future events.

DJ Guy couldn't have been better! They were very professional, a great help with keeping us on top of things, and did an excellent job with the music. They're very courteous and respectful of what music they play early on and had a wide variety of everything we wanted. They traveled 3 hours for us, no complaints, reasonable cost, excellent attitude!

DJ Guy was fantastic right from the start. They were responsive to questions and concerns. The online request feature let our guests have a chance to request their favorite songs. At our consultation Mike took the time to understand how we wanted our event to go. He adapted the DJ to our event rather than the other way around. We were a little nervous about who would be assigned to our event, but we didn't have to be. The DJ was perfectly tailored to our guests and music styles. We changed the schedule during the wedding and the DJ adapted on the fly with no complaints. He kept people dancing all night and our guests had a great time. Mike, from the DJ Guy in Denver, was our DJ at Keystone, Timber Ridge, on July 25th, 2010. He was incredible: both in capturing the various favorites that we had mentioned, as well as being flexible with the general plan since we were regularly being pulled outside for photos and to speak to guests. Mike made sure the evening flowed according to what we wanted, kept all of our guests going on the dance floor or in the wedding activities (cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc, etc), and was a great and fun guy to work with on our wedding day. DJ Guy was exceptional in meeting our needs, being available whenever we had questions or requests, and was very affordable. We want to thank DJ Guy and Mike (our DJ at Keystone) again! Going with DJ Guy for our wedding was one of the BEST decisions I made for our wedding. They were easy to work with, priced great, and did a great job the day of our wedding! Planning the wedding was definitely stressful at times, but this was stress free. They did our ceremony music and then our reception was a BREEZE! Every once in a while the DJ checked in and made sure that he was playing everything we wanted, asked if we had anything specific that hadn't been played yet and just wanted to make sure we were having a good time! These guys helped with making sure all the songs we wanted were on our list and played! We even came to them with no clue what song we wanted to play for certain part of the wedding and they gave us ideas to choose from. The DJ Guy is a great company. We interviewed several DJ companies and got the best price with the DJ Guy. Their online song selection process was awesome. Our guests liked being able to request songs before the wedding day. They mixed a special collection of songs for our first dance and They were able to accomodate a singer and guitar players at the ceremony. It rained the day of the ceremony and they handled it like pros. We were very happy and have many fond memories of our special day.

We were married this June, 2010. Our wedding was outside of Denver at a mountain resort. DJ guy was just fantastic. We had seen one of their DJs at a friends wedding the year before and requested the same DJ by name.

For planning, they listened to and helped us refine our musical style including specific songs. Our pre-wedding interview at their office helped with finalizing many of the details. When we weren't quite ready with our final selections "on schedule" they didn't complain, but kept politely in touch with us so they could properly prepare. They even used a custom recording we arranged for one of our dances.

At the wedding, they setup an outdoor speaker and wireless mic so people could hear us over the river we were next to.

At the ceremony, they effectively emceed our entrance, various announcements throughout the night, coordinated toasts and worked with us for volume and song adjustments on the fly. The DJ helped get people dancing and even got out on the floor to show some line dance moves.

In all they were quality, fun, on time, flexible and professional. I couldn't have asked for anything more. We had lots of positive feedback from our friends and family as well.

Our DJ was great! He wasn't one of those cheese guys out on the dance floor. He made sure that our guests were having a great time, and he worked very well with our wedding planner to make sure we were right on schedule for the day.

Mike was terrific for all of the planning and from our first meeting really understood the tone we wanted from the DJ and the exact music that we wanted (and didn't want). Tony - our actual DJ on our wedding night - was perfect! My husband and I were married in May, 2010. A relative recommended DJ Guy Inc. to us. I got a quick response from them and our initial meeting was held with Mike (the owner). Mike explained what his company offered and took the time to ask and learn what we wanted for our reception. Mike spoke in person with me at his office and then called my fiance long distance so that we could speak openly about everything.

Casey, the DJ, was just like Mike said he would be...,GREAT!!! Casey just took care of us like he knew what he was doing. When we arrived at the reception, Casey immediately introduced himself to us, confirmed how we wanted to be introduced, lined up our wedding party, and reassured us that he was there to make our night an enjoyable one! The next thing we knew, we were bouncing into the reception with beats that made us want to forgo the introduction and just start dancing.

I had several of my wedding guests who were very impressed with this company. I would recommend this service to anyone who is searching. I would use this company if an occasion should come up where needed this type of service. Great job!!!

We had SO much fun working with the staff of DJ Guy! They were extremely responsive during the wedding planning process - very friendly and professional. The DJ who did our wedding was fantastic! He coordinated both our ceremony and reception flawlessly. He played a great mix of songs we requested previously online (a GREAT service they provide) as well as tossing in some great crowd-pleasing songs.

The only thing we would recommend is getting your requests online in before the deadline. We changed a few songs for the reception (such as the wedding party song) and he didn't have the updated request that night. But he handled it SO well - he started to play the slower song we originally requested and we ran up to him and said we had changed it (he must not have gotten the update). He cut the slower song and said, "and now for the REAL song!" and played the faster, up-beat song we wanted. Everyone laughed and LOVED it! It got everyone out on the dance floor where they stayed all night thanks to him!

