Rob was wonderful! Professional, courteous, punctual, and willing to listen to our thoughts and wishes. He selected music that was appropriate to the age ranges and interests of all of our wedding luncheon guests, and it was never too loud or distracting. I would definitely recommend him!

Dj Rob was great, he played all songs we wanted to hear, he kept the party moving. Rob did not play anything we didn't want to hear, the volume was at a perfect level. My one legged grandmother was even on the dance floor sporting the biggest smile I have ever seen on her face, for that alone I can not thank him enough. Great Work

Robby was all we could have asked for and more from as a DJ for our daughter's Bat Mitzvah party. He was flexible as to setup and playlist, knew what made 13 yr olds tick and did everything with a sensitivity to the event and make it exactly what my daughter wanted. I would hire him in a heartbeat and recommended him to many already. He is a nice person with no pomp and circumstances and a real love to deal with.

DJ Rob was an excellent dj. We found him off of Craigslist and thoroughly enjoys what he's doing. He took our interests into consideration when putting the music selections together. He was prompt, professional and really entertained the crowd. For the majority of the evening, he played continuous music, not much talking. Only to introduce the bridal party and announce the cake cutting. He was very inexpensive for the great work we conducted on our wedding day. He will be djing at our friends' wedding in the fall and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

DJ Rob was a great DJ. He knew exactly how to get our party going. He played great songs that had everyone up and dancing. I still have people asking for his contact information, so they can use him for their events. He was dressed appropriately, and handled himself professionally.

What music genres are in your collection?

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes

Describe your DJ style:

Continuously blend and mix the music for the crowd that is there. I play to party, that's the whole point of having a DJ.

Is there a limit to the amount of music that can be requested?

No limit but time

What is your usual attire?

Formal or to match the event.

If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?

I will try my best to get all special requests ahead of the time. They are not required to supply it, but most people have no problem bringing their ipod or a cd.

How many other DJs do you work with?

None, i am the show.

What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?

3 hours is the minimum i will book atn event for.

Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?

Absolutely, it is preferred to meet you first. I am a personable and will make you feel comfortable like I am your friend, not just another vendor.

Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events?

No, i DJ for the general public.

Can the client submit a do-not-play list?

Yes you can, it's very important that you get what you want and omit what you don't want.

Do you bring your own equipment?

All of my own equipment is used.

What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?

LED and laser lighting is available as well as fog machine to enhance the lighting effects.

How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?

45-60 minutes to set up.

Do you have any extra space requirements?

All i need is a table to set up on.

Do you have a sign or banner that you use at events?

No signs or advertising.

Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?

I try not to emcee too much. You hired me to play good music, you're not paying me to talk.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

I don't require, but just as a courtesy it would be nice to eat something. I am working a long day, not just the 4 hours for your event.

Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?

I don't remember ever taking any breaks. Usually 4 hours non-stop music.

What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

I've never missed an event, and hope it stays that way.

Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day?

1 event per day. You have my full attention

What is your overtime rate?

I'm already there, it's the same rate the whole time.

Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?

If it's over an hour drive, i charge a minimal amount.

What is the required deposit to secure your services?

$50 or 20%, whichever is higher to secure the date.