Dj Guy was the best thing we could have done for our wedding. The DJ did eveything he could to please our guests including connecting to the internet to downloading songs that our guests wanted to hear. The owner of DJ Guy was gracious enough to mix four songs into one for the song that we (wedding Couple) danced to as our first dance. We could not have had a better experience. We would use this company again for any and all of our events in the future. We were lucky enough to find such a amazing host for our wedding. DJ Guy was great! We were given the recommendation from a family member who had used the DJ guy for her wedding and for other family/big events since then. I can't say enough about this vendor. They were prompt in responding to questions, worked one on one with us to get the right feel for the music during our cocktail hour and reception. They even did my ceremony music when I couldn't find a musician that fit my needs. The DJ at the reception tailored the music to audience...not one song was a dud with the dancers. We plan on using this vendor again in the future.

DJ Guy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when we were choosing the important songs for our wedding. We were having trouble picking some for certain dances and his suggestions were wonderful! We also had some "must have" songs and his music library had every one. We decided on a general theme for the music during dinner, which they conveyed masterfully. And they were very good at getting our guests out on the floor with some excellent dancing music. We got many compliments from our guests about the music, and we would recommend them highly to anyone!

DJ Guy met with us twice before our wedding, and were super helpful in helping us make music decisions! Our ceremony music was perfect and everything we asked for. During our Reception the power went out in the whole neighborhood, and DJ Guy went and got a generator so that we could still have music. They went above and beyond for us at no extra cost. They are entertaining and had everyone out on the dance floor. I wouldn't use anyone else, they saved our Reception!

I would definitely recommend this vendor. They were extremely flexible and willing to make my day with the music exactly what I wanted. During the reception, every so often the DJ would come up to my husband and I and ask and confirm about certain details to keep events and the music moving smoothly and according to our desires for that day. They are also a great value! I couldn't believe how affordable these guys were and how great of service they gave for that price! Also, they give the option of what attire and the DJ that came was very professional in not only his appearance but also his presence.

DJ Guy was very professional and did an excellent job with the music. They allowed the videographer to tap into their mic system for the ceremony. When the laptop wouldn't work our DJ had a lis of songs ready on paper and used his Ipod until the laptop worked. Everyone was on the floor dancing! No complaints, reasonable cost, excellent attitude!

Our DJ, Casey, was amazing! He was energetic and got our guests involved. He came out on the dance floor and even danced with us! He is down to earth and makes your day feel special for you!

Our reception venue recommended DJ Guy and, after doing some research online, my husband and I decided to go ahead and go with DJ Guy. We were deciding between a DJ and a small band (or quartet) and are really, really glad that we went with DJ Guy.

I was probably every DJ's worst bridal nightmare in that I was very clear on what I did and did not want. And never once did the staff at DJ Guy bat an eye or break out the crucifix and garlic. Macarena, YMCA, Money Dance, Chicken Dance, Brick House...all the kitschy stuff was out. I was also very clear on the genres of music I wanted and stressed that I didn't want much deviation -- if any at all.

Peyton came through and hit a MAJOR home run. He communicated with me throughout the reception (I did not have a wedding planner or bridesmaids) and if he ad libbed on choices, he ran them by me first. Told you. Bride That Cold Sweats are Made Of. Even though our wedding was very small, 40 guests, they all complemented our music and everyone had a great time and, at one point or another, were out cutting a rug on the dance floor!

I am impressed! The first time I met DJ Guy was at my venue's open house and they had up a whole show and all the guys were in Tuxes. They saw that I was overwhelmed from all wedding things. They gave me an information DVD, a pricing deal, and contact information. At the wedding, the DJ found my middle school students struggling with the opening music and helped out without adding more things for me to worry about. Then when the party was getting a little quiet (some non-dancers were at my wedding), he ramped it up, starting to get everyone back into the group. When my grandparents got got the garter and bouquet, he asked them the secret to marriage which everyone loved. When we were all leaving, he knew we were religious and played a special song for us. The one thing that was a little off was our recessional song. It was supposed to be "I feel good" with the "OWWWWW" song right when we walked down together. That OWWWW did not come as strong as we would have like, but it was okay. Everything else made up for it. I would definitely use DJ Guy again and let them know when a song is really important.

We were told to update them with any music change via email but didn't get emails back confirming it so we were unsure if they got it. They did.

We had DJ Guy for our wedding in June of 2010 and we thought they did a great job. They provide music for both the ceremony and reception. I sent them several requests/changes prior to the wedding and they were responsive and let me know they received our changes. They were very easy to work with and allowed me to make changes during the reception, which was nice because nothing really goes how you planned it. My only complaint would be that the introduction of the wedding party was off, meaning that the party was introduced too fast and it didn't correlate with them walking in. I would recommend the DJ Guy.

As far as I'm concerned DJ Guy is the best DJ/entertainment you can find in denver for a reception. They do a great job and are super flexible to doing WHATEVER you want, whenever you want it. The value for what they do is through the roof, something you don't get in any other wedding necessity. Our DJ was friendly, knowledgable, and dealt with the relatives superbly. I found The DJ Guy at the Rocky Mountain Bridal Fair. Our DJ Mark was incredible. He kept our guests at our reception dancing all night long. Not once did we have an empty dance floor. At the very last minute (literally the last minute.. as we were walking into our reception, I had my daughter run ahead and tell him we wanted a different song) we changed our mind on our first dance song and Mark was right there with the new music on hand. That was very special for us as it was the song we really wanted, but had felt pressured to use different music. I was really, really glad we were able to go with what we wanted and he could make the change so incredibly seamless.

I loved that we were able to hand pick all of our music in advance, using non-traditional wedding music (Music from The Muppets) and Mark made us feel like rockstars when we walked into our reception. (I LOVE the videotape of this moment!) It set the tone for our reception and made our guests excited.

The only drawback is the responsiveness from the office. Phone calls usually took an average of 3 days to be returned and that was really annoying. Otherwise, they were awesome.

The DJ for our wedding was Casey and he did a fabulous job!!! I might sound bias but he was the BEST DJ I have seen at any wedding (and we have been to a few this past year). Casey was very "hands on" leading the crowd in the Cha-Cha Slide and somehow got my husband and the groomsmen out on the floor doing solos to Vanilla Ice-it was hilarious and made for some great pictures!! In addition to us being very pleased-we had very positive feedback from our guests (people are still talking about what a great time and great music)! I would highly reccommend The DJ Guy for any event!!

There are two people to review in this process. First will be Mike and the company DJguy, second will be the DJ Casey.

Mike, the owner of DJguy, has built himself a great business. The meetings prior to the event went smoothly and most everything was addressed and written out. He was eager in meeting our needs and what we wanted for the event and he truly tries to live up to the message on his phone.."its your day, demand the best." There were a few small mix ups during the day of the wedding, but nothing major. We knew the errors because we planned the wedding, however our guests had no clue. We talked with Mike after with regards to the errors and things were squared away.

Casey the DJ was awesome. He came out and danced with the crowd, showed us dances and had some great recommendations for songs. Everyone at the wedding said the music was great, had a good flow to it, and they enjoyed the wedding and dancing. One of the errors was our introduction song was missing, and he was spot on with a replacement and it went smoothly! That to me was huge....he used his experience and his skill to correct the wrong and did a great job.

Over all there were some small mistakes, but nothing that would prevent us from recommending DJ and or Casey to anyone. They provide a high level of service and professionalism that seemed harder to come by in the DJ world.

They had everyone dancing...what more could you ask for?

Our DJ was very friendly and ready for the day. A few things that didn't go well is tha he didn't play the song I had dedicated to my husband which was a must play and was confimed on my play schedule for the day. He also got a little too involved in the dances after we had asked that he not. However, the overall goal was accomplished in regards to having people on the dance floor at all times. and the planning process with them prior to the wedding was professional and we enjoyed working with them.

It would have been perfect but during our entrance he forgot to play the traditional wedding song. Other than that everything was good, they were able to play some of the less known songs we requested and the music seemed to keep people up and moving around.

My sister utilized the DJ Guy for her wedding and I was highly impressed. The DJ we requested was not available for our event and the DJ who filled in was not as good. We specified our first dance song and brought a CD to the vendor on the day we selected all music, but they said they already had the song in their library. When my wife and I approached the dance floor the DJ played the song they had in their library but it WAS THE WRONG SONG! Luckily we had the CD in the dressing room and my sister quickly retrieved the correct song. The DJ also failed to follow our schedule for the evening and we were somewhat rushed for certain events since he had not planned on the time we allowed and instead worked off his own schedule.

Overall the DJ was good, but not great and the little "mistakes" were unprofessional at least and made us feel like our special day was not very special to them.

I was quite disappointed in our DJ. I had heard them and seen what they did at a friend's wedding and they were awesome. However, my wedding we got a dud of a DJ. The DJ didn't do anything we had asked for and was absent for most of the reception. He actually argued with me at one point. Granted, I think the guy was new, but that is no excuse.

This DJ was terrible! didn't start playing on time, didn't play the music I had asked him too. We had to tell him 5 different times to only play the music that was on our list. absolutely horrible...book someone else!!!

Finally DJs that listen to their clients and put service first! I saw a DJ from DJ guy help the procession get organized from inside the reception building before walking out to the ceremony site, and I knew that I needed to find out who this was! He was just setting up his equipment, saw a need, and helped out. Then he played great music that suited the clients perfectly. And he balanced the need to keep everything running smoothly with keeping the bride and groom as the focus. And he was a nice guy. I was impressed all around.

DJ Guy is a wonderful vendor to work with. By maintaining constant communication between the DJs and us (the Venue) they make for seemless and stress free events for their clients. Their DJs bring great enthusiasm and are truely passionate about making this day a huge hit for the bride and groom.
